We arrived at the hotel at 5:15 PM (check-in is 3 pm). The front desk person checked us into room 310. She said she upgraded us, but our reservations were for a king room with sofa. We went up to find that the room was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk, and she said she would have housekeeping clean it immediately. We left to eat and came back 45 minutes later, and the room had not been touched. Went back to the front desk and she offered a downgraded room with no change in price (we used points, and she could not reverse it). Why would we downgrade to a small room after we booked a king suite? We opted to wait for the housekeeping staff to clean the room. We stood by the door with our luggage and waited. She used the same cloth to wipe everything including the toilet. She did not vacuum or clean the hot tub. From 10pm until 11 pm there were young children running up and down the hall screaming and slamming doors. I tried to call the front desk but got no answer. Another guest must have opened their door and asked them to be quiet and the adult with these children began yelling profanities at the guest. I was scared to open the door and thought about calling the police. The next morning, we tried to check out and were not in the system, we were listed as a no show . So now I have no receipt and no way to prove a nights stay for our gold rewards. Also, we should have received bonus points but did not. Breakfast was okay. Recommend staying at the Hampton Inn next door.

I would give this hotel a zero rating if it was available. The a/c unit in our room didn't work. The desk clerk Andrea tried everything she could to help us. She tried putting us in the only other room she had but the a/c wasn't cooling in that room either. I have emailed the general manager and will amend my review once she responds back. Andrea was nice and helpful. They should promote her.

The room was comfortable and clean and had the basics of what we needed for an overnight stay. It s comparably priced to the other hotels of similar quality in the area. The night check-in clerk wasn t as friendly as we ve come to expect, making what felt like obligatory small talk while checking us in. She asked us where we were from (north of Seattle) and replied with, Ugh. You can keep it and went on to explain that she had visited Seattle once a couple of years ago and hated it. She s entitled to her opinion, but I was taken aback by the rudeness of her comment.

We had to change rooms 2 times. The first room had not been cleaned at all. Beds were used, trash everywhere, used towels everywhere. 2nd room, the bathroom was left with an unflushed toilet which was also broken. Evening check-in person had to go clean a different room to get us in. We had to wait in the lobby with our bags. Last room was clean appearing but ac didn t work properly. We stayed since this last issue wasn t a deal breaker for the room but it was extremely annoying after a late night and long day of travel.Since there is nothing else in the area the hotel is a higher price because of demand but doesn t meet the value.

This was a short but very pleasant stay at the Comfort Inn. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. The bed was almost too comfy, I didn't want to get up in the morning, hahaI was surprised to see a full-on hot breakfast being out at 4.30am.I will definitely stay there again.Thank you for your hospitality!

SCAM MOTEL!!! Manager admitted that property is knowingly committing FRAUD!!Booked a king size suite, but given a queen size bed. Manager admitted that owners were aware that computer system was showing room as a king size bed but were renting it with a queen size anyway because they "planned" to switch out the bed for a king. Explained that that was a "bait and switch" and illegal, but manager disregarded. These type of unscrupulous businesses and people shouldn't be allowed to continue defrauding customers. Thankfully, Choice Hotels corporate took the complaint and stated they would take action. Its alsoimportant to file fraudulent activity to the state of Wyoming's Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) to ensure they can't continue these practices. If you have had a bad experience with this hotel, please contact Choice Hotel's customer service and Wyoming's DCP.To the owner and manager of this property, you should be ashamed! You have no integrity!

We usually stay at the Holiday inn. Decided to try comfort inn this round for sake of hot tub. Wish we hadn t. Didn t even use pool area. Floors were so gross I didn t even want bare feetElevator and hall ways are disgusting. Floors are filthy. No trim or baseboard in hallways. Not sure if they are renovating or what but peeling chipped paint. Room wasn t much better. Hair in the corners of bathroom floor. Paper thin walls. Ice machine was out of ice, pop machine was out of every single selection.Breakfast was poor. Potatoes were under cooked. Apple juice watered down, height chair was completely disgusting. Didn t even put my daughter in it!Had room for 2 nights. Expected some sort of housekeeping. Left at 8am came back at 9pm room wasn t cleaned, bed wasn t made, trash wasn t taken out. They swapped 2 bath towels that were hung up, not even thrown in tub.

