The food was very good. The price was very reasonable. Your server Angel was very professional and very nice. He kept checking on us to make sure that we were doing okay.

We checked in at the truck service garage at 10 A.M. (January 19, 2024 TA #0234) for a simple tire change on our trailer. We were still sitting there at 2 p.m. with the receptionist saying it would be another 2 hours because they only had 1 tech. 4 o'clock came around still waiting went back in to see how much more longer walked by the bays and saw 3 techs. Just standing around in an empty bay doing nothing. Then 2 trucks that showed up AFTER us got in BEFORE us by now it's 5 p.m. so I called customer service and had a lot of choice words and that is what it took to finally getting in 7 HOURS LATER !!!!!!

Unfortunetly these so called mechanics are some of the worst and laziest I've ever seen. Had a wiring issue in the trailer. Mechanic simply didn't feel like doing the work. Replaced a fuse and said there was nothing more he could do. Had no problem charging me as if they did something. Left in the exact same condition I came in. Nothing but a waste of time and money. Won't ever come back here.

This place is an absolute joke. They refused to do an oil change because they said oil drain plug was over torqued. I called a Freightliner Dealership and asked about that. They said this is a common tactic of a lazy mechanic just not wanting to do the work. And, that tracks with what I witnessed. Lazy, unprofessional staff. The reason their rating is so low ? THEY EARNED IT !!

This is why you should run with the small guys!Based on my personal experience TA is lucking of strong management capable of addressing and solving practical problems. An easy brake chamber fix turned out into a forced overnight staying plus an additional 8 hrs and counting the following day waiting for the problem to be fixed since was not fixed the previous night. As advised I reached out by phone TA garage the following day for an update at 07:35 and I have been told that I needed to open a new ticket if I want my problem fix. I showed up with a smile on my face asking what should be the next step. The Assistant Manager open a new ticket and mention that they were looking into the brake issue and suggested for me to patietly wait for an update. Hrs go by therefore I decided to show up. The Assistant Manager mention that Peterbilt has been contacted and that has been provided with truck VIN # so that the proper parts can be identified and ordered. I clearly see now, the VIN # provides you all the compatible parts for your truck / car. The VIN # is the key to the blue print of your truck. I quickly reached out to TLG Peterbilt and in seconds I had the chamber specs. A split second later, 10:24 I shared the specs with the Assistant Manager, her eyes lit up. 10:51 am the Assistant Manager told me over the phone that the parts have arrived. 10:55 I showed up and she told me that actually the parts necessary were on hand, in inventory, somehow they overlooked last night. Disappointed I have asked to talk to the manager, the manager denied that the parts were already at the facility and reinforced the fact that the parts were just delivered. (The mechanics had a different story, a more honest and realistic one, an oversight of things) from 10:56 till 13:50 they had in and out mechanics looking into the problem and making selective adjustments to the brakes without results. Since the brake issue was not solved locally my brake problem was escalated to a TA technical center. I patiently waited / wasted time until 14:35 I decided to call a local garage just across the freeway. The mechanic arrived and set my brakes free in record time 5 minutes versus TA 5 hrs of tentative non sense. I followed the mechanic to his shop where seasoned mechanics tuckle my problem without hesitation. I will have VISA refund me the money for the defective service rendered, lol, and I will reach out to TA Corporate. PS I just made it back from the other garage where I had 4 brake chambers replaced and more. I feel like my truck had manicure and pedicure done. No one from TA has contacted me giving me an update, now is 21:50 PM.

Pulled in about 1 pm fueled and went to the shop to get a service done I was 2nd in line to get truck in. At 2am they called and said they can get me in. I was already on the road so I will park there and get food but I will not let them touch my truck very lazy staff at the shop.

Worst repair shop i have ever visited. I came here for trailer tire change and they told me to wait for 7 hours to repair it and after waiting for 11 hours they didn t call me when i went inside the shop to ask then they said that you have to wait for next day (9 more hours).

Truckers, If you value your time STAY AWAY..Service just for 2 tires took an entire day.. no regard for your time at all here.We have watched them hang out, cook out, & do alot for everything except for the truckers who are waiting.

