We walked into our room and it was about 90 degrees. Lowered the thermostat and opened the door and window so it could cool down. Next, into the bathroom and there was no shower curtain. I went to the desk and asked, she apologized and would take care of it. I offered to install the shower curtain to help out. After dog sledding [our host was Taylor] experience - which was nice and informative but we didn't expect to turn circles in a field, we headed back for hot cocoa. An employee who wasn't very friendly and seemed put out, served us luke-warm drinks. So we decided to have dinner elsewhere. The next morning we planned to shower, check out and try to catch a sunrise at the Grand Tetons. The shower knob was broken so my wife, daughter and I were unable to shower. I called the ranch multiple times, finally spoke with Thomas who said my request for a billing adjustment would be sent to "corporate". After four additional calls to Thomas [none of which were ever returned] I quit. So, I can honestly say our stay was most underwhelming and, not only would I not visit again but anyone who asks I would say it's a one-star place at best.

We only did the snowmobiling. But what a great experience, Denver was our guide. He was a wealth of knowledge about the area, the trail and mountain. They had a shuttle service that picked us up and returned us to our hotel. Another plus for us was they supplied all gear!!!!! Denver was great to stop for photos. We made reservations thru a third party so we had to add insurance before we rode. However you are issued great gear and 2021 rides. Your ride will take you the top of the continental divide. It s a big open meadow where you can go full throttle and the full experience of the snowmobile.

My now fianc booked a private snowmobile tour for a surprise engagement. Despite the extreme winter weather that morning, Heart Six Ranch truly delivered to help pull it off. They took us to a remote trail with beautiful views of the trees and snow, and even allowed a personal photographer in disguise of a photographer for their website to join and capture this special moment. Thomas was an incredible guide and took us out to Brooks Lake Lodge for lunch to celebrate. After our time with Thomas, I felt like I had known him forever and consider him a dear friend. Thomas, you are amazing and I hope we cross paths again someday!Heart Six Ranch, THANK YOU for such a beautiful, memorable experience!! I will never forget this day!!!

Staying at Heart 6 Ranch was a terrible experience. The room was filthy with mouse droppings in the dresser. The bathroom was dirty and the hot water didn t work in the shower. A drunk man entered our room with a key! Stayed one night and asked for a refund for the other 6 nights which was refused. The man at the registration desk was rude and aggressive. When I asked to see the manager, I was greeted with rudeness and aggression again while he was wearing a holstered gun. I left. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the $1400 charges. My stay was September 27 and on January 6 I was notified that my $1400 was back in my pocket! Thank you Visa! I would never recommend a stay at Heart 6 ranch.

This place is great. Great in house diner. Activities: horse back riding, snowmobile rental, ranch experience. The cabin was excellent, cozy, fire place, 2 queen beds. Bunk house was very nice also. Activities room, pool table, TV section. Beautiful area. If you look up the river valley there is the Grand Tetons. It doesn't get any better at a hotelNoteworthy details: About an hour from Yellowstone. Prices for room only go up from there. Enjoy

There were so many different options but most had age restrictions for kids etc, we chose Heart 6 and had a great time, staff was incredibly friendly and sweet with our 3 year old. They gave us a blanket so we wouldn t be too cold, introduced us to the dogs and let us play and pet them all after our sled ride. Complimentary hot chocolate was provided as well after to warm up in the dining area. We will be going back soon <3

The view from this place was outstanding and definitely something I will never forget. While visiting the area my wife wanted to go horseback riding for the first time. So I booked a 2hr ride and we set out on our adventure. Arrived to check in and was directed to the stables once we did some paperwork. The horses where being watered and tended to prior to the ride. They matched each rider with a specific horse they thought was the appropriate size. I rode "General" which was a very large horse I assume because I am not a small guy. Anyway, we had a great time. The horse were very tame and knew the trail very well. We crossed the river twice, which I thought was very cool. My family owned a horse when I was younger but I had never got to ride through a river. Overall it was a pleasurable experience and the weather was GREAT (9-19-23).

Cancel policy is within 7 days of stay, which is reasonable. However , no exception can be made with a snowstorm within that week and your vehicle is unable to access the property? There is no chance I would ever visit this location now nor recommend it.

This is a very nice place to stay. The only drawbacks are that the cabin we stayed in had 3 more rooms in it. The walls are very thin. We could hear everything that our neighbors said. At least they quieted done around 10. It is a very basic room, which was fine for us. We didn't spend a lot of time in it. The bed was very comfortable.

We lived there two nights and we felt very disappointed. To be fair, this place is conveniently located, with a magnificent view. However, the room we checked in barely had any available WiFi. Imagine yourself in a place where nothing gets connected. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was not even fresh, and they charge a premium price for it(3 bucks for WATER). Lastly, our room had general cleanliness issue, and the shower head was difficult to adjust. The owner simply doesn't care much about the guest experience.