The a/c didn't work in the first room, but they quickly changed me to a good room. The hotel was good and clean. A couple of the front desk staff were a bit rude and unhelpful.

We called beforehand to try and accommodate special needs, a customer service representative for the corporation definitely didn't know what they were talking about. However, Katie at the front desk was more than accommodating and apologetic even though it wasn't her fault and we reminded her that. Our TV at first wasn't working, called down and Katie told me how to do it but offered several times to come up and do it herself but there was no need. The breakfast staff is so kind! I mean, you cannot beat their kindness. I needed something after breakfast hours were done, and they accommodated me without hesitation. My father asked about something and they went and got it for him without hesitation. The housekeeping staff is beyond nice as well! Seriously, these people are great! The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. I have zero complaints for this location.

The hotel was very clean. Our room had recently been renovated. Breakfast was exceptional! The staff were all very helpful. And they have a heated indoor pool with a hot tub!

It's obvious the hotel is in the process of redoing the carpet in the hall. Our carpet curled up to our door which was unsightly and should be cut, but that is all. The hotel was clean throughout, the beds comfortable, it was quiet, the staff was great, and the breakfast wasunbelievable. Marian ran the breakfast and she did a fantastic job keeping up with a demanding group. We have stayed in numerous comfort inns in the west on this vacation and they all claimed a hot breakfast, non actually had one. Marian was so kind and reminded me what it is to have someone care about customer service again.

During our road trip we stayed at 7 hotels. This was the best experience and good value. It was as good as any Marriott and better than Holiday Inn - I have stayed at them for work.Pros:Excellent hot breakfast. Many hotels are using Covid-19 as an excuse to give no breakfast, or just offer granola bars. The owner greeted us at breakfast and asked if everything was okay.Rooms were clean.Had a pool where my child could play.Room had microwave and fridge.Staff was friendly.Cons:Smoking bench just outside the door of the hotel main entrance. It was unpleasant breathing these fumes. The bench should be further away.

This hotel is excellent at the price point. As most travelers do, I judge hotels by their WIFI, shower, and service. They score high on all of these.Rooms: Very comfortable! Great water pressure in shower, service was excellent, and they offer a strong high speed wifi.

The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet. The room was mostly clean. The one thing that was very off putting was allowing staff and guests to smoke right outside the front door. I have smokers in my family so I am used to smoking however, this was quite rude and unnecessary. They even blocked the entrance to the hotel. It felt like I was "infringing" on their territory....it was very odd. So, while I appreciated the comfort of the hotel, this detail causes me not to recommend this hotel.

The lady at the front desk upon check in was great - friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. My room was clean. The bed seemed smaller than the king size I requested. The vending machine on my floor was out of everything but Dr.Pepper. Out of 2 room keys, 1 barely worked. I can live with these things, but what was unacceptable was the slippery bath tub and bathroom floor. I have a huge bruise on my leg from sliding around and falling down. When I checked out a day early and told the front desk I didn't get my shower that morning because I was too worried about falling down, I didn't get much response. I don't think I would stay here again.

The best parts- Right opposite to Walmart- There is a burger king and gas station right in front of the hotel- The staff are amazing- The morning breakfast is the best I have had at a hotel- They have coffee and hot chocolate all day long(even in the night)- The location is great- Couldn't hear the people from the other rooms so we had good night sleep- Huge parking lot right in the front, so you don't have to go looking for a parking spotThe only bad part:- The room could be updated, were a bit stuffy atleast in the room we stayed on the first floor.I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I checked in at the Comfort Inn and Suites because our fave hotel was fully booked; and I m glad. This hotel has beautiful rooms, had a guest laundry service and they serve full buffet breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. If you are a member of the military or a veteran, you can ask for a military rate which is all the more a great deal. I will definitely check in here again and I highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We called ahead and asked if they would put flowers in the rooms for our wives and they were more than happy to do that. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Wish they had one more waffle maker. Kids enjoyed the pool but they did not have any towels at the pool to use. We had to go back to our rooms for some.
