Parts delivery was slow but it was no fault of Autoworks. Supplier had to back orderi the parts. Very fast completion once parts were delivered. Vehicle runs perfectly.

Autoworks is the best repair shop in the area, and as such they are very very busy. It may take a while to get in, but it is well worth the wait & price going here. Their rates are fair market value.Tracy does excellent repair work on literally anything & everything. They do practically everything here but exhaust work. If they can't do it or don't have time, they will recommend someone who can.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Before going on a long road trip, I took my Toyota to have the oil changed and an overall check of fluids, belts, battery and tires. I left with peace of mind that all was in good working order. My trip went smoothly and I had no issues. The staff was friendly and finished ahead of target time. I will happily be returning to Autoworks in Powell.Service: Oil change

Was in town moving daughter for college, had a rear axle seal go out on my Dodge 3500 the day before I was suppose to head home. They got me in fast and on the road the next day! Pricing was excellent, service even better.Also daughter just took her truck in, and same service!Highly recommend!!!

I have had Tracy's crew work on 4 vehicles in the past couple months and he is always honest and transparent with pricing. When he says it will be done a certain day, it is. He also is fairly easy to get a hold of which is sometimes hard to come by these days.

Great service! Got the tires I wanted fast, got me in and out with no hiccups. They are busy as heck, but they still were on top of it! They got their stuff together

Liars. Never go to them again. Quoted 1200 dollars to repair my car when it only really cost 178 dollars.

Tracy, the owner of Autoworks, is a man of integrity. He is person about people just as much as business and that is tough to find in the auto world. Forever grateful for the care he took of my father s classic 55 Buick Special. He worked and cared for the car as if it were his own. Thank you Tracy!

Their tire prices were the cheapest around but they don't tell you that they also charge for labor. Anytime I've ever acquired about tires its a flat rate. No hidden charges. I would've been better off to pay more for a tire than to pay the extra labor. Jmo

Tracy and the crew have been great at keeping our vehicles in good shape and answering questions when we have them. When I schedule a service and need to wait for it, they are right on schedule.
