Where do I begin, 1flat tire and another in need of changing. Pam at the front desk not only got me earlier than I was told but they got me down the road and somehow she was able to make me laugh thru the whole ordeal. This place is awesome and they seem to care that we as drivers need to get down the road !! Highly recommend this shop !!!!

Drivers don t call road side services unless you have a tire blowout. Coz these people will just make money out of you. It s better to call a towing company and tow your vehicle to a good repair shop. I m very disappointed with Boss Truck shop.Because after you telling the shop what your fault codes are, what warning you getting on your desh screen and waiting for more than 4 hours. The technician comes diagnose tell you the problem and tells you that he can t fix the truck on the roadside so you need to tow your to the repair shop you chose. I don t want this type of roadside scam and get charged over $500. So at the end of the day we have to get towed than why call ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. Be safe, it s your money and your call.

Not bad at all for the area - many thanks to Robert.Replied 4 trailer tires + swept them around the axles. All done in 2 hrs.Ironmans for $319 before tax - way better deal vs $800 Michelin on TA

Do not trust this shop. Just look at the bad reviews and make your own determination. I had air building pressure slower than normal issue, and they just advised to change air compressor $2700-$3000 including labor. I declined and went to another repair shop. Issue was not even that. Everything good now. $200 done. Definitely will not be back.

This is my second time at this shop, first time was for a hose clamp, not a big deal right? But guess what I went to a nearby shop three times for the same issue on the same day every time they put in a new clamp and it pulled out not even a mile from the shop then I stopped here they fixed the issue in about 10 minutes.Today is my second time Robert is so a cool and patient experienced guy he s knowledgeable and honest.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Very inept, after racking up the bill they finally sent someone out to deal with the problem correctly, but didn't make any effort to make things right, also made it very difficult to pay for service.

Though the end result was kind of pricey, 3300 for major brake job on my RGN, the guys there are great. The price they quote (unless something else pops up) is exactly what you pay. I don t trust ANY other shop in Rawlins, WY, and I ve been to all of them.

I came in with my exhaust separated and fumes leaking into the cab of my tractor. Out of the three shops in the area Pam, diesel tech Robert and the whole crew at the Boss Truck Shop were the only ones competent enough to get me repaired and back on the road.My company sent me to both the TA shop and Elk Mountain Diesel shop, but both said they couldn't fix either one or both of the issues I had with my tractor. All I needed was for them to get my passenger side window to go up and reconnect my exhaust pipes without me having to wait two days for the special compression clamp/gasket to be delivered.Pam and Robert at the Boss shop were the only ones to offer a hotshot delivery option for the special compression clamp. And a temporary fix option to get me down the road to the dealership to buy the part. All in all, I can say without a doubt that the team here at the Boss Truck Shop are some of the best I've come across in my 11yrs on the road. They're knowledgeable and respectful of your time.Services: Exhaust, Electrical

Robert not only did a great job of repairing my trailer tire, but did so with a good attitude. Especially since it was at 1:30 in the morning. The guy is very knowledgeable, he should be an instructor.

Thank god for this shop. Rolling across I80 when I had a tire blow, called and Robert said he could help me out. Got my tire changed in record time, and we parted ways. Before I even left the lot, my trailer lights went out. I turned around and asked Robert for some more help and he, of course, said yes. It was 1 am when I had the blow out, and it is now 3 am and he changed a tire and chased down a short in my wiring on my trailer. I m now pulling off the lot, and going back down to Texas. Thank you Boss Shop, and thank you Robert.

I was on my way to Wall, South Dakota with a Dodge Pickup and had trouble with my power steering pump. I had taken it to a shop before I left home and thought it had been fixed. I made it to a motel and the next morning I called Boss Truck Shop in desperate need to get it looked at and fixed. The very nice lady took my information and then sent Rodney their automobile mechanic out to the motel. He added fluid and I was able to get it to their shop. Then he spent all day getting it fixed for me - could not get all the parts so figured out another way to fix it so I could get to South Dakota. He was awesome!!! And while I waited in the front office that day I was very impressed with all of the staff working there. It appears that customer satisfaction is their number one goal. They mostly work on semi trucks and do a lot of tire repair so if you are ever close to Rawlins and need any tires or truck or auto repairs this is the place to call and go to.

Very friendly and with quick service, not to mention they had a great sense of humor to boot. Best sign I've seen, "Buy a Tire at full price and get another tire at full price" hahahaha!

Unprofessional shop. Everyone who can just avoid dealing with them. They charge 125$ hourly but in the end you get all kind of fees that goes to 190$. This is a temporary fix shop. When I asked why the bill is so hi from being in a shop for only 30 min . There was an old lady who didn t explain. Everyone who can please share this review.

These folks are the real deal. Unlike a certain shop in wamsutter that rhymes with hugs, they actually get you in and done. Wish more shops cared like that
