What an incredible purchase experience from start to finish from this team! The awesome experience started with Kenny in sales and continued on with Joelyn and Monica at the desk. Also thanks Royal for helping with the delivery process while Kenny was out of the dealership. You can t go wrong with this dealership and very much looking forward to buying my next vehicle from them. Great job y all!!!

I purchased a new 4Runner from Kenny at this dealership and I would highly recommend working with him on a new car. We needed a new SUV for an upcoming trip and he had it delivered to our door within one week of our first conversation on the phone, just in time for our trip. Thank you!

I really like Yellowstone motors. They are a small town dealership with low pressure and no hassle, with a great selection. The best of both worlds! I also appreciate their staff. I have bought 3 cars from them and will continue to buy in the future.

We drove from California to Wyoming for a family event and scheduled an oil change since it would be due mid-trip.I spoke with Jerry prior to the trip to schedule the service. The day of the appointment Kristen and Shane in the service department helped us. They were all so helpful, friendly and pleasant and our car was washed too!

Best experience I ve ever had with a dealership and getting service to my vehicle. James was awesome! He was able to fit me in their busy schedule so that I didn t have to worry about a long trip I had soon after the work. Additionally, he was able to find me a loaner car (there were none available at the time) as I live in Worland and didn t have any other means to get back and forth between there and Powell. Thank you for the great customer service! I highly recommend!

Very good service. Was there for a recall and treated courteously and promptly with updates about estimated time of completion while waiting in the comfort of the customer lounge. We also talked to a salesperson and were given thorough information about a new vehicle. Always appreciated the terrific service when it was Garvin Toyota and it looks that tradition continues under the new ownership. Highly recommended.

Yellowstone Motors is awesome!! The service department has the most helpful and wonderful gentleman for service technicians! I was able to get ride back to work after dropping my car off to be serviced. This was a huge convenience to me for them to do this!

Amazing dealership! great deals on vehicles, very nice customer service, not pushy at all, very informative, and overall the best dealership I've ever dealt with! Ben was our salesman was so very awesome to deal with! highly recommended they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and what would work for my monthly budget! Will be buying from them in the future if needed! Even though they're 9 hours away from me!

Yellowstone service department is Outstanding. I stopped in the other day without an appointment for a tire leak. They took the car in even though they were busy and had my tire patched and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Can't beat that! I highly recommend them.

The service was prompt and the oil change and checkups were done to satisfaction. Prices have significantly increased and customer service isn t what it used to be a couple of years ago. They used to wash your car exterior, but don t take the time to do this anymore. The service provided was average overall. I got what I paid for, but there is nothing other than location to make me prefer this service department over any other.

Very easy to trade in our vehicle and they were very quick at getting us a temporary vehicle while they were getting a windshield replaced our new vehicle. We're patient and courteous and helped us find a vehicle that met our needs. Probably won't go to any other dealership in the future than Yellowstone motors.

MY husband and i have bought numerous vehicles over the years, and buying the Corolla from Ben and Fred was the MOST pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had!From the moment we walked on the lot, Ben made sure to listen to what we needed and worked to provide us that vehicle. We were traveling through town on 3 week vacation. My Duramax needed an oil change and fuel filter. They were booked up for a few days but got us in the next day. Excellent service and all the folks working here are kind and helpful.

I couldn't believe that they had a 2023 Camry Hybrid in stock and available! I've been looking for one since last November, and every dealership made me place money down to get on a list for 3-7 months. I literally called them, drove 1.5 hours, and 1.5 hours later they gave me an amazing trade and I owned a Camry Hybrid! I could not have asked for a more pleasant crew that BTW closed at 3 on a Saturday and stayed open till almost 6 pm to make my car buying experience perfection! I couldn't be happier!! Thank you Yellowstone Toyota!!

By far the best car purchase I've made from a dealership has been from Yellowstone. I drove 8 hours from Northern Colorado to Powell in order to buy a Toyota Sequoia. It was an excellent price, fantastic condition, and was everything they said it was in the advertisement and through communications. The salesman Thomas and the finance person Jordan stayed an hour late to meet us due to our drive and running into issues on the way. They were helpful, courteous, and they did not hide warranties or push for anything in the financing of the vehicle. I will be purchasing other vehicles from them in the future and would send anyone and everyone I talk to their way. Thank you guys very much for the best dealership experience I've ever had, including through dealerships that I've worked at.

We were traveling cross-country and had an issue with our Chevy Traverse while in West Yellowstone. We thought we knew what the problem was and they were so kind to fit us in. From the time we arrived until we left, we felt genuine concern for our situation, and kind and professional treatment. I would highly recommend Yellowstone Motors based on our experience. It turns out the diagnosis was not what we had hoped for, but they were top-notch in my book.

Our salesman, Kirt, was the BEST. He helped my older sister, who was a bit overwhelmed with the whole process of buying a car, find a car she was comfortable in and comfortable driving. He was kind and patient and gently guided her through the choices. No pressure at all and he appeared to have all the time in the world to work with her. And when we returned after the sale for a follow-up visit, he was just a kind and patient with her. A good salesman and a good man.

I just bought a new 2021 it was time to have it serviced, so they got me in quickly. I wS very pleased with how quick and how thoroughly my vehicle was inspected. The best part was how friendly and funny Jim was as he explained everything to me. I really appreciated this. I would definitely recommend Yellowstone Toyota, they do a fantastic job!

We traveled from Wisconsin to Yellowstone and had a breakdown with our Highlander. Jerry and his crew took great care of us with a loaner car and fantastic service! They treated us like long time customers! Thanks to Jerry and the staff for everything!

The work was done, but the check off paper was confusing. Said the front tires had equal wear (one was brand new, the other has 5000 or more miles on it. Nothing checked off about the crack and pits in the windshield.I like the check off paper, but I am wondering if your guys are haphazardly checking things off.

Cody, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was awesome. He did a good job on diagnosing the problem with my truck. The reason I only gave a 4 is no one is perfect. Thanks Cody. I will use them again when needed.

My family and I had traveled from Michigan to Yellowstone National Park and had our Chevy break down after leaving the park one night. Yellowstone Motors was able to give us a loaner to continue our family vacation in the area while parts arrived. Thanks to Jim and the great folks at the dealership, our family vacation was saved. I highly recommend Yellowstone Motors for all your vehicle needs!
