When something is wrong with your car, you need answers, now. Chuck got me in right away. Repeated tests 3 times to insure accuracy. . Extremely polite and professional. He explained everything in a manner I could understand and completely feel comfortable with his explanation. No doubt he did do his job diligently and perfectly. The young man working at the counter was above and beyond helpful, as well as thorough job knowledge. Going to a car mechanic has never felt like a good experience. But today, that changed. It was a great experience and I will forever continue to go there !!!

HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE MOST HONEST AND helpful place Ever! These wonderful people went way out of their way to help me when I was stranded/broke down on the side of the road from out of town. I had originally went to KB auto and after fixing one problem my power steering went from having a slow leak to leaking out completely within a day leading me to having to fill it up daily. KB automotive told me I had to replace the power steering pump which would have cost me close to 900 dollars. I was a bit suspicious about that since the power steering wasn't leaking as much when I first brought it to them and they mysteriously found another problem on top of the other one I went in for. I decided to go to CARS to get a second opinion and they were able to find what was actually wrong that turned out to be a simple fix for 189.00 dollars. Honest mechanics that do good work are hard to find sometimes, but I found one, and plan to keep them for years to come. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely 5 stars! I encountered a transmission leak that might've ended my cross-country trip. Instead of disaster, I was back on the road within a day. Fair price, and excellent service. Chuck's Automotive Repair & Service has some of the best mechanics I've ever come across, and would highly recommend them to anybody ~

C.A.R.S. in Casper Wy is run by honest and capable people. Chucks Auto Repair Service treated me fair and repaired my truck on time and for the price quoted. I don t live in Casper. These folks treated me like I do. I broke down on my way through WY. Chuck, Jefferson and the mechanics made sure my truck was repaired properly and repairs completed when I was told they would be. They investigated on line about the unusual issue I was having with the truck. Got to the bottom of it and I got home safely to Atlanta. Some repair shops would have taken advantage of a person in my situation. These guys went out of their way to help me when I was stranded. The good folks at C.A.R.S. treated me like I would have been treated at home. It s rare to find a business like Chuck s. I give them the highest recommendation. Thanks to everyone at Chuck s.

We always check with Chuck's first for any auto repairs that need done. This place is reasonably priced and gets the work done quick. He will also refer you to the kind of repair person needed if he does not do the work (auto body) and they are also reasonable.

Sometimes it can be a little tricky to diagnose and repair a vehicle. The owner of this establishment never gave up and went to amazing lengths to insure that my vehicle was operating correctly. We were on our way through town on vacation and had problems with our truck. We were provided a loaner car and the repair was completed quickly so we could continue on our way. When it turned out that the truck still wasn t running right, the owner drove four hours each way to tow our trailer back so we would not damage the truck and then working on a Sunday, found and fixed the problem once and for all. Not only would I return to Chuck s for car repairs, but I would let him babysit my grandkids. If i could give ten stars I would. His diligence and concern for our well being was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I live a thousands miles away but am considering driving there for oil changes!!!

Had a problem with my car as I was traveling from out of town. Chuck was a great conversationalist, and clearly knew what he was doing. Great customer service and knowledgeable shop. Would be my regular shop if I lived here.

This place has great service! Don't mind the location or surrounding neighborhood because they ate top notch! I was visiting from out of town and needed an emergency belt replacement. They got me in right away and took care of the repair within a couple hours. They saved my butt and I would highly recommend them, regardless if you're local or from out of town!

Went above and beyond. They even communicated to me while they fixed it up. Chauncey always checks for other problems. I went in initially for a belt replacement and asked if he could change my oil too. He was changing my oil, replaced my oil pan drain plug, and filled up my windshield wiper fluid as well. Great place. I will for sure be coming back!

This is not only the best mechanic in Casper, it's the best shop I've encountered anywhere across the country. My multiple experiences with both Chuck and Mike have never been short of incredible, they're the best in the business.

These people are the best you can find in Casper in a pinch. An hour north of Casper we broke down pulling a travel trailer. We got it into Casper, dropped the trailer and got the truck over to Chucks. Very first thing the next morning they had the truck fixed and ready for the road again. Issues with the steering column and battery/electrical. They could have taken us for any amount they wanted as I had no idea what the caused the truck to not start. They only charged their minimum of about $90 an hour. Plus they drove me to the RV park and picked me up in the am! Super nice people and they know their trade well.

So a few things. First off my truck was there for just over 2 months, when they finally got it back to me it was running horribly, I took it upon myself to find they issues which were just crossed spark plug wires, I was told it was " because they used starting fluid and had to crank alot". Second where they were working under the dash wires were still hanging out. They relay lid was just played in there, the positive battery connections were turned up and they were rubbing on my hood. Needless to say I wont be going back, they lack attention to detail and dont communicate. They did was I asked however which is get it running. So for that thanks. In all honesty though the mechanic must not take pride in their work. It was honestly embarrassing driving home and not being able to go over 20 mph. With them knowing damn well it was not running correctly.

Awful place. They will charge you for new parts and NEVER install them. I really don't think they know anything about diesels to be honest. Just another shady mechanic shop that has ZERO integrity, and will not stand behind their work and admit that they are wrong and refund your money. That's okay, enough people will see through shops like this and you will not exist anymore to rip people off.

A great job and a good deed done for us. Broke down on our way to Yellowstone with the grandkids in the motorhome. Looked for awhile that we would need to cancel our trip after a years of our hyping the trip to the kiddos. Chuck's empathetically squeezed us in for a diagnostic which turned out to be just a ruptured hose. A quick fix and we were back on the road early the next morning. Trip back on!

Came In with a wheel baring that has been a big problem for a couple years and you all made it so much better and didn't even charge me!!!! Amazing costumer service making a stressful situation so much better and now back up and running better than ever . Highly recommend just wow!

the best transmission guy in casper better yet wyoming is very knowledgeable about many makes and models customer service is top notch his other mechanics are very professional and do absolute great work .........there are very few places in casper that can do all of the above and C.A.R.S. is number one
