Had the opportunity to go to Dallin Motors for our vehicle purchase. They were able to help us find a vehicle in our budget and met our needs. Though this process has taken forever in the past and felt like jumping through hoops, the Dallin Motors team made this process quick and painless! I will definitely be using them again for future vehicle purchases and would 100% recommend going to them for your vehicle needs! A big thanks to Gilbert & Misty for making us feel at home with our new car, it is beautiful! Two thumbs up!

Purchased a lightly used Silverado through Misty, as well as a used Trail Blazer for my daughter, and she is a pleasure to work with. They make you feel at home and call you by first name, making you feel like you matter. They listen to your concerns, and also address them punctually. The sales were easy, and they are competitive in pricing! Would highly recommend.

Won t enter numbers correctly for the banks and doesn t work with just anyone. Unless you coming in clean, great credit, and 5k down, don t even pop your head inside. Other dealerships helped me out within 30 mins and worked with me. This is a terrible spot for a car!

Dallin motors was hands down the easiest dealership to work with!! Misty Canaday was fantastic! Took awhile to get my beauty but well worth it! Thank you all for making this experience worth it!

This was very kind and easy to work with. We are from out of state with a broken car and they were doing everything they could to help.While the car is being fixed they had a car on the lot that I have been thinking of buying. Lo and behold I came away with a new car!Definitely a good experience!

Edit: Dallin sent me an apology letter along with some coupons. Increasing the star rating from a 2 to a 4.Thank you for correcting Dallin.Scheduled an oil change for Fri, said they d be done by 3.30. I reiterated that I for-sure needed it done by then as I was leaving town. The guy on the phone confirmed it would be ready by then and it was booked it for 1pm on Fri.Dropped the car off on Fri, 3.45 rolls around, no call. I called them, service advisor told me they were just pulling it in and told me it was scheduled for Mon (according to whatever nonexistent system they might have).Had to walk through the workshop with my kids to check in.No multipoint inspection report, no complimentary car wash, no pickup and delivery service, but they did reset the oil life gauge. Not really seeing any benefit in brining my vehicle to this dealership vs a quick lube shop. $138 for an oil change on an SUV.

I had my twelve-year-old Dodge Durango in for some extended warranty work. And everybody was very helpful and very concerned. All the way from the front desk to.. to the mechanic that worked on it!! Tony was wonderful about keeping me updated on everything!

My friend has a brand new Jeep that was under warranty. It had a problem with the electric/computer systems. They said they couldn't find the problem. She said she would come get it and take it to the dealer where it was purchased. They tried to charge her over $500.00 because she didn't buy it from them. The other dealer paid the bill. I always hated Jeeps

Was not very friendly .considering I was Broke down with brand new 80,ooo dollar truck and 900 miles from home . There service department was down right rude . And had no interest in helping me in any way what so ever .

My son and I had a wonderful buying experience at Dallin Motors. He s a first time buyer and they made purchasing his vehicle very simple. Misty, Gilbert and Coach were amazing they went above and beyond and stayed late helping us, They valued our time and needs from our initial inquiry through to the final sale. The entire process took very little time and we ended up with the perfect car. I will be a repeat customer for sure and give them 5 stars.

*Edit* I found myself in sudden need of a vehicle after my car got crunched in a hit & run, Misty was amazing in keeping an eye out for me. When I went to test drive one, we found out it wasn't going to happen. I had a certain budget and it looked like I was S.O.L. until she said let's talk to Coach, we did, and he suggested one that was only slightly more in price, so I wasn't convinced until after test driving it, and in the end I drove home one of the nicest cars I've ever had. I love my new to me Maxima, and I love the staff at Dallin, thanks for helping me into a reliable, nice and GOOD LOOKING, fun to drive vehicle! Seriously, if you need a car, hit up Misty or Coach at Dallin, they'll take care of you!They have been my go to guys on my 99 Dakota, they take the time to answer my questions, appreciate how much I love my truck, and they do great work

Mike, Gilbert, and Misty were a great help to me and my family. My time spent there was amazing and i got to leave with a great car at a great price! They really care for their customers and their needs. I have been more than satisfied with my two purchases from them and will continue to do business with them in the future with buying any vehicles. I would recommend checking them out or even buying your own new or used vehicle from them!

I was dealer mechanic for yrs. These guys in service are awesome! Straight shooters. I m from out of town. They pulled my leaky tire off to repair only to find out the wheel was cracked. They put on my spare tire and didn t even want to charge me. I gave the mechanic some cash tip because he at least deserved to be paid. My only regret is I don t live in the state or I would bring them all my work.

In 2018 we were driving cross country and our car broke down, we decided the best decision was to buy a car. The staff was nice, efficient, and fair. They had all the cards but still gave us a fair deal and got us back on the road in a couple hours. Car has been great and it's the only car I have ever kept the dealer decal on. If I lived closer I would buy all my cars there!

