Hello!Brandon worked with my father because I don t know much about trucks. He did SUCH a good job communicating with him. I am so grateful he was willing to talk to my father as first line of communication. Brandon and his whole team displayed excellent customer service.I also feel like I walked away with a brand new truck. The team did all of the work I asked about & then some more. They really went above and beyond. My truck is in the best shape it has ever been in. I recommend to all those other young people out there who have no idea what they re doing, because Brandon will help you and make it affordable. I am honored to have this body shop in Laramie. Y'all did GREAT work!!

My Tacoma had a deathly obnoxious rattle somewhere in the body. We spent numerous hours trying to locate and fix this issue for months on and off. It was literally driving me crazy. We took it to Riegel preparing for the worst, like cutting open and welding back together and Brandon wouldn't give up. He immediately went to work on it and had the darn extra lost socket culprit out and free with no damage or anything within 15 minutes. The drive away from the shop was like a brand new truck! Highly recommend this shop from this Laramie local.

When I got rear-ended I was dreading having to deal with a repair shop, but Riegel did a fantastic job. They got me in quickly for an estimate, and the repair was completed faster than expected. They took their time explaining everything to me, took care of dealing with getting paid by the other driver s insurance, and kept me updated during the process. My insurance company had recommended them, the other driver s insurance said they were a good choice, and even the rental car company who picked me up commented on how great they are. Also, they're just super friendly and honest. Definitely pick them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brandon was very reasonable, time-efficient, and the estimate he gave me was spot-on perfect. Very professional and helpful. I recommend Riegel's to everyone and will 100 percent return next time I ram into a deer

I was traveling near Laramie when my car was in accident. Riegel was terrific in assessing the damage and assuring me that my car was safe to drive so I could get back to Colorado that day. They made time for me in a pinch and offered just the advice I needed. I would highly recommend this business for outstanding service.

Riegel did a great job with my car. Getting an estimate was fast and easy. They called to remind me of my appointment. They finished the car quickly, and the end product was good. The customer service is very good. I have used them several times over the years--they always to a good job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very great work at Riegel, Brandon and crew were very helpful and got my pick up fixed up very fast and at a great price, I highly recommend using Riegel. I purchased the parts third party (to save on parts) and brought them to Riegel for the installation. I also had them buff out the hood, it looks great!

I got into an accident resulting in damage to the hood and front bumper of my vehicle. After spending a morning getting estimates from various locations in Laramie, Riegel Body Shop was hands down the best option. I worked with Brandon Snelson. He, as well as the rest of the staff, were very professional and friendly, they were willing to work with my budget, making the cost as cheap as possible, and they worked incredibly fast, working within the time frame I needed. I needed my car to be fixed within two weeks - they got it done in 30 hours while maintaining excellent quality and great customer service. They did an amazing job. I will always go there first, and I will always recommend them to others!

Riegels took awesome care fixing my car. They fixed things i didn't even notice. Great job and done a day before i expected it! Fantastic. I'll return if i ever need more body work!

I would highly recommend this place for any type of auto body work. They worked with me on the price since I wanted to pay out of pocket. They were able to repair a dent in the hood when the other shops were going to replace the whole hood and you cannot tell the hood was ever dented. They also matched the paint very very well. Finally, the people there are extremely professional and easy to work with.

After receiving a not-so-honest quote for body repair from another shop we were directed here by old timers who said they were best in town. Received an honest quote, car was in and out of shop in 3 days with beautiful work. Highly recommend.

I have had Riegel paint everything from Motorcycle parts to Semi truck accessories. Everything they have done has been awesome and they are really nice to work with. Can't say enough good things about this shop!

Brought my car up from Denver to have them work on the damage from all the recent hail storms (shops in Denver had a 10-12 month wait list). Ted, Brandon and the entire team did an amazing job not just on my car, but also making the process with insurance seamless and smooth. Very glad I #ShopLocal in the Laramie community even after I moved away!

Our car had the driver side front door and fender severely damaged. When I took the car to the shop I was met with a friendly, helpful office manager, Brandon Sheldon. He politely took down all the necessary information, then checked the damage and quickly made a computerized estimate for me. I was taken care of in about 30 minutes or less. A date for repair was made that would nicely fit our schedule.As Riegel's ordered parts for the repair, I was kept posted about what the plan was. The repair took 5 days, the car looked new, was washed, and ready to go, just like nothing ever happened.Without question, this is where to take an injured auto for repair. They are honest, fast, friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and know how to "git 'er done!".

The body work was fine, but the mechanical repairs under the hood were done incorrectly. This lead to further damage. When we notified the body shop they failed to inspect our concerns and just blamed us for having an another accident, which hadn't happened. It took several months to resolve, our insurance company sent an independent inspector which found Riegel at fault. Insurance paid for us to go to another shop to get the mechanical work done right. Their failure to do the job right was compounded by their poor customer service.

I'm from Illinois, but I was in Laramie going to school at Wyotech at the time. I had 2 accident's in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler back in 2008 and/or early 2009. The first one was a rear end incident where i slid on black ice into the back end of a pickup. And about a couple weeks to a month later a hit and run situation where someone backed into my car in front of my dorm and took off. I was very grateful for what Riegel did for me, with kindness and customer service. I went on from being a Master Technician to being an Insurance Adjuster (funny how that turned out.) The experience from Riegel I always compare other shops to, and very few meet the standard set by them about 11 years ago. I still have the Jeep today and though it was not 100% the same after my 2 hits, i know the shop did their best and did all they could for me. I appreciate them, and still forever grateful for their help. Thank you so much.The dumb blonde kid from Wyotech, graduation class of 2009.

Everyone was incredibly helpful. There was a couple month wait to get the work done (my car was drivable), but they worked with me and my schedule when the time came and the car looks great. If I ever need body work again, I will certainly return.

Went to see Ted for a repair estimate and walked away with a repair job on the spot at no charge. He also suggested a repair alternative that will save me several hundred dollars. A person with this kind of integrity and kindness is a rare find. Laramie is lucky to have this business. Highly, highly recommend Riegel Body Shop.

I've had the misfortune of needing Riegel's services more than once. But the misfortune ends there as this is one of the area's most trusted body shops. Family owned and operated they will not give it up until you are completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them.

My car was Totaled Out by my insurance company, but the guys at this shop helped me quite a bit. I was unable to get there before my car was taken by the Total Loss Team, so the guys cleaned out my car and saved my stuff for pickup later. This was much appreciated.The one guy, Brandon, he even helped me with my scooter, when I came to get my stuff. I will use them again, if I need to.

Level of customer service and pride of workmanship was the best I've ever experienced from a Body Shop. Brandon went above and beyond normal expectations and delivered the repaired Subaru Outback in 2 days (EXCEPTIONAL). The entire process (Parts, Insurance, Body Work) was thoroughly vetted, coordinated and executed.

I had taken my car to my mechanic because it was making a weird noise come to find out that the bottem radiator support was bent to the point that the fan was rubbing on the intake manifold, the only way to fix was to take to a body shop so i went to Riegel's and i am very satisfied with the customer service they straightened the support bar while i waited and they did not charge me for the service. it took less than five minutes. everything was amazing the staff knew what they were doing. This should be anyones first stop for any body work that needs to be done on their vehicle. they can expect me to come back for anymore body work

We fell into a sink hole where the road had washed out State Farm had our car taken to Riegel Body Shop. Our radiator was broken and water pouring our. 2 days later our radiator, fan and fender undercover was replaced and our car back to us. Thank You Riegel for fast, friendly service. Barbara Moss
