Thank you, Iron J Towing, for picking up our broken down RV when literally no one else would.Iron J came to our rescue when no other towing provider in the immediate area would answer their phone or take the job to get us. They drove an hour to get to us and then another hour to our desired location. The tow was smooth and easy. The only downside was our driver smoking in the cab, but it was manageable.

I give this towing company high ratings because they gave me a time frame for getting out to me and they were there within 40 minutes. John is very professional and personable and offers fair pricing compared to other companies so if you need a tow call Iron J first and save yourself the aggravation dealing with those other places. Horrible, Gave false ETAs towed your truck to the wrong locations. Towed the truck to his yard not to the location you paid them to just to charge you more money. Then calls all the local services not to work on your vehicle. Very petty of a company.

They are inconsiderate, not very caring nor are they professional. They don t keep their promises either. Left me hanging for no reason even after we agreed on time and date.

We had to be towed when our van broke down traveling back to Texas, the gentleman Jake who came to tow us was very helpful, even gave us some as on what could be wrong! So helpful so kind and understanding, we couldn't have asked for better service, got us towed to a hotel where we could get help the next day! Thank you!

Car got stuck on I-80 East avoiding car that parked on the left side of highway instead of emergency lanes. After passing truck we noticed a car flipped over to ditch. As I had already hit a maneuver to avoid truck on side of the road. My car ended up in the snow covered grass. Called Iron J to come tow and one of their dudes came. Simple stuff and he wanted $690 CASH. It s a long road trip and cash is not key on the road. If your going to call ask how much the price is and don t be fooled thinking it s a couple hundred bucks.Service: Car towing

Absolutely horrendous experience with these crooks. Got stranded in a snowdrift when they offered to tow me out for a reasonable price. Once they got my vehicle free and we got into town they tripled my original quote and threatened to take my vehicle. How do they expect people to carry $800 in cash in the middle of the night while traveling. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

If I could give a lower rating, I would. They quoted me $200 , then upon arriving in Rawlins was charged $750 or They would take my vehicle. To completely change what they were charging is wrong in so many ways. Would not ever recommend to worse enemy. Do not use!

John has integrity that you just can t find anymore- we were stuck on the side of a narrow road with our camper ( and 4 young kids at sunset) on a Friday night - He took such good care of us. He also fixed the problem and got us back to camping with a fair and reasonable cost. Our driver Dave was absolutely fantastic. Friendly professional, helpful and quick. We had a piece of metal shattere our windshield, we had our daughters carseat with us and he snapped it in faster than I can type this review I tell you.He went above and beyond and helped us all feel comfortable after a very scary moment. Had a great experience in dealing with our operator who not only hauled our car to the lot but then waited to unload until we were able to confirm a final destination for fixing our car. The only drawback was there was no non-smoking area for customers in the office area so we needed to step outside while determining where our car needed to go.The driver was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole time.

Broke down on a county road outside of Elk Mountain. Called and they dispatched a truck right away from Rawlins. Randy, their driver, was prompt in arriving at our location. Quickly got us loaded and strapped down. Hauled us home to Cheyenne and unloaded my pickup exactly where I asked so I could get it in my shop. Very safe driver, polite and professional. Easy to have a conversation with. Great price for the distance. Would recommend them and will certainly use them again if I need towed in the future.Service: Car towing

I would give Iron J Towing 10 stars if I could. They were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. It was labor day weekend and my family and I were stranded on the highway. My car spit out antifreeze all over the place and we were on a road trip headed home that was just 6hrs away. Iron J came to the rescue. He towed it to his shop and even took the time to look under the hood and see what's wrong. Not only did he fix the problem but he had me and my family on the road in a matter of minutes. He didn't have to look under the hood to fix my car but he went that extra mile. He went above and beyond to help us, he was nice to the kids, nice to me and my and my wife and even walked us through the problem and what he did to fix it. If it wasn't for Iron J I would have to spend labor day weekend in a hotel , pay for food for a family of 6 for 3 days and be stranded with no car and then who knows how long some other mechanic would have taken to fix my car and the bill for that aswell.Before all this we stopped in Rawlins to gas up and there was smoke and antifreeze everywhere.. We called some mechanic we found online that claimed to be "reliable." 6hrs and $500 later we were finally on the road. Not even 50 miles down the road and my car overheats all of a sudden and theres antifreeze everywhere...I call the so called "reliable" mechanic and he doesn't reply for hours and once he does he checks the car out and tells us its no good,, just junk it. I wanted a second opinion but All the other businesses were closed or said they had no time to help. Iron J saves us and my car. Thank you Iron J. You guys are the best .Service: Car towing

Austin helped use with our 5th wheel and truck. He was very professional and helpful. He picked us up, took our camper to the campground. He parked us in our spot and helped us get set up. Took our truck to the repair place. The price was very reasonable. Best locsl place in Rawlins. Thank you so much!

