No matter how busy. Mick and Andre always seem to fit in any job I've brought in. First time using Coulter Car Care for new tires. Couldn't be more pleased. As with any flat tire, the urgency for replacment or repair doesn't go unnoticed. They didn't have the correct tire size is stock. However next day shipping, an early drop off And we were back in business.Service: Tires

After beening a long time customer to colter care and like the rest of the local businesses it has gone down in customer service and care. We took our vehicle in for full service and now our truck leaks oil and full service was not done. So I spoke with the owner and was told it was going to be no problem, that on the next oil change it would be no charge and full service would be given. So I just went to go in for the oil change and was inforned colter car care went back on his word. BEWARE!Sad customer(ex)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

He was able to get me in for my pickup almost right away. But came back with my car the next day and as it is first come first served he told me to come back in 45 minutes. Well, got back in 45 minutes and the wait was 1 hour and a half. It's a man power problem and I understand but I can't take a chance like that considering its a 30 minute drive to there. He's gotta get more employees.Service: Oil change

Better prices that other car washes in town for self serve but for the last year their pre soak foam option hasn't worked which is why I picked this place over other self serve car washes in town.
