I recently stopped at TA Truck Stop, and it was an okay experience. The facilities could use a bit of an update, but they had some decent amenities. Inside, you ll find a Subway and Country Pride restaurant, which offer good food options. They also have convenient coffee stations for a quick caffeine fix. The driver lounge is a nice place to relax while on the road. Overall, it s a decent stop for truckers and travelers.

Replaced Radiator and 3 weeks later a/c condenser fall off. Overall ok they took me in fast and worked overnight but lack of experience mechanics. I guess they forgot to tighten condenser as I find 1 brand new bolt so it couldn t be 3 broken bolt s because of over tighten. Condenser was holding with only 1 old rusted bolt. I hope condenser and radiator not damaged. Always check what job was done. Also they gave me $2700 for just a radiator ($4000 total estimate)and when I brought mine and tell them I got original from dealer for $1700 they said they have same price. Felt dumb in 2am after driving from Salt Lake City to bring radiator in to save $1000 and hear that for some reason they overpriced estimate and actually could make a better price. I think this could happen anywhere but my experience in this TA not the best.

Typicall TA truck stop. Always low mood. Staff always unhappy. I take the ice cream from refrigerator and there is a tag $4.79 then I come to cashier and that unhappy lady just sad $7.49. I sad there is a tag $4.79 but don t mind what I try to say. She again sad $7,49 I try to explain to her but she was thinking dismiss time ( I think soo )I don t like you guys always let me push down my mood. You need the renew your building your employee and your business mind.

I have been driving 5 hours called 6 times so I didn t have to wait figured they were busy they are not busy I have sat at my booth for 10 minutes without even being waited on I worked at a country pride when I was 16 in burns and this would have not been okay. All the waitresses are standing goofing off do better

Drove all day and wanted to stop and get a shower and get some sleep. After reserving shower with 0 wait on app, walk in store to take a shower. Wait 5 min and now shower number was given. Husband walked around shower hall and one showed being used and no attendant in the area. Husband walkedto cashier who had no clue which were cleaned and which were not. Wait 5 more minutes, no attendant still. Ask cashier who by the way had nothing going on except sitting behind the register, no customers, no nothing who got an attitude and ask another associate who was getting off work to unlock a shower for me. For the amount of money that I spend with TA you would think that I deserve to be treated a little better. Parking lot has ruts so deep you seriously hurt yourself walking to the building. From the look of it, I am not the only one that has had bad experiences here and from the looks of it, there is an apology after the review is posted but nothing done about it. Smh do better.

Need to repair the parking lot. This parking lot is a trucking joke!!!Why did the trucker driver fall down?He parked at a Petro/ TA truck stop and fell in a snow covered ditch.Watch your step. Iced over truck parking is dangerous!

As a long haul truckdriver I have always had a pleasant experience. Today I talked to rian and discovered she had some good ideas. My dad ran a restaurant 30 years ago and I still remember what it takes to make a success of it. She sounds like someone who cares a lot and I think you are blessed to have someone like her.

This place was awesome. We pulled in in our rv, that we live in, and they showed us where we could park for the night. We woke up the next morning with 2 flat tires. They let us stay for a total of 4 nights, free of charge and by the time we left, we were on a first name basis with Lory and a bunch of ppl from the Country Pride Restaurant there. We ate everyday at the restaurant and once at the Subway. Everyone was so nice! They have great snack and drink options as well as showers, and laundry. The bathrooms were always clean and stocked with tp and paper towels. We inquired at the service station about an oil change for our rv. They dont do them, but he was very nice and recommended a couple of places that would. The day we left I went to say goodbye and Lory gave me a big hug and wished us safe travels and hoped we'd stop to say hi when in the area again. We absolutely will!!!

NO SHOWERS. Creep to parking and walked all the way in to wait five minutes at the register for somebody to return and tell me that they don t have any showers available. No signs at the pump to let the drivers know. Clearly they care about their truckers.

avoid the repair shop by any means - i know there is nothing else around but these people are so unprofessional and so arrogant that i couldn't believe it. We needed to get a tire checked - not only they could not find the problem but they broke 4 studs on the wheel - which took me 2.5 days to find - spent over $1000 for this but when I asked them to check on my reefer trailer and see how much fuel was in the tank - they told me there is an extra charge for this. Of cause I was ready to call the police and ask them to check my unit since driver was in salt lake city,UT - going from shop to shop looking for the studs. After all they told me it was 3/4 full - after screaming and telling them they are not human . No one would do something like that if they have a little empathy. They only know how to charge but they don't know how to fix. Not funny at all!!!

