Mac is absolutely one of the best people I have ever Bought a car from. He is honest trustworthy and holds to his word In every way.. He has done everything.He has ever told me he would do and then some to make The deal and the transaction right. It is an absolute pleasure doing business with Search an outstanding personOf this character.. I wish that everything in life could be so pleasant and straightforward and honest.

Around midnight (7/17/23) I hit a raccoon that caused an unreasonable amount of damage to my car. Mac happened to drive by and not only stopped to ask if I needed help, but made roadside repairs enough to get my vehicle to the shop. He then proceeded to make the needed repairs so I could safely drive the remaining two and a half hours of my trip. Thank you!

Hit a pronghorn antelope on my move across the country outside of Lovell, Wyoming. I had my car towed to Auto Plus. I didn't exactly know what to expect but I can safely say any expectations I had were blown out of the water with how professional the mechanic, Mac, was that I worked with.Given the extenuating circumstances I was forced to stay in Lovell until my car could be repaired. Mac kept me completely up to date on the state of repairs and timeline for when it would be done. He worked quickly on getting my car repaired and was done within a week, much quicker than I, or my insurance, had predicted. He worked things out with my insurance with no hassle, making things much easier on my end. The repairs were finished much more quickly than I had initially thought they'd takeOverall I can't recommend this shop more if you're looking for vehicle repair/maintenance in the area, I wish I lived in the area so I could keep taking my vehicle to Mac!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I had an fantastic experince at Auto Plus. I had some troubles with my battery yesterday and came by to see if anyone could have a look at it. Gary was here and told me to pull right up and have a look at it. He was very friendly and had an open ear to listen what might be wrong. In the end he found that the poles of the battery had a lot of corrosion. He told me that baking soda with water would do the trick and then went on to clean it for me. 10/10 would recommend and if I ever need help again in this area I will come back to Auto Plus.Grettings Jonathan from Chicago

I can't say enough good things about Mac and Auto Plus! I purchased a used vehicle from him several months ago and when he found out about an issue I had, and what a dealership was going to charge me, he came and got it. He repaired it and my cost was $1000's less than the dealer. Completely trust this man!!