The location is absolutely beautiful. The view of the Tetons is gorgeous. However, we get there and the lady at the desk is very nice. She gives us our key to the room and once we get inside it s already full of luggage. We go back and she said nobody is supposed to be in that room. So we were a little worried that they don t know who s staying in their hotel. We get the key to a new room. Front doors are super flimsy. The bathroom shower had stains all over it as well as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash we were given was no more than a tablespoon probably. Tiniest soaps I ve ever seen. The floors were very dirty. The bed had crumbs all over it. And the worst part was I could hear the people next to us whispering as if they were whispering in my ear. Those walls are so thin you could hear someone fart on the other side. Returned the key. They couldn t offer any kind of refund even for one night. Seemed ridiculous to me considering the room was so bad. We didn t stay one night here, we got a hotel somewhere else.

The customer service received by the check-in staff, and the cafe staff was terrible. Both individuals were very rude, each acting like they didn t want to be bothered by the customer. Our room was adequate. We were housed in a two-story building with no elevator, no air conditioning , parking was limited. I would not recommend this establishment, and we will not be booking there again. However, Hatchet Resort, a few miles down the road, offered wonderful service in the bar, restaurant and breakfast caf.I can only imagine how much better the accommodations would be there. Unfortunately, they were booked with no vacancies.

Stayed 2 nights between high demand summer and winter seasons. Staff was friendly, helpful and relaxed (laid back?). Resort conveys rustic, "genuine ranch" feel which I found very comfortable (perhaps since I grew up in that sort of environment). If you are seeking a luxury "Dude Ranch" experience you may be disappointed. Location between Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks provides easy access to both.Rooms: Our room was quite rustic and rather small but did have private bath.

Our stay at Heart 6 Ranch was one of the highlights of our trip to Grand Teton National Park. It was just a few minutes from one of the best wildlife viewing spots in the park, Oxbow Bend, and the ranch itself was very unique. They do a horse push through the ranch right in front of the cabins at 7AM and 5PM everyday. They also have a little cowboy restaurant right next to the main office. Our cabin itself was really cute and recently updated. Like others have said the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors, so bring earplugs! Our neighbors were very courteous and the ranch enforces quiet hours after 10PM. We had no problems with the sound. Our cabin was clean, but the floors under the beds were a bit dirty. But, it s a horse ranch. You have to keep in mind that this area is extremely remote, and also expensive. There really isn t anything around. You get that any where you book. Heart 6 Ranch advertises that they are not a hotel, so don t expect a tv and a microwave. It s an active horse ranch and you are staying in an actual cabin. If you don t want this experience, try booking in the park. I wouldn t recommend this ranch to my parents. But if you want a unique experience you will never forget and a really cute place to stay, book here!Rooms: Our cabin was really cute and recently updated. Very rustic looking with modern details.Nearby activities: You can book horseback riding there as well as activities in the summer. It s only a few minutes drive to the park! Great for early morning wildlife viewing along Oxbow Bend!Walkability: They had a restaurant right next to the main office, and the main building had a little shop in it. The ranch was pretty to walk around and look at the horses and the Teton mountains in the distance.Noteworthy details: The horse push through the ranch was so unique and worth waking up early for. The views were one of a kind!

The tree house cabin was amazing for the 8 of us...My husband and I, our daughter and our 5 grandchildren. Amazing views, loved the horses, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They showed us where to easily bring our two young grandsons to fish on the property! Food was good and not priced any differently than similar foods in the park or in Jackson. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing very well the evening we checked in, the next day while we were out they put in a new toilet! This is an amazing place and I can't understand the negative reviews.

This place should definitely have 5 five-star Just starting on the location, it's the perfect place to stay and visit 2 of the most beautiful nations parks. They have a great variety of options, of you want to stay at the Tipis and get like a fancier camping experience you can definitely do it in a safe space. We booked a room since we like to get to a nice bed, and this was over expectations. The decoration was so beautiful, everything was so clean! really nice and gives an extra touch to the ranch experience. From the #1 room , the morning was the most amazing part of the stay. Get to see the open space, and the horses right in front were amazing . We also experienced dinner the night we got there, nothing fancy, but the burgers were really tasty. Great service as well! everyone was really friendly. The next day we got breakfast and we were good to go. I see it could seem a little overpriced, but let's face it, we are in the middle of nowhere, and food in the villages was even more expensive and very limited in options.I think this menu is great! and I'll highly recommend this place and hopefully one day have the opportunity to come back again Rooms: beautiful decoration and very clean

The room that we were in was NOT clean. Cabin 2. They say no pets allowed. Yet, the carpet and bed had some fur. On the floor, it had some cookies crumbs, dust, and bugs. Under the bed were some medication/pills. It smelled horrible worst than a ranch. The restroom seemed it was not clean for weeks. We told the front and was like they didn't care. Think twice before going because there's no hotel nearby to go to. We didn't had another choice but to stay. Please don't go alone. The good thing I came with my family. The room next door was connected to our bedroom. Yes it was closed and locked the door. The door was like a regular one that you have in your bedrooms/wooden door. Yet, we were able to hear everything from the other room. There's no privacy. You can't warm up anything. We had our little portable electric mainly used to warm up water for our soups. They told us we cannot use anything because it can start a fire. For a cup 8oz of boiling water, they charged $5 even if you provide them the cup with water. There's no TV. About the TV it didn't bother us. Mainly, it is neither SAVE nor CLEAN.

