Our sales person Thomas was very patient working with us in the buying process. He was super responsive and knowledgeable. His professionalism was appreciated. Monica was our F&I person, she made us feel relaxed and at ease finalizing the paperwork. We are totally pleased with the Acadia Denali and feel fortunate we found it and purchased it at Yellowstone Motors! Thomas is a great guy, we look forward to to our first oil change and being able to visit with him again! We will definitely refer folks to your dealership with a high recommendation.

Yellowstone Chevrolet GMC is the best place ever to shop and purchase a vehicle. The sales staff and office staff are all tremendous. Kenny the sales rep who worked with me is the most kind honest straightforward gentleman you can ever meet or ask for. No pressure, he is very knowledgeable and not arrogant or pushy. He is also so friendly and kind and a great family man I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check there first and that will be your last stop. I am beyond highly satisfied :-)

These guys went over the top with their customer service. I flew into Billings, MT due to my flight being canceled to Cody. Tom offered to deliver my truck to me! I was able to make it into Powell, WY so delivery wasn't necessary, however Tom didn't just stop there with his excellent customer service. He and Fred opened the store for me on Sunday (the only day they are closed) to accommodate me and the purchase of my truck. Tom picked me up from my hotel and took me to get coffee before we headed to the store. Thanks to some new friends I met at the airport along with Tom and Fred's excellent service, I will definitely be returning to Powell, WY, and also will be purchasing another vehicle from them for my fianc�e real soon. Thank you very much for your great personalities and awesome customer service.

Hands down, Yellowstone Chevrolet is the best car dealership I've ever dealt with!Over the years I've had the misfortune of dealing with many, many car dealerships. For unnecessary, preventable reasons, it was just never a good experience. Whether they're trying to sell you more than you need, or sneaking in baloney charges, it was always something.Yellowstone Chevrolet was easy to negotiate with, they didn't try to up-sell us with a bunch of needless extras, and they answered our questions with honesty. We negotiated our purchase before we arrived, signed the paperwork, and were done in 15 minutes. It was way too easy!

Great experience, we traveled from out of state for a truck. Absolutely love the truck. We made the deal over the phone with Kenny and financing was complete prior to arrival so when we arrived it was quick and easy. They even picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership. I would definitely buy from them again.

We bought a new 4runner, TRD pro, from this company a few weeks ago . Royal, our sales rep, was very easy to work with. Kenny, another very knowledgeable rep, helped us with a 4runner test drive and answered all of our questions. Royal s communication and follow-up was excellent and he was a fine young gentleman. Extremely pleased with the service so far from Yellowstone motors.

Worst service department I ve ever dealt with. My family has purchased 2 vehicles prior to the one I purchased last month. Had no issues. Sales staff is great! The service department is the where the giant issues lie. Robbi Steinbach is the worst service manager I have ever encountered. The vehicle I purchased was purchased with a no warranty as is. When I started driving it longer distances I noticed my brakes were pulsating as they got warmer. Me being a certified mechanic went to take off one of the front wheels to check the rotors and see if they were warped. I couldn t because the vehicle has after market wheels which require a special lug key. I took it upon myself to make an appointment with them to get the brakes checked because I wanted to know if they even checked the brakes before I bought the car. The car has been in my possession less than 2 weeks. When I checked in I informed them there is no lug to key to take off the wheels so they ll need to see if they have one. About 30 minutes later the clerk comes and says they don t have one. I asked then, when they inspected the vehicle prior to me purchasing it did they ever take wheels off and inspect the brakes. She returns and says no the tech admitted to never taking them off and just did a visual inspection. She then went and informed the salesman that sold me the vehicle what has happened and then the service manger shows up and starts questioning me. Have I been pulling anything since I bought it (2019 ford expedition not pulling anything with it) I said no and how can you question me on that when you didn t even know the condition of the brakes before I bought it, your own tech admitted to never taking the wheels off and inspecting them. He becomes super frustrated and goes to the manager to inform him. When he shows up I m told they need to talk to the owner and see what can be done because of their error. I m fine with that. Phone call the next day informing me that they will repair it for 10% off. I said fine order the parts. I was quoted 521 dollars with parts and labor plus 10% off. Vehicle gets repaired my wife picks it up and it was 678 dollars no discount. I called Robbie and left a message but never received a call back. Robbie is completely unprofessional and is obviously running a shop that s ok with half done service work on vehicles. Buyers beware of anything purchased here and stay away from the service department

Buying a car can be stressful. When I bought my Grand Cherokee, I left Fremont Motors wondering what in the world I had just done. Loved the Jeep but had "buyers remorse" wondering what I had just done. Shopping at Yellowstone Motors was a totally different experience. I left totally excited to get my Rav4. Kenny was great and very helpful! Everyone at Yellowstone Motors was friendly, knowledgeable, and made one feel like you were part of their family. Thank you having great personnel and a mighty fine product. Love my Rav4! Thanks!

Very professional and courteous. I was in and out. No hassles and did not try to push all the extra bs that goes with trying to buy a vehicle. Very straight forward. Kenny was a great person to visit and deal with. The whole staff was great. The service department did some work on a pickup that was not purchased here and treated me like a life long customer. After that I decided my next purchase would be from Yellowstone. I have not been disappointed. My next purchase is already planned and it will be from Kenny here at Yellowstone! Kenny was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. The best experience I have had at a dealership. Gave ballons to our 20 month old son and gave us a deal we couldn't imagine we could get. Kenny made the process of shopping for a vehicle an amazing experience, you could tell that he really cared wasn't just there to make a sell. Talking to him I felt like I knew him all my life. Management and Fred were awesome as well, just a perfect place to purchase a vehicle.

We got the truck we wanted and their pricing was good. The only thing that could be improved was that we had to wait 1-1/2 hours to sign paperwork with the finance guy. Maybe there should be another guy available for days like that to speed things up. Overall I would definitely go there again though. Everyone was very nice.

The people were absolutely nice but be careful putting a deposit down.I explained my situation to them and that I was an active duty military soldier. They promised and ensured me that this new car was mine with the deposit. I get a call and they said nobody caught that someone else put a deposit down before me. So now because they didn t look in the system, they already ran my credit and took $1000 from me.

I want to give a BIG thumbs up to Yellowstone. I looked for months for a special older car, not worth a lot but a treasure to me, and found it here--BUT, I lived 2,000 miles away. However, despite being one of the least expensive cars on the lot, they gave me A+ attention all along the way. After a few contacts and receiving some info and photos, I decided to buy, and was much impressed with their attitude and customer service.They were very honest about a few minor cosmetic blemishes with the car, but it was perfectly fine for me (it was an older car, after all :) ).Beyond that, I messed up some of the paperwork and they notified me right away, were super friendly about it, and re-sent the necessary materials promptly. They worked closely with me throughout the process, conducted from a distance.I ended up paying extra money to have them transport it for me across the country because I knew I would get reliable and trustworthy service, even if it cost a bit more than going with a generic transport broker (they deliver through a one car truck, by the way, so you will get their full attention in working out the delivery). Finally, I should add that when I followed up about the car a few weeks after I first saw it online, they made sure they put me back in touch with the original salespersons I had spoken to, so I knew they were honest in how they dealt with each other, and thus could trust they would do right by me. Very happy with the service.

They got the warranty parts that were needed to do warranty work on my pickup. Then they scheduled when the work was to be done and told me how long it would take. They got it right in at the appointed time and had the work done in the allotted time. I was very happy with my experience.
