The gentleman that works at this shop was amazing. He went above and beyond. The good old fashioned type of customer service that is lacking In so many places. Phil went out of his way to help me with a shipping issue. I was just absolutely amazed. I will give this business as much business as I can possibly do. We need more employees like him. Best service I have seen in a very long time. Thank you Phil.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly at this store! They were able to get parts and certain batteries when others couldn t or wouldn t. One time, they even loaned personal tools to get a job done. This is now my first stop from now on.

I needed to have my headlight fixed. Phil said bring it in we will replace it for you. They went out of their way to do this for me. The service was incredible! I will be using Carquest for all my car needs!

Went in to buy some wipers for an old wrangler. They had what I needed. I was also checking for a mirror. Did have one in stock but they provided good information. They also checked for a functioning alternator since I just put a battery in it. Extremely helpful and and good to visit with on parts subjects. I had been to another store but these folks were ready for customers. Kudos!

Vicki at this store deserves a GOLD CROWN!!! She go's above and beyond every time we go in there. She tries to find the best quality, tries to find coupons and sales to help save us money, she even tells us how to put the product on our vehicle. We are always greeted by our name and an amazing smile and uplifting attitude!! This young lady knows her job and does it well!!! They will always be our go to store for car parts etc. I highly recommend this store and there amazing employees. Thank you Car Quest and especially Vickie for your amazing service and a job well done!!!!

these guys did a good job I brought in an alternator from an unknown year unknown vehicle on a modified project with no identifying marks and they figured out what it was and found a match for me thank you guys.

I apologize for inconveniencing you by asking whether you could do a battery test when you had no customers in the store. But grunting at me when I asked how your day was, sighing and rolling your eyes when I dared make a joke about my broken headlight assembly, then just saying "battery's bad" and walking off after the test without even making eye contact seems a bit much. I bought stuff from you. It's not like I was just dropping in for a freebie. Wouldn't set foot in here again no matter how competitive the prices. That is the rudest employee I've encountered in years, and I just moved here from a huge urban area where friendly service isn't even on the radar.

So very unhappy with this place. 1. I go in to buy oil and the guy tries to sell me 5W-20 for my car that takes 5W-30. After arguing with him (very politely) and taking him OUT to my car to show him that it in fact takes 5W-30. He caved then tried to convince me that it didn t matter.2. I went in yesterday to buy a bright for my headlight- when he handed it to me; I had a feeling it was going to be wrong. I didn t have my car with me at the time; as it was at home. When I got home and they had closed- I went to replace it, and it was the wrong bulb. So I grabbed the receipt, put it with the product, so I can return it. Upon reading the receipt; I noticed I was charged for 2 bulbs, but was handed only one.After I get it returned and corrected- I will no longer use Carquest for any automotive parts. I don t know what is going on with this particular branch; but I m not wasting anymore of my time. Not that losing me as a customer really matters; I get that. I m just super disappointed and frustrated with the amount of times I ve had to correct people. Thank you for trying- but I m over it.

Love these folks, they did a service call to bring me some antifreeze for my 379 Peterbilt. I had called another part store to help me out. If I am ever stuck here for part again. I will be sure to call these folks again. Thank You for your business Carquest.
