Little restaurant had fresh chicken tenders biscuits and mashed potatoes with gravy. Clean restroom and semi parking. The reviews didn't match my experience. Of course I didn't see a bald guy either.

The same thing happened to me as other people, I tried to stop for a few minutes to go to the bathroom and buy some groceries in one of the free lanes and the cashier came out asking me to move from the place, I drive a truck and at that moment that place I didn't have any positions available, so I had to leave so as not to bother that person.My recommendation to my fellow truckers, don't waste your time stopping at that place, you're going to have an unpleasant time.

Drove my semi to the side of the fuel isle today at 5:25 so I don t black anyone trying to fuel and to quickly grab coolant . Elder person behind the desk comes out furious calling me names and asking me to park it in a parking spot, literally standing in front of the door refusing me to enter. I tried explaining to him but he just kept going on and on and even wanted to call the cops. If there s a manager in that gas station you could go back to the cameras and see what I am sayingThat s a disgusting behavior specially to people that are purchasing things from your store

Stop at the truck stop to buy Food and Drinks. Pulled in the fuel lane to stop for 5 mins. All the lanes where empty and we where not blocking anyone. See enclosed picture. Male cashier refused us because, we where not buying fuel. He stated that he wanted our business , only if we got fuel. We left. Never will this place get our business.Looking at the reviews, Owner says they will fix the customer service. Looks like this has been an issues for a long time. I Challenge you to fix this.

Bald guy is disrespectful and rude. He hasn't learned what customer service is. I'm a paying customer. This place is a relic of the past and the amenities surely show. From the lack of available food, the crumbling facilities, and DISGUSTING bathroom, your time is better spent at a modern facility like loves or pilot/flying j.

Read all the 1 star reviews they are more than accurate. Bought gas for my Subaru Outback. Then I went in to get snacks to continue my road trip and tried to to use the restroom but it was closed. Ironically I noticed the bald guy, that has a lot of people complaining about him in the reviews, hot on my heels but he stopped when he noticed I turned around upon seeing the restroom closed. I was only told about a shower/bathroom after I purchased snacks from the cashier who followed me around the entire little store while I was shopping. He tried to say he likes to wonder around but his wondering around mirrored my path. When the cashier told me about the alternate restroom I said oh thank you I thought I was going to have to find somewhere out there (outdoors) to go the bathroom. The bald guy heard me and rudely told me I could use the rest stop across the freeway. I used the rest room and the other guy the cashier said have a nice day. This made me pause and I decided to ask him if he followed all his customers around like he did me. That s when he gave me his B.S. excuse. AVOID HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED RUDELY.

We try our best to support local businesses so, when this location popped up on my GPS, I decided to stop to get coffee, breakfast and switch semi truck drivers usually takes 15 mins. I do not recommend this location, they were closed and we were told to leave by an older bald man (details below). Maybe 5 overnight spots which appear to be local drivers.Details: I pulled to the end and figured we would just stop for 15 mins, switch and move on. Our truck doesn t idle so, it shut off at which point, I was approached by an older bald man that said this is not a parking spot . I politely let him know that I was switching drivers and wouldn t be long. He proceeded to raise his voice while stating your vehicle is off, it s in park and this is not a parking spot . I started to explain that we would only be a few minutes and decided it wasn t worth speaking to him any longer and left. I have never met anyone so rude.

I pulled up at the pump and there is not a single truck except me, the old guy to come out right after i park: I said I will use bathroom quick, he said park outside and kick me out of the property. I stopped here to use bathroom and get some snacks. Business owner replace the old guy or just close the business.Went to the rest area across the highway.

Was driving in a snow storm ran out of wiper fluid in my Reserve tank pulled in just to add some bald guy comes out yelling at me to move ( semi truck )

This is definitely not the place you want to come to get fuel or gas or anything to eat.The 65+ guy behind the counter is extremely rude. I can definitely see why that restaurants can t make it at this location because of people that care nothing about anyone else but their self. If I could give them less than a star, I would!!!! VeryToxic Environment!!!!!!

Stopped here for gas and snacks during our cross country road trip in a 20' U-Haul truck + auto transport. Was easy to get to from the highway, but had surprisingly limited parking and the pumps were a little tight for the large truck and trailer. Inside the staff was nice, bathrooms clean, and there is a good food/drink selection.

Stopped for a coffee for 2 minutes, the old guy came outside and started to scream at me to leave saying this is not a parking. This place needs to change the staff or go out of business

Stop here for a sleve of chewing tobacco and a drink and this bald really rude guy named Don locked the doors on us because we park on the property when there was nobody there .never in my life had I seen a business turn down money...wow must be nice to be wealthy.. truckers stay clear buy your fuel and food elsewhere because this guy don is a nut case.

Lots of parking here. Don is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Semi retired trucker. Young bloods might learn a thing or two from this guy if you take five minutes to talk with him! Wish all the truckstops ran this smooth. No parking at the fuel pumps here! Thank you Don! Joseph Hill and Mardallo only left a bad review because they couldn't park at the fuel pumps here! learn to park! Don't park at the pumps rookies!

