Ordered a plate bumper. Got it. Installed it with no issues. Took it on multiple off road trips. Used it for recovery, protection and great looks. Would buy again. Would trust them to build any part of any 4x4 vehicle.

I highly recommend this company! The customer service was exceptional, and any questions I had were promptly answered. I ordered a bumper during the holiday season, and the website stated that the build time was 4-6 weeks. However, I received the bumper within less than 2 weeks. The craftsmanship on this bumper is exceptional, and the welds are extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality bumper. 10 out of 10.

In early April this year I bought a front plate bumper from Addicted Off Road. It took 13 or 14 weeks for it to arrive, way longer than the 8 to 10 I was quatoed. They forgot to add the holes for the pod lights and they didn't send the pod lights themselves. I've tried calling them many MANY times and have emailed them twice. They never answer and I haven't heard back from them once.Anyone else have this problem? What can I do? I would at least expect them to send me the pod lights I paid for. I can probably cut the holes for them myself.

Scott is an extremely talent welder and made an incredible plate bumper for my 3rd Gen 4Runner. The craftsmanship is top notch and the welds are like artwork. He was able to ship it from Wyoming to New York. Highly recommend ordering you bumper from Addicted Offroad

We have had AOR build a few yotas over the years for us, all of them have been great and we have had years of fun with them. We are now getting ready to start a 2012 taco built and look forward to have AOR building it for us.

By far the worst customer service I have dealt with. I wish I could give them a zero. I can't speak on the quality of their products because I never received my order. I was told a 6-8 turn time. And it's now closing in on 15 weeks and the shop has stopped returning my emails and phone calls. The only way I could get ahold of him is Facebook Messenger. I finally had it and requested a refund. I'll never suggest them to anyone unless they want to wait a really long time for their bumper. I understand each one is custom built but this was ridiculous. I was told at three different points my bumper would start to be built the following week and it didn't happen. 0 out of 5 stars.

Wait time was not great....the product was.The bumper took almost 2x as long as originally expected, but it was well worth the wait. The welds are perfect and the entire thing is incredible heavy duty. I welded on the frame reinforcement kit and this thing is absolutely bullet proof. If you have the time to wait I d recommend this shop.

Excellent products. Yes the turn times can be a drag, but in my experience they try to be pretty up front about that on their website. Scotty has been a part of the greater Toyota 4x4 community for a long time and has been a major contributor to the Colorado scene almost as long. Smaller shops can occasionally come with slight inconveniences. If you can't deal with that- 4WheelParts is in every major city, but if you want unique, high end products and quality fabrication Addicted Offroad is one of the best in the business.

Terrible customer service was told numerous times package had shipped and would be shipped on certain days never did. Asked for refund numerous times. Finally called my bank to make a claim and informed Scott. Then finally got a refund which was 400 short of what I paid. Was already questionable about ordering after constantly seeing complaints about service on forums but took a chance and obviously didn't work out for me. He's helpful until he gets your money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional and shady business.

Zero stars for me too! Bumper did not fit correctly, blamed my frame. After proving it is his bumper that is bent, Scotty will not reply to emails or call.. DO NOT ORDER FROM !! 4 years later, still such a let down, I made bumper fit much better but haven't been able to fill/reweld where cut to straighten..uRaDik still!

Had the owner of the shop install a brand new ARB into a 3rd member for a 97 Tacoma. The install was incorrect and messed up the ARB, bearings shims and was inoperable. Basically no ownership of the horrible install and no communication. So I am out a ARB and my money for the install.. Will never recommend this shop. Absolutely no integrity!

I guess cause I have a jeep my 4000 to spend on a cage is no good. Stick to one brand, great business motto!
