Thank you Jesse! I blew a steer tire on my big rig between Buffalo and Casper. My office called them to come help me. Jesse arrived in a very timely manner, much to my surprise. He was very professional and nice. He made a very frightening experience and not the best of days better and had me back on the road in less than an hour after replacing 2 steer tires on my truck on the side of the interstate. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to help me get up and running again. Hang on to this fella Big Horn Tires he represents your company well!

The manager is awesome, takes care of her guys and they go out of their way to help their customers. I appreciate their hard work and every effort they make. We use them often and I'm glad Casper and this oil patch has this location as an option for tire work.

This is the best tire place this side of the Rockies. I needed to get some utility trailer tires and Dave got them for me right the next morning. Dave was so helpful professional and friendly. He really cares about his customers . The guys in the shop were so friendly and professional also. This is the place . I had odd size tires and , wow no problem getting them. " Big Horn Tire " rocks! Thanks Dave and the crew.

I got a quote from a different company in town and almost had a heart attack at the price for 2 tires. I ran out to Big Horn Tire and they saved me a bunch of money and they were very efficient. I almost feel like I owe them lunch for all the money they saved me! Keep up the good work folks!

I cannot say enough good about Big Horn Tire. Very professional and accommodating. They got me in to do two steer tires on my semi and an alignment right away. Prices were great. I m coming here for my next set of tires for sure! Thanks to the crew!

Ryan was wonderful, helpful, friendly! Eric was so quick, kind and friendly. Had a flat tire, the company sent a truck to repair. Then a new set of tires. Best service, best prices. Highly recommend

Hands down the best ! I travel all over the United States for work and have never had customer service like this! Prices were fantastic, in and out and great work ! I couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with the experience I had here !

Ordered custom tires and rims for a trailer. They came in and looked great. Got a call a day or so after they put them on, to tell me I was under charged and needed to give my cc over the phone or come in. I came in and paid the difference.

Horrible place to deal with. Owner is very conceded and does not care about costumers. VERY rude and is one of the worst people to deal with. We had many trucks serviced here and he had no regard to loyalty. He treats employees with no respect and does not stand behind his work. Scratched my rims and mounted tires backwards with the wrong size tires and would not stand behind it.

Super friendly and professional staff. I was driving from Tensleep to Denver and got a flat. They patched it up lickety split and had me on my way 35 mins and $22 later. Thanks guys!

Worst experience ....tried to give them some business but was cussed and run off the lot.I would not do business with this guy if he was the last tire shop on earth.....a real piece of work! The 1 star rating is too much for this arrogant SOB.....do not waste your time trying to do business with them. I told my family...He will get his just reward some day.....a very sorry excuse for a customer service business.

Alice or Allison in the office you need to work on your people skills. When YALL get the order wrong after somebody repeats it three time and you don t write the number down to call the people that you have the wrong order in. It s best not to catch an attitude with the customer when he is making you go back-and-forth between tires to find what one would best fit his truck and the type of work he does!!

Not very professional I called and I get nervous on the phone and I was stumbling over my words and I think the person on the phone thought it was a prank call and hung up. Partly my fault but still need patience with some people.

Most reasonable place in town for L.T. tires. Place is clean as a hospital. Can do everything but paint the truck.

The place doesn't open till 8AM and I showed up twice at 7:30 and they still got rolling on my tires. My hats off to the whole crew
