We spent $3,340 on service for our 2009 Highlander in the last 4 months, all fluids 30 pt inspection, brakes, etc. They neglected to tell us about a high pressure oil line that was known to blow on this model. I was going 80+ in left lane on I25 and the car made a horrible shrieking sound and shut off. Luckily I could coast to the shoulder. All oil blew out and covered the back wind shield. Engine was shredded. I called Toyota service manager, and he said they couldn't possibly point out all parts that would fail, except this was a know problem!! I asked if we could get a partial refund on our service, since our car was now worth only $500. He said "we are in business to make money". Ironically we had an appointment to do front suspension that would have cost $1,800! BEWARE!!

With the help of the service advisors, manager and their collaboration with the parts department manager. Their master mechanic Clint has been able to help me execute my goal of restoring a 99 Prelude. Despite the mechanics opinon of my taste in vehicles lol he always gets things done. The quality of work shows...Thank you Toyota of Laramie service! Thank you Corey, Clint, Jamie, Jacob and Erica! Yes I'm an employee but I choose to be your customer.

If you want a no b.s dealership that respects your time this is it. If you want to haggle 2 hours over $250 you can do that too, why to argue over 60 month payment for $250 go ahead!I bought a beautiful RAV4 2021. Fully loaded and ready for any and all adventures. I strongly recommend Totota of Laramie.

I wanted to like the service department as much as I like the sales department. The sales department continues to go above and beyond. The service department disappointed in almost all ways. From the staff behind the desk that acted like I was an inconvenience in their day, to the service technicians that never even bothered to put a piece of paper down on my brand new leather seats. My vehicle was returned to me with the steering wheel and every other thing touched by technicians covered in grease. The lady behind the counter could at least fake a smile for the customers, so could the service manager. The technician seemed to lack the knowledge to fix our vehicle and we will have to follow up with another service department . I will have my new vehicle serviced at another Toyota dealership.
