I have had great experiences purchasing vehicles and having services done. Montana is wonderful to work with. She s a great addition to the Skyline team. I have not had one bad encounter in the dealership. The sales and financing team members are pleasant and knowledgeable. They don t push you into anything and listen to what you want. Highly recommend.Love my 2023 Equinox.

To say I'm beyond thrilled with my experience here is an understatement. I had an injector go on my truck on a trip from New York to Idaho. The guys and gals here dropped everything, it seemed like to get me back on the road as quickly as possible to help me beat an incoming storm. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone. Flat out top-notch service department.

My husband went in to get our truck checked out and the diagnosis came back saying we needed a power steering pump, lines and break switch. It took them 2 hrs and 15 min JUST to diagnose it. Well they wanted $1200 for parts and labor, and I'll tell you why this is a blind robbery. I had my grandpa check it out and he said it wasn't even the power steering pump or lines that needed fixed, it was the TRANSMISSION LINES! This infuriated me because they took over 2 hrs for a false diagnosis. Sounds like they wanted to make some money off of us, how despicable. On top of it, my grandpa told me this in less than 45 minutes and I know he wouldn't lie to me. It took THEM over 2 hrs for what? To see how they could make money off of us and falsely diagnose our vehicle, and then come back with the real problem so they could make more money off of us? This was some very dishonest customer service, I thought that they were supposed to be certified and "well trained?" This false diagnosis also cost us $148. I will be going in to talk to Emil Lemich in person this Tuesday because this is unacceptable. You can ruin peoples livelihood over things like this. This would have cause emotional trauma and turmoil and serious conditions. It falls under traditional theft and fraud charges legally. We were looking to get a loan just to fix the issues and if we would have went through with this, it would have put us behind on bills and rent, and we would have decided whether to pay bills or buy necessities such as food. In the end it was not that big of an issue. Not sure if you can sue someone over things like this, but we will definitely be looking into it. Very unprofessional and terrible accountability.

I made a quick emergency stop to service an engine light on my tow rig and Nathan was happy to fit me in, despite having a packed schedule. After getting back to 100% power output, I was able to complete my journey.

Eric and Montanna are trustworthy and they always listen to me. They are attentive to my needs. I never feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. I ve taken my truck in 3 different times to get brake issues addressed and every single time I get my truck back it still has issues. Their techs say they don t feel anything on the test drive but every time I ve picked the truck up the same issue happens as soon as I start moving. They re a good shop and they ve fixed other problems on mine and my families vehicles with no issues but it s irritating have to take my truck back multiple times only to not have the problem be solved.Update: went to go fix the problem myself because skyline couldn t fix it after being there twice and found they they had stripped my bleeder valves on one of my brand new calipers and damaged the other three, do not take your vehicle here it s rushed and shoddy work.
