I had a warranty repair done on my 2022 Silverado. I scheduled over the phone and everyone was polite and helpful. When I arrived at the appointed time, the service staff got a work order filled out promptly and went right to work on my truck. Since I am from out if town, I stayed at the dealership and waited in the customer waiting room. It was spacious and comfortable and had sodas, fruit juice, water and cookies available. My truck was fixed within an hour qith no hassles. Highly recommend Yellowstone motors.

Booked an oil change only and everything went great. On time and Kristen and Jerry were very helpful with any questions I had. Would use this place again if we are in the area sometime in the future.

1:00pm appt for oil change (and all the courtesy checks) and tire rotation and it was done in about an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I ll definitely be back!

Took our car in to get brakes fixed knowing the rotors need turning. Was told the rotors need turning (Der). They said they couldn t turn rotors and charged me 155.00 to tell me what I already knew and that they don t have the ability to repair the problem, I have had rotors turned there in years past when it was Garvin Motors so assumed they could/would do so again but wasn t advised beforehand that they couldn t turn rotors and resolve the braking issues.

I went in for a 5K check up on our new Hybrid Hylander. Prior to heading to the service center I washed the car including interior mats. Since I was in a rush I didn t attach the driver s side mat to the floor figuring that the dealership service center would since checking the floor mat is listed as one of the first service check items. It wasn t done. While a relatively minor thing, it shows a lack of detail on the part of the service department. The service report indicated that the mat was check while clearly it was not. It makes me wonder if more important details were overlooked.Service: Auto maintenance

Yellowstone motors solved the problem with my battery. Remember this:. keep your car fob well away from your car when not driving. The fob and the battery continue to communicate.