Avoid this TA Shop!!!!Checked in at 9pm for a tire change,Wait line was 2-3hrAfter 7 hr I came to ask them what s happening and they told me that I was called 3 times But he called different number because he saw 7 instead of 1 really..????You can t understand your own writing???And they didn t care that I missed my delivery appointment and paid 370$ late fee

You all need to implement a policy where if a handicap driver parks in a handicap spot they need to check in as if they paid for a paid spot Seeing two drivers parked tractor first in your handicap spot and don t see a handicap sign hanging on their window. It s lazy drivers not wanting to park there trucks far from the building. This is against the law and disrespectful to drivers who are actually handicapped.

Doesn't deserve 1 star!! Stopped at shop at 6am, shop empty with guys just standing around doing nothing, asked for someone to pop 2 rivets for me, holes drilled, to guy I'd give him $20 for a 2 min job, he said I need to write up a service ticket n charge you $72 minimum plus rivets!! Think you know what I told him!! That's why the shop is empty, years ago we could've gotten it done for nothing n told to have a nice day!! See ya later TA Rawlins, I'll never be back

I don't know but I have been to the TA of Chayanne and Rawlins in the state of Wyoming and the people who serve them are poorly educated, rude, like one has to go so far as to beg them for a favor when it is work that we bring them so they can earn money, I don't understand them. Because they are rude, the problems they bring from home should be left at home, not brought to work.

Reserved parking. When I got there went in for a shower and a meal......all that fuel I got all year ....points disappeared showers disappeared. Had to pay for a shower. It stunk the toilet seat was speckled from someone else , there was a nasty shower stool full of cigarette burns in there and all the walls were filthy like someone squirted them with shampoo or something ... Gross. After my lovely shower I went to get something to eat.half the study was missing from the salad bar and the food bar was all dried out...got pictures. So I went into the store to get a couple hot rollers instead. Cold day I wanted something warm. It was full but nothing ready and there hot plate empty. Wound up going to the fuel island store for one of their hot sandwiches. At least they had something there.

They have very nice people in the shop. Did not care for the 6 hour wait when it was only supposed to be an hour and a half. Especially having livestock on. Wouldn't even sell me a tire outright

Nastiest truckstop on all Wyoming I80. Half the men's restroom stalls don't lock ...the stalls themselves are barely standing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Clean showers would recommend even smells clean just walking down the hallway nice store with subway and country pride food was good and quick

My family and I stopped in for breakfast and was treated very rudely by the server whom claimed to be the morning lead server. Who not only has a major attitude but also finds it appropriate to loudly use curse words in front of everyone. I understand it s a truck stop and most truckers don t mind being talked to this way but there is also families that go in to truck stops that don t want to hear or have our children hear this language and especially coming from someone who is supposedly in a management position. Because of her mouth and very bad attitude my family will not be stopping there ever again.. I refuse to pay that kind of money to be treated and ignored like we was.. would give no stars if it was a option

5pm Subway out of food again! Lucky for us County Pride restaurant served us but closed to new customers at 5:05. Service & food great there but fellow travelers need reliability at stops. Restroom out of toilet paper too!

Five stars because Christmas buffet was excellent food was amazing and delicious servers were perfect and attentive but I give it 1 * for the parking lot never being cleaned up from snow and ice

Aubry the waitress was very rude to a black couple that came in. Could not stop counting her tips, just told them to get their own menu. Didn't thank them as they were leaving, didn't seem to want anything to do with them. More friendly with white customers I noticed. She is not in the right line of work. Also, the mashed potatoes are instant, not real. Also the salad was not fresh, was the worst salad bar ever. Waiter on duty in the morning was way better. The bathroom in the morning was disgusting

If you re a truck driver, expect showers down and rude waitresses at this location, happens very often, I try to avoid it but sometimes have no many options.
