Are you traveling on I-80 and in need of tire service for your car or light truck? This is the absolute best place for tire repair and service! Our vehicle developed a rather nasty vibration during our travel through Wyoming. Thankfully we found ourselves in Rawlins and were able to locate Kilburn Point S.Vibration issue was solved with the balancing of all four tires, to ensure safe and trouble free motoring through the Mountains and on to Nevada. Great staff and excellent pricing!Special Thanks to Scott, Melissa and RJB!

Hands down the best service! Called around and no one had tires for my car. They had them and could get us in asap. We were skating in two bad tires just in time to get them replaced. Fast and friendly.

My husband broke down in Rawlins on his way to North Dakota. Max was amazing he went above and beyond to get him back on the road. I would recommend this place over and over again to anyone. Ask for Max because his customer service is ON POINT!

My daughter was stuck with tire issues on Christmas day night traveling from Green River to Laramie, went in the next morning they fixed her right up. The staff was kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Choose this shop! We were headed west on I-80 past Laramie. Slow leak in our tire due to what looked like a nail or screw near the edge of the tread face. Melissa was terrific on the phone. Checked inventory in case we needed new. Got us in quick and we were on the road again in just over an hour with a repaired tire and a 3 inch construction screw for a souvenir. They could have argued the hole couldn t be patched because it was too close to the sidewall, and made us buy 2 new tires. For that matter, since our car is AWD they could have tried to convince us we needed 4 new tires. But no just honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient folks. $20 for the repair. Five stars plus!

These people are awesome. Had a blowout on our dually on the the interstate on the way to here. Stopped in, they gave us a great price on 6 new tires, have us a ride back to our campsite while they worked on the truck. Excellent service.

I got stranded in Wyoming and was brought to Rawlins and desperately needed to put snow tires on my car. Melissa and the team were very helpful to this distressed lady. If you need snow tires and are in the area, this is the place to go, and they do other services, but make sure to call them because they may be short-staffed and have to try to squeeze you in. So call!

Best shop in the land, as far as I'm concerned. While on a road trip around the Rockies, my van developed an issue with the front left wheel. Avoiding a long tale, the shop that fitted new tires on the van had cross threaded the lugs on all five studs! Though right, the wheel itself was left loose. The mechanic, Max, was on top of it quickly. All five studs has to be broken and replaced as well as all five lugs. Melissa at the service desk, Max, a manager who's name I didn't get were all absolutely fantastic! They treated a stranger like a friend and got me back on the road in a safe vehicle. I'm forever grateful.

When you are on the road and have an RV with a tire problem, what do you do?If you are lucky, you stop here. Super nice professional folks! Our tire was fixed and we are on the road again.

It sounds weird to say that we had a great time getting our tires repaired - but we did! The staff, especially Melissa and Max, took amazing care of us. We got a flat on I-80 and they were able to order in tires for us. (They have lots in stock, we just have a specialty tire.) The tires arrived the next morning and they got us right back on the road. We were always informed about next steps and the prices were really fair. It s a friendly local place. I wish we had them in SLC. Very trustworthy and we definitely hope our next flat is near here again!

Our tire popped on a long drive and Kilburn Point S was the only auto shop that was able to help us! They squeezed us in despite having a full book already. The most friendly staff and amazing customer service. Highly recommend for anyone from the area or whoever gets stranded like we did!

I am a single female traveler. I had a issue with my jeep & pulled over in Rawlins. This shop was able to squeeze me in & take great care of me! It ended up being an easy fix & I was able to get back on the road! These are honest people here! Appreciate them fixing the small issue & getting me back on the road!

UPDATE: It took them 4 days to replace a simple brake line and even than they still couldn t get my brakes working, they though it was the pedal that was messed up, so they charged me over 600$ for nothing. I just fixed my brakes in less than 10 minutes now they work brand new. This place doesn t have a clue what they are doing. Go somewhere else

Traveling from Kentucky to Washington. Had a large puncture in a tire. Somehow made it to Rawlins Wyoming. this place had the tire that I needed. They did a great job getting it fixed for me quickly we were able to get back on the road with just a couple hour delay. Thank you to Kilburn point S! Keep up the great work out there.

