Truck jackknifed and they came out for the recovery. Ended up needing two tow trucks and they were able to save the trailer and load. They winched out truck and towed it to the TA 1 mile away. I paid through EFS. Rate is $550 per hour and 15% fuel surcharge. Only negative part is it seems they use a call center for dispatch and they re slow. Service itself seemed fair and load was saved! Plus truck made it to home base for repairs.

I can't say enough good things about how Brent took care of my situation. My back axle Springs, all of them broke ,on my trailer going over a Bridge. I had a heavy load and that trailer was sitting on my tires. Because of his expertise he got me off the road safely. They also swapped my load for me and that same day they took the trailer to Salt Lake utility. My husband and I are very grateful and thank you ,Brent. I made sure my company has your company's number to use in the future as our company travels a lot on Interstate 80.

Had to be towed, only 12 miles to the TA. I believe the tow operators name was Scott, forgive me if I am wrong. Showed up promptly and got me taken care of. Appreciate it. That being said hope it's the first and last time.

Stranded Person on i80: I m requesting a tow for my RV into town because of starter problems. I see you are the closest being less than 15 minutes away. Stauffers Recovery: We can help, let me check with my boss. Oh, no looks like you re going to wait 5 days (Friday-Wednesday) because we have unoccupied vehicles waiting for a tow. You can go ahead and freeze in your RV. If you re dead or alive by then, we will be happy to recover you.I would have been thrilled to pay the $750 as charged to the previous reviewer to be towed for 10 minutes.

Called them 12-03-22 at almost midnight they came to me in 30 min I talked to a lady in the phone real nice lady, I had problem with my semi trailer she even tried to find a shop to drop me, the tow driver was the best I have ever deal with, real nice professional and fast. I saw one review saying 700 for 10 miles mine was a little more mileage and tow driver had to do some things on trailer to get moving, the bill was 380 that's pretty cheap and they got me out of the side of highway I guess that review can't be true