Got a driver out quickly, and thank goodness... it was 34 degrees out and I was freezing. Rick was efficient and polite. He was a smoker, but he respectfully didn t light up while I was in the truck with him. The service ran me a base $100 for the call out, plus $5 per mile. Not sure how the price compares to others. I was just grateful they had someone available after four other number I called were too busy (wait times ranged from 3-7 hours). It was way too cold to wait that long.

I used Iron J Towing a few months ago to have my truck dropped off in Laramie. The driver (I believe Dave is his name) arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. Once he dropped off the vehicle he called to let me know it had made it. Decent rates. I would highly recommend these guys.

Jake was AMZING! I was still on the phone arguing with AAA about them not serving me when Jake showed up and loaded our truck! He was fast and friendly! AAA should change to Iron J, but even if they don t we will call for him in the future!!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

When the person came to tow my vehicle out of the ditch he charge me $890.00 to get me out.Another tow truck driver I talk to after I got out of the ditch charged only $200.00 a car.They know how to get your money when you in the ditch

Iron J did a great job for me in a very unpleasant situation. The owner and one of his drivers arrived quickly, despite the Roadside assistance issues he had. They were empathetic an professional and did what was necessary to get me off the road and safe.You can t go wrong with them!

Mr. John went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down on the highway. He was prompt in picking us up, did not overcharge, and made sure we were able to get to a mechanic and hotel safely. He even offered to loan us a car to get around in the interim since the local (and only) car rental in town was closed for the weekend. Exceptional customer service, hospitality, and empathy; Mr. John was a true angel! Also the youngest and most interesting driver we ve ever met! Thank you!

I was moving from Missouri to Utah this last month and my car broke down about 35 miles outside of Rawlings. I was panicked and on the verge of a breakdown as it was my first solo move but I called and the wonderful woman who answered was very calm and helpful, she answered all of my questions and gave me an accurate time estimate for when the truck would arrive. They were able to tow me back to town and then a family friend came up from Utah to help pick up my car from their lot they helped get my car on the trailer and I was able to get my car back down to Utah. They made the process easy and straight forward. If I ever get stuck in the same area again, I will 100% use their service again. THANK YOU!!!!

We were driving on I8o and a spring on our axel broke on our teardrop camper broke. Iron J towing came out quickly and saved the day. We had 2 kids and it was horribly hot. They towed us to Reliable Truck Repair who was equally amazing. We were back on the road in no time. The driver was kind and made our bad situation so much better. These are honest people and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Iron J for all your help.

I used Iron J two days in a row. The first was 18 miles and the second was 187 miles. The drivers, Dave and Matt were awesome and deserve 5 stars. Dave dropped me off at the hotel and Matt was great with my dog.I give a 4 star because the tow truck lost power and died 4 times on the 187 mile tow. That was unnerving to say the least.

Iron J was dispatched to my location after I called AAA. I was driving cross-country and my car would not start anymore. I didn't catch the name of the guy who came to help, but he was very helpful and caring. He wasn't sure if it was my battery that was at fault, so he advised me on my different options and guided me to a place that was open on a Sunday to get my problem diagnosed and fixed. Horrible Experience, About 4 weeks ago, my tractor broke down in Wyoming. I contacted Iron J Towing for asssistantance and they attempted to help me. Upon moving my tractor, they broke my trucks Drive Shaft and cut the Fuel Lines.He then took the fixing upon him self, said he will take care of any damages caused by him. They took my truck to a shop, and I had to wait 2 weeks before they could order parts to repair my truck. I was out of business for 4 weeks and yesterday he charged me $2,178.00 dollars because he said he towed my truck 100+ miles.What he really did was re-charge me all the repair costs to compensate his pocket.Disgusting! I will not use them ever again, nor would I recommend.Out of 1 through 10 I would rate them -10

Austin with Iron J Towing was amazing! Called first thing in the morning to have truck towed and was back at house within 2hrs including drive time. Super friendly and price for distance was great!! Thank you again for being so friendly! Will definitely use again if needed!!
