I am completely disappointed and discusted!! First of all, I just wanted to apologize because I normally don't complain like this but it has been eating at me for a couple days now. So this motel that my employer put us up in this time in Powell Wyoming is really bad and I would highly suggest not ever booking here again. I am not 100% sure but I think super 8 might be better. I ended up in 2 different rooms because the first one's tub was all backed up as well as no water pressure in the shower. But the room looked just about as bad. This room that he moved me to smells like a wet dirty dog and the bathroom smells like urine really bad. I went and bought some wipes to wipe everything down, cause the remote was covered with dog hair for some reason and I was hoping it would help with the odor but it hasn't at all! And I also got some air freshener spray that I have to spray every 20 minutes cause the smell comes back and the water pressure is still really bad in this room. So personally I think the Discovery inn in Midvale, Utah might be better than here and that's pretty bad. And they also don't serve breakfast.. But their lobby is remodeled beautifully!!??

Pleasantly surprised with the quality. I think we had a recently renovated room. Roku TVs made it easy to sign in and out of our Disney plus account, which made it nice for the kids. Room was clean, and my pillow was hard, which was nice :). My wife found a pillow that met her needs better. We didn't really interact with the staff, but we didn't really have a reason to. They dropped off more towels after the first night, but yeah overall really good.Walkability: The whole town is basically within walking distance. Just a function of the town size.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Remodeled rooms. Plenty of towels. Room smelled musty when we arrived. When we checked in I mentioned having a pet along, but the lady at the front never acknowledged it. She seemed very preoccupied as her cell phone was going off. We were put on the 2nd story in a building further back, which is kind of a hassle lugging a cooler up and for a pet owner when there is no elevator. Not even sure if we were even in a designated pet room as she didn't say anything about us paying the pet fee. No breakfast here, but we were happy with the clean,comfortable and updated room.

Check in was easy, and the room I was in was recently remodeled. Unfortunately, it did not have hot water. When contacting the front desk around 7pm she was very accommodating, switched my room two doors down to another remodeled room, and verified there was hot water. That is excellent customer service and I appreciated it tremendously. Things happen, it s how we handle them that works.Thank you to the wonderful receptionist for solving my problem quickly and efficiently.

I see one reviewer said that the area around the motel looked a little sketchy. seriously Powell Wyoming and you found a sketchy area? you must live in the middle of North Dakota if you think it s sketchy around Powell Wyoming. I cannot believe some of the stuff people right on motel reviews
