Had a air tank explode on a Volvo VNL semi truck. They came out for service call and we ended up having truck towed to their repair shop for repair. I provided parts as local dealers did not have parts. Overall I paid $1,865.07 for the service call and in shop repair. Labor rate was $125.00 per hour in shop. Paid through EFS.

I had the luxury of working with William and this other kind gentlemen at his shop here and I can tell you these people treat you like family. They will go above and beyond to help you and made every step easy along the way. Word can not express the gratitude I feel towards this place. Not only did these people do their job effectively, I was actually unable to get under my trailer due to me being on a steep hill and these guys spent the next hour and a half helping me get fix the issue! Love this place- 21 year old truck driver!

I hit a pothole on the freeway and blew one tire and bent the rims on 2. These guys were quick and extremely helpful and fair. I would say the owner is trustworthy. If you need repairs done I would recommend checking in with him.

Took care of me in the after hours, they both have road service and a great new shop! William is very knowledgeable and will have a solution for any mechanical issues! Also, budget friendly in a tough trucking market. 13 ft 6-inch vehicles around the corner there is low clearance bridge, drive on a main street to get to the shop.

Awesome people, clear and to the point about a tire issue we had. Miss Lori is a wonderful and welcoming person and had us smiling the whole time we sat in the office waiting on our tire to be fixxed. Would highly recommend if you need some help with anything that has wheels and a motor.

Great people, I was having a hard time with some things, and these guys were very considerate of my situation. They worked with me. Good people and had great communication good labor rates compared to big shops.

DO NOT USE These people don t know what they re doing. I had electrical issues with my DD15 and rewired (4) wires myself prior to calling them. It was late night on a Saturday. I was charged $440 for tech to come out and re-taped 1 of my wires which I noticed in the morning when I hadn t even made it out of the parking lot because of same issues. I called at 8a and by noon no one returned my call. I threatened to dispute the charges and an hour later the tech and dispatcher texted back saying tech was on his way. I had to hire another company.

Left me hanging twice! I called for a tire replacement in my trailer. He wanted to call me back with a price in 5 minutes. After 10 I called him and he apologized and said to come by his shop he had 1 car in front of me. He never showed up.

I definitely recommend this repair shop, stopped by while on a roadtrip with a deflating tire. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Side note: Kathy is the best!

While remote camping, one of the tires on our travel trailer went flat. We changed the tire and put on the spare, but didn't want to travel without getting the original tire fixed (of course, it was a Saturday, not a weekday). When we got into cell service, called Reliable and they told us to come in and quoted a very reasonable price for the fix. What an absolute pleasure it was to work with William and Lori - kind, courteous and excellent service. Highly, highly recommend.Service: Tires

Mechanic just ignored us, didn't want to let us know the boss was out getting parts. A random truck driver told us to wait for the boss to get back. Weird experience, seems like the focus on big rigs. I would recommend other tire services in town.

Great service! William helped us find a good tow service and had his team drop everything to begin working on our vehicle repair. They got us out of there in less than 24 hours. The price is standard auto shop prices. I don t think it is anymore or less than typical shop prices, but man do they bend over backwards to get you moving quickly if you are an out of Towner. Jeremy fixed us up so quick once the part was in. This is the shop to go to if you are in a pinch when traveling.

My niece and I got a flat and went here for help. The gentleman didn't have the size tire he even tried another location for us. He went above and beyond! He told us to use the spare until further notice and to have a safe trip. He was amazing... somewhat a guardian angel! Hope he sees this

At 1030PM, William came to my hotel and inspected my car tire; it was damaged and needed to be replaced. He returned to his business (it was almost 11PM), found a replacement tire and the next morning the tire was removed/replaced. This quick action allowed me to continue-without delay-a 2000-mile trip which had a very tight timeline. Kudos to Reliable Truck Repair and Tire Service team.Service: Tires

Seriously 1000% recommend this place it's an outstanding place, customer service is the best I've ever had. Not only are they the only place open on weekends, but they actually care and help with everything and anything they can. I got stuck on the highway I decided to just sleep and wait til the morning. Well I got towed over in the morning. Where I meet George and he was on top of getting my truck fixed. Found out nobody had my part for another 4 days. I was ready to stay and hangout for those days, but than they found my part only 2hrs away, which they had someone already going up to pick up a part. While waiting, George helped and 6 customers and got them back on the road. The office lady Laurn she was amazing. She was the best part of it all, she was calling, helping, making ppl feel comfortable while waiting. She got parts ordered. These ppl are the reason why I got to see my kids and grandson this weekend. Thanks and love you guys for everything you did

Blew a tire on our camper a few miles before Rawlins and needed a replacement before we kept on traveling. William and Vincent were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! Front office was very hospitable too!

This is an incredible business with honest, skilled mechanics. I didn't know people could be this kind. The owner, William, had mercy on us after happening upon us in a Walmart parking lot with engine failure on a road trip. When it became apparent that my engine was dead, he DROVE us home to Denver from Rawlins (over 4 hours). He spent the next month helping me navigate an insurance claim. William is one of the only mechanics I've worked with who didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I wish Reliable wasn't so far away from where I live! I would go there for all my car work.

We were passing through and blew a tire on our way home to Kansas. They weren t technically open on July 4th, but they still snuck us in and got us a new tire quickly. Friendly and helpful. Thank you so very much!

We Had an issue on the electric system of our RV and were near Rawlins. We googled and just called while on the road. The friendly people at this shop told us we should just quickly drop by. Frank helped us and fixed the issue even without the genuine spare parts. Great thanks!

Lori in the office is the BEST. We had a broken leaf spring on our 5th wheel and I was in tears because no one could fix it. She gave me a hug and Tavis started working on it right away. Got us out in 2.5 hours. Fair prices and GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!
