An absolute hero. I had a mishap while driving cross country in my RV and crossroads came to my rescue! The service was above and beyond, and made what was becoming a nightmare less stressful and way easier to get through. Thank you for your kindness and hard work, tow service providers truly are unsung heroes.

Dear Crossroads Towing.I want to thank you for your generosity. .The 2nd day I was here from unfortunately circumstances. My son was killed by a drunk driver. I went to your facility because the only car left we had needed so much repairs.I want to thank you especially Crystal for listening to me cry and vent with you. About my sons death.The way everyone in the office that day treated me with so much love and compassion. I have no words to say but thank you. Thank you so much for caring for our family.Thank you for taking care of our car needs at that time.So we can at least get it going .Crystal I mean it. If you are ever in the Laramie/Rawlings area and need a tow this is the place to call. The water pump went out and left us sitting in Elk Mountain. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was amazing and very kind. He went above and beyond to find a quote that fit my finical budget. The driver Frank was just as amazing. He made a very stressful situation less overwhelming and he was more than willing to talk to us all the way to our drop off point. He even told us about good places within walking distance for us to visit. When I called in the day after our tow the gentlemanEven asked if we were able to get the car taken car of. Crossroads is the best tow company I ve had the please to work with.

Amazing service! We broke down about 50 miles north of Rawlins and no one else was answering to provide us a tow. Robert got to us within 2 hours (he was in the middle of responding to another call when he answered us). He came right after he finished that other call. He loaded our car so well - the truck was so organized too! He gave us great information about the ins and outs of towing with insurance. He brought us to a great repair shop in Rawlins and even offered to drive us to a hotel. He stayed with us while we talked to the mechanic too and it was already 8:30pm. I definitely recommend using this tow service.

I discovered my car had been leaking fluids and was hesitate to drive it. As a AAA member, I reached out for towing assistance, but none of the local towing companies were available. My luck took a turn for the better AAA reached out to Crossroads.I was truly umpressed by Robert, the owner of Crossroads. Despite being located over 50 miles away in Medicine Bow, he immediately made his way to Rawlins to help me. From the moment he arrived, his patience, helpfulness, and easygoing nature put me at ease, and Robert turned out to be a fully certified mechanic with a comprehensive service garage in Medicine Bow. His expertise was invaluable, as he not only towed my car but also offered insights into potential issues. Knowing I was in capable hands gave me great confidence, but what truly stood out was Robert's thoughtfulness. After dropping off my car at the service shop, he generously offered to drive me back home even though the shop had a shuttle service.Crossroads Towing provided me with a great experience that exceeded my expectations and proved that distance is no obstacle when it comes to helping someone in need. Prior to this, I had never considered contacting a tow service outside of town, but thanks to Robert and his team, I will not hesitate to call Crossroads in the future. A+ review for Robert and the Crossroads team for saving my trip. My car died a ways north of Medicine Bow and I had few options to get back on the road. Crossroads was hands down the best company I could have gotten in touch with. Robert promptly came to help me with picking up and towing the car. He was timely, professional, and had great service all around. The hospitality and effort was greatly appreciated!

Too expensive. I was stranded at the rest stop in Elk mountain Wyoming. I am not from there. I called this company to find out how much a tow to Laramie would be. $700. How is this not a representation of your business? Those were y'all's exact words. No I will not call you EVER again. Obviously I am no longer stranded thanks to a different wrecking company whom only charged $300 and they were coming from further than y'all. Disgraceful to take advantage of people who were scared and stuck. I bet if I was a man it wouldn't have been so much.

IF YOU NEED A TOW OR RODSIDE HELP THESE ARE THE BEST PEOPLE TO CALL!!!! SO...CALL THEM! If you are in the medicine bow-Laramie Wyoming area and you break down, hit a deer, elk, antelope, or moose, CALL ROBERT OR CRYSTAL. They are super awesome! They are friendly, courteous, and will make sure you are as comfortable as possible during such an inconvenient time. We hit a deer in a van full of people in the middle of nowhere 40 miles east of Laramie. They were there in 40 minutes with an extra dual cab truck to haul the crew. They billed our insurance company, took, us to our hotel, and helped carry our luggage to the rooms. Total VIP Customer service! Robert and Crystal you are rare gems in this world. Thank you from all of us.

Robert and Crystal, the owners of this company, provided excellent service. Besides helping us with all aspects of the accident, including calling the highway patrol, taking care of all the paperwork with our insurance company, and providing safe and meticulous towing service, they even took us to our hotel after everything was finished. This is a great company, and Robert and Crystal are super!

Ed and son Bryan not only gave me a tow but also spent an hour attempting to patch my tire in the shop, with no strings attached, and with no guarantee that it would work. It ended up not working, but Ed helped me get the spare on and sent me on my way. I came from fort carson colorado and drove 4 hours and brakes went out going 80 mph in the middle of nowhere got dropped in rawlings. Had a pregnant wife and two dogs and little cash after paying for a hotel in rawlings after being stuck on I80 west. My great insurance ROOT called tgese guys to see if they would drive us and our car 4 hours back to home. And they did. I was seconds away of becoming a homeless army vet but these guys saved our lives.

Crossroads did a wonderful job for me, Got hit by a semi truck and rolled over twice in a rental car and they came to my rescue by getting all my possepossessions out of the median and roadway, Very nice people, This happened almost 2 years ago and I plan on showing them my appreciation for the great work they did for me when my case is settled.

This place is a scam. Cop pulls u over, calls his son to tow you and gets you a room in wife's hotel. Then they tear up your car. I'm out 9000 in damages. Total exploitation of the American dream
