While I did buy my van there, which I love. I took it there to get my window fixed & they wanted to charge me to replace everything in the door $900 + 300 labor. A friend of mine fixed it for $80!

I just want everybody out there be forewarned... They are con artists and they will try to strong arm you and get money out of you one way or another. I had an outstanding bill with them for some mechanical work that they did not need to do, I called and came upon an agreement with them to pay 50% and they would forgive the rest considering my motor was blown up and they did over $500 worth of work that was unnecessary. Now they have contacted the sheriff's department and threatened I have a $700 littering fine imposed upon me for my vehicle still being there. Be forewarned they will try to con you out of your money. Of course if I send the title to them, which I am at the moment, then they will forget about it. I think all they want to do is fix the motor (probably already have...) and have a car that they can sell for $5,000 to $7,000. I wouldn't buy a piece of bubble gum from them ever again. Cheapskate, con artists, liars. Their service manager is the biggest of them all.

We drove into Newcastle Motors from out-of-state. Our oil cap had gone missing and we could not continue our journey without one. There was no oil cap fitting our car at any store in town. The caring people at Newcastle Motors bent over backwards to get us that oil cap, making sure we were not stranded far from home. They cleaned up the oily mess under the hood and topped off our oil. We were HIGHLY impressed with their friendly care of us. Thank you!!!

We had been working on purchasing a truck from Newcastle Chevy for a week. We had a purchase order already written out, and were waiting for a loan to finalize over Easter weekend (the dealership is closed Sat & Sun, as well.). Multiple people at the dealership new we were waiting for it finalize today (Monday). The salesperson called to even ask for a status from us this morning. However, when asking for a form from the bank to be filled out, the dealership called us back and said they sold the truck over the weekend. Right from under us. Talk about a sleazy move on their part. Although we will be shopping for another truck, it will not be (now or ever) through Newcastle Chevy. Being business owners ourselves, we know this is NOT good business.

If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend talking to Jake and Shorty at Newcastle Motors! They made me a great deal on the best car for my family. The customer service was amazing! They are fair on prices and will help anyway they can!

If you wanna get ripped off go to them... Ask for Anthony he is a con artist. He will con you right out of your money and not only that but sell you a vehicle that's been wrecked but won't tell ya about it.

Tim and his service crew at Newcastle motors are miracle workers! We were on our way to Custer, SD, when our 2500 ram diesel limped into town pulling our 5th wheel with what we thought was a bad wheel bearing. Tim was busy but sqeezed us in. He took us into the shop and showed us the metal shavings in the differential cover and the mechanic rotated the wheel while we watched the gears grind. We were stranded and needed major repair. Tim said it might take a week to get parts. We told him we were on a tight schedule. He got to work and expedited the parts and had us back on the road in half the time. We can't thank Tim and his crew enough for their professionism, determination, and going the extra mile to get us back on the road again. 10 stars to Newcastle Motors!

Be extremely cautious if your buying a used vehicle here. My truck has Panels that are all screwed up and dont fit right a leaking roof, an annoying door jiggle and a axle leak. Everything was cleaned and hidden so i couldnt notice when i first bought it, it took several months to notice these problems.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALER! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!
