We had the best experience purchasing our cherry used Jeep. Tom and Mike made the process very smooth. It was worth the 1,400 mile drive to pick up our Jeep. It was a rare find in that condition. They even bought us a drink at the great eatery they recommended. I will do it again if I ever get the chance to buy a Dodge Ram of my dreams. Thanks guys.

Do not hesitate to purchase your next vehicle from Rocky Mountain Yeti in Pinedale Wyoming. Tom went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered and that we were completely satisfied with the vehicle. They go the extra mile to make it a painless experience for the customer. The Yeti dealership in Pinedale always exceeds my expectations. They get you in for an appointment quickly, they actually (generally) remember your first name, and they do good work. The general manager, "J.B." is a stand up guy and treats his customers well. Several locations have the same "Yeti" name, and I have done business with most of them, but the Pinedale Yeti is head and shoulders above the others in customer service and work quality. Shop local and give them a try, I doubt you would be disappointed..

Great Dealership and staff. I was 1,000 miles from home with a power steering problem with my Ford F250 truck., I needed to get back home. They fit me in for a "quick look" the next day even though there were booked up. The tech accurately diagnosed it as just a bad reservoir cap. A trip to NAPA Auto Parts, $15 and no charge for the advice and I was on my way.Thanks to Kevin and the crew!!Wish we had great dealers like this in Southern California.I will seriously consider buying my next truck from them.They earned it.

BUYER BEWARE !!This place is horrible. Full of deceitful liars who do not stand by their word.They sell fake warranty s and will not honor them after up-selling them to you just to make commission !& They list their cars fraudulently!This place should be shut down !GM, Sales, and Service are all in cahoots to rob you !!

I Just bought a new vehicle and was very pleased with the service I got. I had two vehicles to trade in one that had been a real headache. Gabe was awesome to work with getting me a good price for my trade ins along with pricing on my new vehicle. Jeff was great at helping get me a new vehicle he even drove to Jackson to bring a vehicle down that I wanted to try out. JB worked the numbers out to get me financed within my budget and get me out from under my two other vehicles. So appreciative of everything they all did for me.

I had some trouble with my Ram 3500 when coming through Yellowstone a few weeks ago, and I needed some quick help to keep a family vacation on track. I saw the other positive reviews on Google and decided to head to Pinedale from Jackson (nothing wrong with Jackson Yeti, but Pinedale got some real kudos). Rob and the rest of the crew got me right in, and even waited after hours for the truck to be towed to the dealer. They were thorough, and the problem turned out to be fairly minor (low transmission fluid), but I would have no problem trusting these guys for a major repair, based on their professionalism and customer service. This is definitely the best Dodge dealership I've ever been to when it comes to service, and I am seriously thinking about driving the 10 hours back there whenever it's time for a new truck - they're that good.

When I was shopping for a new vehicle, Cathy went above and beyond to make my experience at Yeti a positive one; it's because of her that I went to Yeti in Pinedale instead of skipping the local dealership right off the bat to look in a bigger city. I'm so glad I did! I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable salesperson than Jeff. He was friendly & professional, and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured to purchase something that wasn't exactly what I wanted; I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. The service department is phenomenal, too. I bring my Jeep there for scheduled maintenance appointments and any unexpected repairs, and Chad & Stacy always make themselves available to answer all my questions. You can't beat that kind of customer service!

We were skeptical because of previous experiences with dealerships, these guys exceeded our expectations!! If we buy another vehicle it will be with this company! There is something to being treated like family! We drove 6 hours and these guys delivered! Exceptional service, the vehicle was pristine! Highly recommend .

First impression was positive however upon leaving our problem was not resolved. Our DEF system had put our ProMaster into limp mode. Which is 200 miles until your vehicle will only run 5 mph. We were told it would sort itself out as soon as we were below 6000 in elevation. We were also told that as long as we didn t turn the vehicle off we would not be restricted to 5mph. This was not true!We wasted 1/2 a day, were told that the service department, Kurt did everything that Chrysler was prompting him to do. They charged us over $60.00 and sent us on our way. They knew our problem was not resolved, however they said they had seen this before and it should be OK.Truthfully I think our issue was obscure and needed more research in order to be resolve. It needed a Chrysler engineer to troubleshoot.I wish they would have been more truthful and straight forward instead of feeding us false hope, charging us and sending us on our way with nothing resolved.They truly thought they had helped us. I truly think I was unfairly charged and wasted my time I suppose it s all a matter of perspective. If they truly have Legendary Customer Service they will send me a check for $ 63.00. I called and Stacey said if I turned around he would reimburse us, however I was in 5mph limp mode so this was not possible.