Not only are the techs super knowledgeable and friendly, they really care about helping you get down the road safely!The receptionist is focused and has great customer service!Only full blown tire shop in town, so either be patient, or keep your complaints to yourself! With 1 receptionist and 3- 4 techs MAX, they can get behind! Walk ins beware! There's only so much they can do when short staffed and overbooked! Have some decency and help them as much as they help you!

We had a Great experience with Kilburn! We were driving across the country and ran into some issues and we weren t really sure what the problem was but our van didn t feel right. We waited overnight to get serviced. We were there at 8am when the opened and we spoke to someone about our problems and within 2 hours we were out of there. Andrew was exceptionally helpful and nice. If we happen to be driving by Rawlins and we have car troubles, we would definitely stop here again!

Our car was making a terrible noise as we pulled into Rawlins for gas. To be safe we booked a hotel for the night to wait until shops opened in the morning. After looking at Google reviews I had settled on taking it to The Quick Lube. As we drive up the guy at Quick Lube said for sure our car needed to be lifted up to service it so he didn't waste our time and instead referred us to Scotty at Point S.Kudos to Quick Lube for their upfront honesty.Scotty greeted us as the check lady was on a call. (They were super busy!). We waited for about 45 min before Levi could initially check out the sound. Everyone was friendly. They have a good relationship with their regular local customers. Levi came up with a good first plan to fix our car. He even offered us a ride back to our hotel if needed. This shop is honest and knowledgeable. I appreciate their concern to try to get us back on the road as quick as possible. These guys love what they do and are efficient. Thanks for thinking outside the box and getting us in and out as quick and safely as possible.

So conflicted.The tire tech who I had to track down was awesome.But the receptionist I had to wait 10 minutes to talk to was horrible. She should not be in a customer facing job.She didn t acknowledge me until I was practically in her lap, then said they were too busy to help me, then said that it was up to me to see if I could find someone to talk to. So what s the point of her then?Once they get rid of her, they ll be set.

Andrew saved the day! He stayed after hours to change a flat and we could continue on our trip. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpull.Also the shop and bathrooms are spotless, cleanest I have ever seen in auto shop :-)

What a gem of a place. After a flat tire 50 miles away from Rawlins, the AAA service recommended Kilburn Point S. We drove on our 50-mile spare to Rawlins on a Sunday evening, and had to spend the night, but it was worth it. This shop is the real deal. So professional, and I am glad they were recommended to us. Thank you to Melissa and the Service / Repair techs here for a great job. We made it home in great shape thanks to ya'll.

We had a bulging tire on our travel trailer and pulled in 10 mins before closing time. They had replacements in stock at a fair price and stayed late to make sure we were safely back on the road. Andrew was super friendly and Scottie was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Still love this shop. They are friendly efficient and do not try to rip you off when your in a spot like some places do. I highly recommend them if you're having vehicle issues need tires or just basic service. These folk are the go to's. I've even seen them offer free rides home in terrible weather so folk don't have to just sit and wait. You could pay for that kind of service but here you don't have to. Great job all of you working so hard to make others life easier.

These are the nicest and most competent people I have ever worked with. I got a flat on my corvette and they had me fixed up and out of there in no time. Andrew was the one that fixed the flat and one of the greatest young men I have met. Thank you KILBURN TIRE COMPANY OF RAWLINGS. I will recommend you to everyone!

The prices that are quoted over the phone are not the same once you re about to pay, other than that the employees are very nice however the man working on our vehicle left grease and dust in it, which is a personal not a work vehicle.

We lost a tire on the interstate near Rawlins and got towed in to Kilburn Tire. All the staff was great, they were gonna work on it the next day, but ended up working on it right away and got us back on the road. The man that worked on it, Andrew was very friendly, great customer service and a great worker!

We had hit some debris on I-80 and drove into Rawlins looking for someone to look at our car on the rack. We first tried another place, but they didn't have room and recommended Kilburn. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful.