I've made super quick pit stops here as a truckdriver many times. I'm in and out in 5 min. There's rarely if ever an open parking spot, so I pull thru one of the 3 truck fuel lines. I buy something every time.Never had an issue til today. The clerk came running outside 30 seconds after I pulled in. He was angry and disrespectful, saying to get "that thing" ( my truck) out of there right NOW. I dont know why he behaved that way. He's rung up my purchases many times before and never said a word about my 5 min. in the fuel line but this time, wow, he's off his rocker mad.There wasn't one car or truck in the gas or diesel lanes. It wasn't at all busy.We will never be back.

Not truck driver friendly! Needed to use the restroom since the rest area across the street was overcrowded. Pulled in and all 5 truck spots were full. Guy came out and told me to park or leave. I told him I just needed the restroom and there was no spots open he said too bad. I hope nobody ever treats him or his family like that. I used to stop hereva lot for the A&W and the restaurant across the street. Won't stop anymore! Shame on him and his business!

To start. Nice little store . Pulled behind another semi not to block any pumps . Stopped to use restroom and get a snack. Your employee Don is quite rude. Seen the other reviews and figured by now that problem employee would of been dealt with on customer relations. Guess not. Won't be back here again. Will also let friends and family know not to come here

This place was really rundown, almost as if it was abandoned. I pulled through and ahead of the fuel island to parked, run in and get a coffee. There weren t any other semi trucks in the fuel island the entire time I was there. I got out of my truck to go inside and this guy came at me yelling at me. It was really intimidating because I am a small framed female and he was a really tall angry guy. I tried to explain to him I was only coming in for a cup of coffee and I d leave but he continued to berated me. I ended up leaving and going to the Conoco up the street. Very nice people there and the parking lot is better lit.

Unbelievable, a truck stop that treats truckers like rodents. Dont take the bait of fuel and the convenience of the not so convenient sinclair in Pine Bluffs. I walk in and buy goods. I needed to use the restroom and parked where we werent blocking pump even though there was no other costomers at this time. I was waiting to use the restroom when i start getting yelled at to move my truck. "I have to use the restroom and then ill move." He starts shouting.. "move your truck right now then walk back and use the restroom." So i stand there silently while im getting a stare down until i can use the restroom. He runs out to the truck and starts calling either the police or my company. I used the restroom and returned to the truck. My teammate wasnt in the truck and i tell him what happened on the phone. I hear he's at the cash register i hear a whole bunch of screaming and profanity. We certainly will never suggest giving this location a dollar.

The man you have working in your establishment by the name of John needs to have a course in customer service......he is on an extreme power trip. He will not let anyone use the restroom in anytime of emergency while he is cleaning them.......he did not have a clue that the gentleman Friday standing in front of him in thr black shirt is a police officer from Oregon and also an ex marine who has been shot twice was evaluating him. He is not a good employee . He is rude and very disrespectful.....

Not trucker friendly. Bald guy came out screaming about I had to move my truck meanwhile is it dead outside just stop to use the restroom. Very rude won t ever stop here and never let anyone I know stop here

The ladies who work there are very kind and generous to us as we traveled thru after a blizzard hit this town. They were very knowledgeable about what was open/closed for traveling. They are excellent workers and deserve a raise in pay for their hospitality. They were our save and grace. Highly recommend this store. They also have post cards . Keep up the good work girls!!

I'm an O/O and stopped here to fule up. Don't know the name of the guy but before I even got to the pump he ran out and yelled at me. I went in to figure out what the problem was because I have hearing problems. He said my company wasn't on their network. I pay for fule with my own LLC card not through the company I was hauling for. If you do stop here do yourself a favor and go get some food from the knotty pine saloon. Best burger and fries I've ever had.

I have always been able to gas my vehicle right away. Usually I am able to get in and out quickly. This last time, unexpectedly, i had to go to the front desk to retrieve my receipt as the pump receipt was not working.I was greeted with a smile and quickly given my receipt.The station is always clean, practices safe distancing, and the staff efficient.

Never been treated so Rude in my entire life! Don physically wanted to fight my husband for saying we didn't know something! Don should be absolutely fired! The manager of this place will be contacted going to be a little harder as Don refused to give the number to talk to him! All Don wanted is a fight! This is a fantastic little stop would totally be a shame for someone that has a need for a fight and to argue to ruin it and the big guys run yet another place out of business all over a employee! Apparently from going over past reviews we are not the only ones Don has treated very rudely and got confrontation with!

If you read R s review below, that s what happened to me several months ago. They don t want truckers money. We will never go to any Sinclair anywhere in this country. Treat us like second class citizens and you will lose business.

Just stopped in to wash our windshield and buy some snacks and drinks. An elderly gentleman employee came up to us and asked if we were going to buy any fuel. I told him why we were there, he then stated we could not park there and had to park on the street. I told him that was OK, we didn't need to buy anything from him. We went across the street to the ExxonMobil with a Subway and got great service from them. I have never been told to leave a business like that before, very bizarre.

A&W was good. The convenience store is 24 hours. Good stop for out in the middle of.....Keep an eye on the morning Guy cashier! Charged twice on my coffee Have X2 right on the receipt. $2 coffee and a $2 burrito cost $6 bucks