I was pretty skeptical about taking my vehicle there, but I decided to call and ask about things going on with my car. We have had previous bad experiences there, when we purchased our car, and also when Yeti was known as Castlerock and Wolf Dodge. When I called, I spoke to Stacy. He was polite and he listened to my concerns. I asked if I could bring my vehicle in that day to have him look at it for a minute and even though they were busy, he said absolutely. He stood outside with me for 10 minutes or so, to try seeing what I was talking about. Since, Stacy had been so polite and helpful, I decided I would book an appointment. When it was time for my appointment, I brought my vehicle in and both Chad and Stacy were there to assist me. They both treated me wonderfully and were so polite. They stood outside in the cold to try and understand what I was concerned about with my car. They never treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about, like other mechanic shops have done. In my opinion, they went above and beyond for me, being polite and professional the whole time, not to mention, my vehicle felt much better after they worked on it. I will definitely take my car back there, as long as Stacy and Chad are there.

Run away from this place!!!! Especially the service department. They will take you for every dime they can get. Even if the work they did is messed up, they ll charge you for it. Can t believe the lack of customer service. Anyone else but these criminals.

We were traveling through when the fuel pump went out in our Dodge Ram. Rick was awesome to work with! They got the part overnight and stayed late to get it fixed so we could get back on the road. We ve been to multiple dealerships with car issues in the past few months, Rick and the Yeti team were by far the best! Would highly recommend for any service needs!

I was extremely grateful for Gabe and Chad! My car had a little computer glitch and broke down. Luckily, I was in town near the dealership when it happened. We were able to get hold of Gabe close to 8:30 or 9:00 o'clock that night. He literately dropped everything he was doing that night and came over immediately. He did not hesitate to help me out! He quickly came up with a game plan and he hooked me up with another vehicle to get home. I wasn't left with the burden of trying to figure out what I was going to do throughout the week. So sweet of him to look out for his customers that way. THANK YOU, Gabe! And Chad was so quick to answer the phone and get back to me with any questions or concerns that I had. Overall, they have been amazing to work with. I was very nervous of what was going to happen with my vehicle and it was nice to be treated nicely and reassured that everything was going to be okay. It was really nice to be treated like an individual and not a dollar sign. Thanks again, Yeti!

My husband and just purchased a new Dodge from Rocky Mountain Yeti. Their staff was very helpful and patient with us. We took over a month to decide what model and options we wanted, and never felt pressured. Their sales staff (Gentry and Cathy Mitchell) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. JB made financing a breeze. We trust Rocky Mountain Yeti with the service on all our vehicle.

I traveled over 400 miles round trip to buy my wife a new vehicle from these guys and they were great. I could tell when I talked to Ryan on the phone that they were going to treat me right and they did. It was a holiday weekend and they even offered to meet me at the store after hours if I needed them to. Once I arrived, they had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and they were fair with me on my trade-in. I signed papers with JB and the whole process only took about an hour. I d buy from them again for sure. Thanks guys.

Chad was an incredible help when our church bus needed to be serviced. We brought the bus in and were given the best service I could have imagined. Kind and courteous do not even begin to describe the service that we were given. In addition to the great service work that was done we also were able, in a bind, to get the vehicles we needed to make a youth group trip possible. On behalf of our church and our youth, whose trip was made possible, I would like to say thank you for your incredible kindness and amazing service.

I had my grandsons 2004 ford escape in for service to replace the cat converters. Stacy in service set my appointment and was very helpful and concerned about my vehicle. Doug in parts worked with me to get the right parts aftermarket to save me time and money. The over all experience at rocky mountain yeti was fantastic and i will take all my vehicle and buy my parts from them

Chad was a huge help. My car had been towed with a battery on it's last legs. Ended up getting me a new battery even when it required going across town to get a good quality battery. He even showed me the indicator on the old battery so that in the future if I notice the light is red I should head into a shop to avoid the headache of being towed again. Fantastic service!

Called and made an appointment with Stacy, he was able to get me in right away, very professional and friendly. I requested Jose and Stacy made that happen. I specially asked for Jose because he had previously done service on my truck. He does good work and takes pride in what he does. Thank you guys, keep up the good work!

Cathy and JB were really great to work with. They don't screw around with you and make you jump through hoops in order to get a good deal. I bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from them, and I definitely felt confident I got a great deal. Easy to work with, and, if I ever need a new vehicle, we're going back to them.

While getting gas in pinedale WY we noticed a Jeep dealership. We had been traveling all over from FL to Texas to MT and heading back down toward Texas and noticed the engine oil was only at 11% and we were at 7780 miles on my new 2021 high altitude Jeep Wrangler diesel. We stopped in the middle of our travels to either get a quart of Mopar recommended oil or oil change and they immediately did a full oil change and 10000 mile check without an appt or hesitation getting us back on the road. Great service

The salesman and finance manager were absolutely amazing! They did everything they could to get us into a vehicle even with bad credit. Definitely recommend going in here to get a new vehicle! Best customer service I have ever had!