People are nice but the men's room bathroom stalls are not secured to the floor and barely hanging on the wall. The stall doors are 2 inches to far apart to latch the stall doors to use the toilet. Restaurant is still clean and serves good food .

I was told it would be a 6 to 7 hour wait they called me and got me in for a wire repair on my headlight in like 2 and a half hours repair on the wires was quick and actually better than the factory. Staff was super friendly and I definitely recommend this ta service shop

Truck stop was clean, friendly employees. Inside, there was a Subway, as well as a sit-down diner. As we had a long drive ahead of us, we opted for the Subway, which was a mistake. There were 2 young gals working, plus the female *manager??* One gal tried her best, but it's hard to do it all when you're the only one working. The manager was too busy moving bread from the front of the store to the back, and the gal on the cash register seemed unable to actually ring things up. The poor gal who was working the line was hampered by the fact that they were out of tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, avocado, and idk what else. She was supposed to only be working the back half, bread, meat, cheese, toasting, but had to do the front part too, toppings, dressings, etc. As a result, our "hot" subs were not. At best, they were room temp. If we'd have known in advance that we'd be unable to get the toppings we wanted on our subs, and that they'd not be HOT, we'd have just eaten at the diner.

Only reason they get 1 star is because the employees are nice. As far as the work on our truck they would get ZERO! DRIVERS BEWARE! We took our truck in for a simple PM. Tech could not get truck to start in priming process. It just cranked & cranked for over an hr. They were insistent that the fuel pump went bad. So we had to sleep in our truck INSIDE THE SHOP cuz the truck wouldn't start & we would have to get towed to shop for further repairs. Next morning 2 day techs looked at it & found a small piece of plastic that was restricting flow. So basically the tech broke the nozzle piece off the bottom of fuel filter then they tried saying it was there the entire time. Umm NO we drove the truck in therefore no restriction was present. Then they couldn't clear the engine light from the fuel flow restriction so we still had to go to the other shop, wasting more time & more money out of OUR pocket. Also, At DD shop the tech found our air intake guage laying on the leaf spring next to U bolt. It was discolored & the threading was stripped. Well we didn't drive from AZ w that there so obviously they did something to it. This TA is only good for tire changes... if they can even do that properly. DRIVERS BEWARE!

Their truck parking is trashed, the asphalt is in such poor condition you are likely to destroy a tire just driving through or parking. The restrooms were horrible. I had to replace a couple tires on my trailer while I was there. Not only are they overpriced ( like just about any truckstop) but, damn they were slow

I don't understand it but fuel prices are always higher at these truck stops than anywhere else. The bathrooms here are deplorable for the most part. The Subway sandwich shop inside does a decent job. But all the convenience foods and drinks are exceptionally expensive. But the biggest problem they have is their parking lot. I don't understand why they don't reinvest some of their profits and fix those potholes everywhere. Worst parking lot I've seen in any truck stop venue.

I had to go into 3 showers just to find one that wasn't covered in hair, #1 & #2. Didn't have a pic of the hairball at the shower drain in my 3rd shower. Made feel like the showers were infested so I didn't bother shaving or brushing my teeth. Waited to brush my teeth at my truck. I told the porter working that I left the bar of soap at the drain so maybe he will clean the hairball as well. The manager and the front counter clerk jumped on it making it right. The manger talked to the porter but he is just a big white lazy young guy who probably doesn't care about having pride for himself nor doing his job correctly. (Dont worry I'm a white guy) The reason I say this is when I was leaving all he was doing was standing around talking collecting a paycheck that he didn't earn. Well anyways 5 stars to the manager and front counter clerk. Wish I would have asked for names. .

