Front desk lady (brown, long hair) was the most helpful person ever. She went well above to make sure we got our tire cables and had a safe trip through Wyoming.

From the front desk to the service center these people are amazing and SO helpful. My husbands car died and the front desk helped us get a new battery and the service center changed it for free. We are on an 18 hour road trip with 12 hours left and they put this anxious girl at ease. 10/10 recommend!

Car died in Fort Bridger, WY. Local gave us a jump and pointed us in the direction of Napa - the ladies there were awesome!! Ran the diagnostic, helped us pick the right battery, and sent us on our way! We will keep Napa as our first choice for our needs!

On a trip from California to Missouri my fuel pump on my truck went out. These guys got me back on the road in no time. I have to admit that I did have a little sticker shock. I couldn't believe the price was so LOW. Amazing. Normally if you break down an out-of-state it's like putting a Target on your back that says please overcharge me. Not at this location. These guys were fantastic. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them for the great work they do and the price.

We burned out a bearing on out 36' Toy Hauler wheel and were stuck at the TA 9 miles away ... TA (Travel Center of America on the HWY) SUX! But Joe came to our rescue and got me going good enough to reach his shop. Even though they were busy busy, they MADE TIME for this stranded Floridian! When we got to his shop he checked out the rig thoroughly and had me back on the road in a few hours. I can not sing the praises of Joe in the garage and Tammy at the front desk enough. He did a SUPER Quality job and at more than reasonable prices. GREAT GREAT PEOPLE .... HONEST ..... PLEASANT ....... JUST GREAT FOLKS. I can highly recommend these fine people. Thanks Again, Guys! What a pleasure to have crossed your path!

Very happy with this place. Prices are about the same as any Napa or auto zone, due to location they don't always have part or tools I am looking for, however their mechanic was able to "loan" me a very hard to find tool which did the trick I needed. Covolo has some decently priced services and they can talk you through almost any repair if you do it yourself. Great local people to work with.

Went above and beyond in helping us after our van broke down. Drove us to a nearby hotel, gave recommendations for what to do around town, and even went in on an off day to work on the car. Everyone at NAPA brought us comfort in a time of nervousness. Thank you so much.

Turn signal light goes out. Not a big deal unless you're on a road trip and have no tools or parts. Passed by here and pulled in on a chance. Quick, friendly, courteous, professional. We could have been gouged, but the invoice was more than fair. We'd do business again except we're a 12-hour drive away. Recommended.

I spend thousands of dollars on parts a month at a variety of different locations, however the service provided by Napa goes unmatched! Best part store in town. Be sure to ask for Ashley! She has to be one of the most knowledgeable parts ladies that I've ever met, and she takes the best care of me and all of my employees. I used to just try and shop local whenever visable, however since Ashley has joined the Napa team, I now find it hard to spend money else where, because I am treated as a highly valued employee, instead of just a number!!!!THANK YOUR FOR THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE!

No customer service at their tractor service department.was told 3 days to look at my tractor a month later when I went to pick it up when having it not looked at they were unapologetic and made excuses left and right throughout that time of why they were unable to get to it left my number for the owner and he has never called me to see what went on

Just not my preferred place to go for parts but they usually have what other parts places Don't have in the valley
