Simon saved us when no one else would come out. We spun out on ice on I-80 at midnight and flipped our trailer over. They sent 2 wreckers to flip the trailer over, and brought out a new pintle hitch to get us back on the road. The project ended at 3:30am and Simon constantly called us to provide updated about his location and other wrecks he was working that night. He had been working 32hrs straight last time we spoke with him.Our bill was $2k and we were happy to pay it. Anyone complaining can freeze and get themselves out of their situation. Take responsibility for your position.I own a business and can t imagine the risk and costs in operating this kind of business. The wreckers cost $1.5M and can t be financed.This guy invested his own money and risks his life on the side of the road to dig you out. If the life of your family is not worth $2k, then dig yourself out.We are grateful that he answered our call!

This place has very bad communication skills we came here to get our truck fixed they told us that they can fix it however they never did fix it we had to wind up taking it to another shop to get fixed the TA truck stop down the street fix our transmission not this place... We paid 1700$ just to get our truck and trailer towed here they said we can park the trailer here for free. However once we left from here and came back almost 1 month later to get our trailer they put a lock on the trailer so we could not get it and they say they were charging us 200$ a day for us leaving our trailer in the lot after the first time they told us it was free. These people are ripping people off they are also racist. one guy inside the office was calling my co driver as a boy when he is almost 40 years old. In total they charged us over 5,000 just for leaving our trailer here.

Rave to Caleb with Maps Towing!! Had a flat tire on 287 and no clue how to change it. He showed up quick and got the tire changed. VERY nice young man!! I appreciate the quick service!!

We had a breakdown outside of Rawlins and the tow drivers were so kind and helpful. Once they were dispatched, they came very quickly to rescue us and our vehicle. I highly recommend their towing service. The customer service was impeccable.

seriously saved our bacon when we found ourselves in a tight spot. We made several calls and he was the only one able/willing to come rescue us out of the mess we made. We caused a huge headache and these guys were absolute saints. Great people, fantastic service! Definitely owe these guys, BIG time. Thank you again for being so professional and helpful! Best towing company in Wyoming!

We called Maps towing when our truck would not start after stopping for fuel. Shawn and Charles came out really quickly and were knowledgeable, professional and really nice men. After waiting 5 hours on road service they had us limp 20 miles to their shop, just to pull our truck apart and realize they did not have parts to fix us. Had to wait until next day to get back going.

Our van broke down here on a Sunday afternoon. Shawn first referred us to a closer repair technician, but when that didn t work out, he drove out to take care of us himself! We are so appreciative, as it meant we didn t have to wait for the repair to be done the next morning. We felt his price was more than fair. Shawn went above and beyond. These guys were great! Our car broke down on the side of the rode on a weekend when everything was closed and they were awesome enough to tow us to their shop and fix a few things even though they are diesel mechanics and this was just a sedan. Minimum we got charged is 2hrs which was well over $1000. There are other tow carriers in the area folks just be patient and call. This is a ripoff and not worth it. Please be safe and stay away.

They are horrible! Make sure you agree on the price with them before they show up other wise they will charge you $1600 per hrs. Make sure whatever you have agreed upon is in writing.They over-priced when we asked them to tow our semi truck in Rawlins WY.They can also hold your truck and load hostage at their shop.They want you to pay cash or zelle, I went into a lot to convince them accept a credit card.They are unprofessional in their communication. They make you feel like they are helping you, yet in actual sense they are exploiting you and your situation.No one calls a towing truck for leisure, it however feels powerless when someone uses that opportunity to take the last $$ out of your poket..Don't use them!

On Oct 22, 2022, our truck, broke down on I-80 W/B close to Exit 209 at the closed weigh station. We contacted MAPS Towing and Diesel Repair, who agreed to tow us for $250 to their mechanical shop at 1222 E Cedar St, Rawlins, WY 82301. They arrived and towed our truck; however, after dropping it off at their shop, they invoiced us $1250. I tried to argue with the guy, but he insisted. He said he charges $650 per hour and is the cheapest in the city. He later gave us a discount of $200 and said that we could only remove our truck or the load if we paid him that money.The distance between our pickup location and the mechanical shop is like 4 Miles; it is so unfair for them to charge us $1050, yet the verbal agreement was $250/hr, and he only used less than 1 hr. He used the fact that he had the load and truck in custody and used it as leverage.On 10/26/2022, I hired another towing company to tow the truck to Peterbilt Casper, 125 miles from Rawlins. They charged me only $1400. This amount is similar to all the other towing companies in Rawlins, WY.I dont understand why Wyoming lets these crooks exploit customers.Service: Special vehicle towing

Such great people! Most are not happy to be dealing with a tow company it's usually a last resort during a not-so-great situation. While that was the case with my interaction with Maps Towing and Diesel Repair, I am so happy to have called them. Firstly, the entire team was more than happy to help me in my situation (lost my key in Rawlins and was struggling to find a way to get a new key), they gave me advice on how to proceed in hopes of saving rather than the route that Ford was trying to push me, and they put up with my levels of stress and confusion about what to do so far away from my home. The kindest people I've met. The owner of the company was there alongside the owner of that particular garage and another employee, showing that they really care about the business and how people are being treated. Such respect and appreciation for them and how they conduct business.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Our car died on our way to Chicago from san francisco in the middle of nowhere in wyoming, Maps towing was the only towing service that offered their services at a decent price. Everyone else was extremely overpriced. The guys that picked us up were very nice & friendly. They were also very fast at picking us up. When we got to the tow yard everyone there was so friendly. The mechanic right away checked my car to see if he could fix it for me. Unfortunately I drive a hybrid & the repairs were beyond his knowledge but he tried and I appreciate him for that. They also allow long stays on cars just incase you have to find someone to pick up your car & that's exactly what I did. Thank you very much for all your help. My car was finally picked up today after 2 weeks & it's being delivered to Chicago. You guys are the best.Service: Car towing

I was in the ice storm in the city of Rawlins and called to get them to straighten my truck and trailer out after I couldn't make it up and icy hill and ended up against a curb spinning my tires. They towed me one block and charged me $2800 for a semi and trailer on the street. It was maybe 1000 feet at the most! Even worse, they put a man in my vehicle with me and made me drive to their shop with a truck in front and behind me. They took me into the back room of their building. It felt like I was taken into custody and very much like I was being intimidated and strong armed. I've had roadside assistance and I've never had to go somewhere with the the tow truck team. After my experience I also heard they were over charging people and taking peoples vehicles if they refused to pay the outrageous prices. Honestly, this was such a horrible experience it made me feel taken advantage of and humiliated. Something is very crooked and not right about these people. Went there for a radiator and water pump replacement. Brought my van in when they were ready for it. Took 4 days, 3 visits, and $1600. On completion the a/c didn t work because a cable hadn t been reconnected. I m truly sorry I didn t heed the other reviews. All the more frustrating because I think they are nice people.

Great people, Shawn really helped us out. Our air system was completely screwed, and they helped us even tough Volvo didn't have parts readly available. Lost a U joint 40 miles past their business. Broke lip on drive line in the process. They where the only company who would come to me. Had to overnight the parts I needed and they had them installed within 30 minutes of arrival and had me back on the road. Prices where great and repairs where timely and quality. Will have my company's business from now on.

I've had to call these guys twice so far because I like to lock myself out of my car and they have came immediately both times, were extremely quick and professional and polite!!
