If you buy anything from here, make sure they honor their 30 day policy. DO NOT let them delay service past the 30 days. That's how they get away with not taking care of the issue and then charge you for it. The worst thing they could have done was loose Lewis. They don't care. Staff are dumb. Sales guy is really dumb. They should really learn the laws before spewing anything out of their mouths. I learned an expensive lesson. I'm sure whoever monitors this will have something witty to say in return. But honestly that goes to show the kind of integrity this place has, and also shows that they must have gotten butt hurt about the truth being told. It's their only defense. But I'm not the only one who has had problems there. Just bring a mechanic, or take it to a mechanic when you test drive. Don't sign anything until they fix the issue.

If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible communication, and the owner Patrick doesn t take accountability for trying to screw someone. Had a vehicle towed 85 miles to their shop using their service, and 2 young males picked my vehicle up with a Tacoma and a car trailer and I get a bill for $550. Ridiculous. The owner Patrick keeps saying we have duramax s so I don t know why a Tacoma went there. Child like behavior by the mechanic Seth and owner Patrick. Makes sense, small town, they ll happily screw over someone from out of state, it s not my first time in Wyoming. Keeping it classy Wyoming Service: General repairs & maintenance

This auto service is highly recommended by myself. They were all - from the office to the shop - professional, courteous, very reasonably priced and above all, answered all questions including possible problems with my car that I knew were within reason of what I was observing. I can't tell you how refreshing that was. I feel they are trustworthy.

Outstanding service. We broke down in Powell, needed an ignition swith. Not only did they send someone but we were on the road I less than an hour. Seth is a remarkable young man. Thank you, Patrick and your crew.

I explained the problems I was having with my Subaru. Number 1 cylinder was dry when I did a test on all cylinders. I asked them if they have a machine to clean the fuel injectors. They said they did. I discussed if by cleaning them didn't solve the issue i wanted them to replace the fuel injector. They said no problem if there was one in town, we even discussed pricing. I ordered one to have on hand at local parts store. When i dropped off the vehicle I reminded them which part store I ordered it through and talked with what i thought was a mechanic and he said they might pull the injectors to clean them as something the machine further jams up the injector. I got a call from the receptionist saying that it was done. I talked with mechanic to see what my recourse might be if i go home and repeat my test and the same cylinder is dry. He said well the machine said it was getting fuel in all cylinders. And that maybe the one injector wasn't spraying enough or maybe the other 3 were spraying too much. They may have done the work they said they did, but maybe they didn't either. When the test drive came back rough they should have called me to ask if i wanted them to check if the number 1 cylinder was still dry. Then i could have made a decision on what I wanted to do next.

Wrote a bad review earlier out of frustration. But as soon as I posted it they called to see what they could do to make things better. So in the end very impressed with their services and they showed me they are more than willing to work with their customers.

doing business there for years. bought a car 6 years ago, after 158,000 miles still going strong. Now 262,700 and still going strong can't beat that!

Have been using Dorms for 6 yrs or so and take my other vehicles for maintenance or repair and have had not 1 issues.