The Pack Saddle has a rich history. Originally the Pack Saddle Gallery. A Habitat and subterranean Native American Art Gallery and Jewelry. Where if you changed about the price you must not know the history of what you were purchasing. My grand parents Walter and Madelyn Stuengraber were immigrants and were awestruck by this land and its people andloved everything they had the opportunity to share.

I would say this is a one star place to stay with a five star view. I will start with the restaurant. The food was decent , but it was way overpriced. It didn't take us long to get our meals. The gal that took our order kept saying "what else" after each of us ordered. She was very rude. The room was a disaster. Neither the A/C nor the heater worked. Only one light in the room and it was a lamp. The beds had a sheet and a blanket, and that was all. We froze all night. The floor was dirty and you would flush the toilet only to have it slowly come back up. The hot water was non-existent. There was no table and only one chair in the room. The couch sunk down in the middle. If this is the only place to stay, sleep in your car.Rooms: Awful.. Sleep in your car.

This is a lovely piece of property but...........it is not a 3 star hotel by any means. Very rustic.....which is fine if you like that. The cabin was not clean. I wrote my name in the dust on the table! There was a sign that said you will not get any clean towels or wash cloths for 3 days! I had to laugh because the sign also said you could tip the housekeeper if you were pleased. I don't think so! No TV. There is a little restaurant on the property which is good because there is no where to eat close by because its so remote. The restaurant is over priced & the waitresses were rude & acted like they didn't want to be there. This place was way too expensive considering. I will say they had some pretty horses on the property.

Decent place to stay near grand teton national park. The rooms are okay, no extra amenities like microwave tv or fridge. Room was not spotless clean, but not very dirty as well. Bathroom was good enough for us, however the shower curtain was very dirty. Do not expect a lot of 3-star hotel feel while visiting, it is a ranch and we found it to be very expensive. The locality is good with great views around plus you can also do startgazing right from the parking lot.

Can't speak to the lodging, but the food was really good, and priced fairly - especially considering the highway robbery prices in the area. I get a Reuben sandwich any time it's on the menu somewhere new - it's my way of comparing all restaurants universally. Well holy COW was this a good sandwich! Usually Reubens rely on thousand island and kraut to keep from being dry, but this sammy had the most juicy and delicious corned beef I've had. This place had no business serving food that good. And the part I'm hesitant to share is that it wasn't crowded at all - which is great if you just skipped Jenny Lake on account of the ten thousand people lined up for the ferry.

Booked a 2 hour horseback ride! Was on the property early for the ride and not one employee greeted any of us! The bathrooms were beyond filthy and a man driving a black truck went around us 3 times and each time gassed it and covered all of the people waiting with dust! Kaitlun and the girl from Iowa were our guides and they were amazing! The horseback ride and the girls get a five star! The girls made our experience worth it!

Don't stay here uless you're okay with mice in your room and a thick layer of dust under all of the furniture. Using the excuse of it being a working ranch does not excuse neglegence to guest rooms. I've stayed at many working ranches and none were this dirty or run down. The least they could do is shore up the obvious holes leading to the crawl space to help keep the mice at bay, and not make excuses about it. The food was also expensive and not appitizing.

Please do not book this place for lodging on your trip! The activities are fine and a pretty scenery, but this place is by far the worst place I have ever seen lodging wise. They are so gross, our room was not cleaned at all. There were rodent droppings everywhere including on the bed, trash all over the room, dust on everything, outlets didn t work, blinds didn t work this place has never been clean properly and the manager was very disrespectful and they absolutely refuse to refund us. I understand having a cancellation policy but we did our part. We showed up on time, checked in, and we get stuck in the most unsanitary room. They wouldn t even give us new linens. Just save your money, you re welcome.

If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. For the short review: Unprofessional, Dirty, Terrible customer service, Lazy, and all around Unhealthy. Now for the details: We checked in and quickly dropped our things off in our room, we wanted to explore a bit since we have never been to Wyoming. When we got back it was about 10:30 pm. As we began to look around the room we observed caked dust everywhere (especially the bed), the fan wouldn t shut off at all so it continues to stir up dust, trash all over the floor (like used water bottles, cups, and other trash), bugs everywhere, mouse or rat poop in the bathroom, leaky sink, wobbly toilet, also you won t have a tv, no space to put your clothes, and they refuse to give you any linens except for every three days? When we talked to the manager we told him how unclean the room was and how unhealthy it was in which he responded rudely with I can send you a copy of our paper work of passing our health inspection. We had no intention of even making a big deal out of it, we just wanted a partial refund since we didn t even stay one night due to me having an asthma attack and how unsanitary it was. Absolutely no refunds so just save yourself the trouble and DO NOT book this place. I wish someone would have warned us.

This is my first time going on a horseback riding and it went well. All horses are tame. We booked the 2 hours ride and it was worth it. We stopped for photographs. Unfortunately we didn t see any wildlife but We saw a bear claw mark on the tree. It a was nice experience and it s inexpensive compare to others. They have a lodge and a restaurant also.
