Decent people but only a half mechanic was referred to him by two people told me he don't tear engines apart so just saying oil changes and spark plugs is about what ya get here unfortunately

Mr. Ross is an ANGEL! He was kind, efficient, reasonably priced, & honest.I wish I lived in Rawlings so he could be my full time mechanic. What a great businessman & person!

Great guy, looks like he works solo.Every time I came in asking a question, he was happy to help.Finally took my Jeep in to get fitting greased, he told me the price and the best time to bring it. He told me he would be don't within a couple hrs. I ran some errands and came back, he said he just finished but he wanted to show me some things to be aware of(nothing major). He was very polite and patient as I was asking questions and talking to him. He gave me a great deal and made my whole day.If you have to get your vehicle fixed, I HIGHLY recommend him. He's honest, and won't cut corners, if they're is something wrong, he will not only tell you but show you if you wish. Thank you for your help and I will definitely be back if I need anymore work.

I was worried about the price but he fixed my car and quoted me a great price for the future. I will keep taking my car to him. He's very kind and I'm glad I took my car to him

Incredible guy! We were stuck in Rawlins from out of town because we were having car trouble on the way to our vacation destination. After getting scammed by another guy, who basically told me he'd give me $50 to scrap my newish car. Mr. Ross on the other hand took under an hour of his busy schedule to look over my motor, told me that the car is fine to drive back to Casper so long as we took it easy. Incredibly friendly, the receptionist was also phenomenal and a pleasure to work with.If im stuck here again with car trouble I'll be sure to stick with Mr. Ross. Great service!

Chuck was excellent he did a great job on my car his prices were more than fair be patient he has more work than anyone man should have to take care of but he will take care of you.

He was friendly, intelligent and represented himself well. Im glad we got a second opinion from him!Another guy told us we'd have to replace the entire motor, that rods were bent and valves were broken but it all seemed so suspicious since the car wasn't showing signs of any of that. Ross, on the other hand, took 30 minutes to find what was going on, didn't charge us a dime for any of his time. It was a broken bit of plastic in the valve. The other place charged me 140 dollars for not even an hour of their time! Next time I find myself stuck in Rawlins with car troubles, Ross is the first place I'll go. Definitely worth the three day wait .

Most mechanics about 90% are dishonest, but this one I highly recommend....I've been shopping around Rawlins for honest and good mechanics but couldn't find one.Ross, is the only honest mechanics around Rawlins.

Mr. Ross is a very good mechanic every time you fix my vehicle it's back on the road and doesn't break down I highly recommend Ross's for all your Automotive needs