Update: We will never purchase from Dallin Motors again. The finance department is incompetent and filled the registration paperwork wrong with the State of Colorado. When I contacted them about this I was told that I needed to figure what was wrong with it, out how the paperwork was mailed back to them from the DMV, and track it down. Gilbert was incredible rude and tried to make it our fault this happened when in fact all the mistakes were his. We had to get a new temp plate issued from the state to wait for the correction. In the end the correction were never made and we ended up paying additional fees to get our license plates. In addition to this we were never told we needed a VIN inspection. This has become a serious headache that could've been avoided had the paperwork been handled correctly the first time. Be aware of this if your coming from out of state to purchase. If your do chose to use them definitely don't let Gilbert handle the paperwork.We worked with Meshell to purchase a new truck and can't recommend her service highly enough. You shouldn't allow anyone else to help you there! She provided the absolute best customer service, went out of her way to find us exactly the right truck, and ensured that we got the best possible price. She went out of her way to make sure our new truck was detailed to the highest standard inside and out. Her kind, bright, bubbly personality made us feel like we were family. I can't say enough kind things about our experience at Dallin Motors.

Very helpful! Had to nic out of town for a farmsitting gig and my doggone window motor went #!ts up. They were responsive to all my questions and got on it so I could roll safely before I headed out! Truly grateful for your help, I'll be returning for other minor matters with confidence in thier abilities and customer care. they even dropped me off back home and delivered my vehicle to me when service was complete. Thanks for the kind accommodation 10 out of 10 would recommend !

I guess it all depends which department you deal with to whether you receive 1 star to 5 stars. Really disappointed on how they have given a family member of mine the run around. Don't you think after 4 visits to your Dealership, in a town that is the size of a postage stamp, you might remember a name of the purpose of the visit?

Helped us make the best of a bad situation. Our SUV broke down 15 miles north of Rawlins with a travel trailer. We needed a replacement vehicle that was cheap & reliable to get us back to Michigan. Coach, Misty and the entire staff made it quick and easy for us to get back on the road and home safe. Thanks!

Coach was wonderful to work with, I wanted to sell my car and he made the process extremely easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes and his offer was extra fair for both parties. Can't recommend coach and Dallin Motors sale/buying team enough!

I live in Colorado and we broke down in Wyoming so we left the car at Reliable Truck Repair. For 6 weeks I tried to get in touch with them and got little or no information about my car.When I finally had a friend drive me up there to get things sorted out in person I was told my car was at another shop, Dallin Motors. They told me that I owed them over twice the original amount I discussed at Reliable Truck Repair and that they had done other repairs justifying the $2,600 I supposedly owed them. I had explicitly said that I should be contacted if any other work needed to be done on the vehicle.The situation was unprofessionally handled regardless of what the guys over at Reliable Truck Repair told them. I should have been contacted and cannot recommend this shop in good conscience.

My experience here was very mood changing in such a positive notion. the sale representatives were really helpful, understanding, and overall had a heart to my situation. They helped me and my family find a very suitable car on such short notice. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in search of an automobile.

I went in looking for a vehicle that I knew would be reliable. When I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle they listened to me and made sure that they showed me vehicles that met my specifications. I have had issues with getting vehicles but they did what they could to get me into a vehicle and I was able to walk away with a 2021 Jeep Renegade and I love it. I will make sure I send anyone looking for a vehicle to them. They look out for their customers and they listen to their customers.

Great experience, couldn't ask for better care and service. Misty help me and answered all my question. Coach worked the numbers and i am a proud new owner of a 2019 F 150 ford eco boost. i highly recommend them. friendly, professional, great customer service. I will do business the again.

I live in Idaho, and was in Wyoming this week on an archery antelope hunting trip and had a part fail in my cooling system of my Dodge 2500. Josh in the service department at Dallin Motors was exactly what you would hope for in a situation like that. Josh, Mike and the other guys in the service department were awesome. Josh understood the situation, fit us in the next day after we came in, recommended a good place to eat for lunch while they fixed it, gave us a ride to the restaurant, and the team had us done and out of there in time to make it out on an evening hunt. If i could rate higher stars I would. Thanks again guys.Cody

Meshell was first class, best customer service and stayed in complete communication always! Thanks to Coach, Gilbert and Kevin who were hands down wonderful to work with. I needed a new truck but had some challenges and I live in Colorado. I never thought a new truck would be possible. The whole team worked hard and had me in and out in UNDER AN HOUR! Can't say thanks enough to Meshell, Coach, Gilbert and Kevin. Glad I made the trip to Dallin Motors in Rawlins WY!!