The so called restaurant that's in there is disgusting!!!! Patty melt the bread was hard, the patty tasted like its been warmed up a couple of times in the microwave and the onion was not even cooked it was just thrown on the cheese and the fries was cold. You want good food don't go there that place is a flipping joke

I will tell you who they are.Abs sensor on the trailer, the wire was cut. They start working on it, they took out the protection from one wire they were looking to put wires together and tape them..10 min job! But NO! They came up to me saying the wore must be replaced and the parts store its 2h drive away. Everything was closed so they told me to wait 2 days(till Monday) to get it fixed! I left .! They charged me .5h ($73).Now im in CA, I went under the trailer, found the wire, i can see they were here but they stop working cuz they need to milk you more not just 1h of labor. this guys are not mechanics! They walk around smoking, playing music etc! Don t stop here, don t tip the guys! They don t deserve it They could fix my trailer in 5-10 min they chose not to. Cuz they can! I fix it myself in CA at 70 degrees in 10 min!

very bad service I do not recommend it very bad personal treatment I spent 24 hours for a motor mail service they told me they would call me in 2 hours and it was not done and without having them work it is useless it is truck service

I miss what TA use to be. Up your gameLove's is kicking your rear. The OneCard system you have is dumb. ReallyClean your facility, have food fresh and readily available please. Manage yourWorkforce responsibly and they will perform. Put truckers first again and we will come. And stock clothes, Merrell shoes, Levi jeans, Carhartt shirts, socksUnderwear. Wider selection of hygiene products and fair price. Come on, you've been around a long time, get it together.

Got there at 4:00pm for a oil & fuel filter change said it would be a 3 hour wait. Finally got in at 12:30am. When it came time they didn t have the oil filter but they were able to change the fuel filter. Sure would ve loved to have had some sleep.

I called ahead THE SHOP and I was told there is only one truck in front of me waiting to get PM done.After waiting for nearly 3 hours I saw one Truck that pulled next to me and dropped the trailer and went to the door where they get the PM s done .When I went inside and ask them what had happened they told me that the guy checked him before me when his name actually was on the waiting list after me and for the whole time that I was there he never checked in or was there before me . So if you go here make sure you stay awake the whole time you are waiting because they skip you like nothing .

Came in last night to have all 4 drive tires replaced. Pulled me into bay and waiting for approval from company before they can proceed. While waiting, to save themselves time, they inflated new tires and deflated my tires. My company told me to go to terminal instead as it was cheaper and my tires could wait longer. Pretty sure the workers were mad that they did all that. So another 30-45 min before I can leave as they have to reinflate my tires. I have sensors on the tires and they were all reading 60-70 psi. I told them before I left and was told that's normal when it's inflated and it should be good after I start rolling.This morning sensors are all still reading very low, uncomfortable driving like this I go back inside to tell them. I explain to the lady at the desk what they did and that they screwed up and need to fix this. She asks me who is paying, me or my company? Really!!?? I have to pay because they screwed up? Then she tells me they need approval before they can do anything, oh and there's a wait, I can't just cut other people. They need approval to put air back in my tires because the workers were too lazy to fill them to proper standards when they deflated them all without approval? Ended up having to fill them myself with the outside air line. Never coming back here, I got much better service at the Loves when I had my steers done.

Came in for a tire repair and had to replace with a used matched tire. Checked in on the app arrived and said it would be 3 to 4 hrs wait. I took a nap and 4hrs later they called and got me right in and taken care of.

This just happened to my husband right now.I was there to change a tire at 12 am, the girl in the front wrote my name on her list and all my information. There was only one truck in front of me and another being attended. At 5 pm the manager of the place told me with very bad manners that my name was crossed off the list and that there were 4 trucks in front to be attended. No matter how much I explained to him, he did not agree to help me and the girl in front and other employees had already left. After waiting 5 hours to be treated I had to leave and they called me saying that he was right that I could return. I do not recommend this place, it is the worst, they have no respect for customers. REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE.

The cook cannot. At all the food was hard as rock Steenburgen was what we expected and it was to be smothered onion we got 3 little tiny anorexic onions that's it so burned on either side wasn't even funny tater rot hard as a rock ,corn dry as hell and cold.

Have steam valves replace with brand new tires they were all loose brought it back they say warranty was voided because I exceed 100 miles radius when they don t even have a TA on 100 miles very disappointed 10 min job took a customer awayService: TiresService: Tires
