I found a used car listed through AutoTrader by Quality Auto City. I submitted an offer and received a quick response. I live in another state so I asked Mo to take any photos of damage or concerning items. He did so and explained what was in the photo so I could make a decision. The purchase was made via email/online, money was wired and Mo sent paperwork to me overnight so I could get everything signed. I paid a small fee for delivery to my state. The car arrived and was in better condition than the photos showed! We absolutely LOVE this car and the price was much lower than what we have found in our state. Mo made the process easy, he was honest and communicated with me throughout the entire process. If I ever need another used car, I will look at Quality Auto City first! Thank you for proving that there are some good ones still around!

I am not from Wyoming and have only ever stayed a total of 4 days in the state within the past 3 years. My girlfriend and I were moving from the Midwest to the northwest. During our drive my 2004 Jeep wrangler was simply not safe for me to drive with all the weight I had in the vehicle and the strong winds of Wyoming.I won t lie, these small dealers make me nervous since you never know who you re dealing with, especially in a new city as a traveler. I went to go look at a 2006 Subaru to trade in and am very impressed. Although our situation was unique and confusing they worked with us and explained everything we needed to do to make the deal happen. In less than 24 hours of looking at the car we were on the road with minimal to no issues from the vehicle purchased. Of course it will need some new parts having 180,000 miles this was expected. The important thing is that it made it the rest of the trip safely and is still a wonderful vehicle. Thank you quality auto for being such a great company and working with us on our unique situation.

We ve had nothing but good experiences buying cars here. Over the years we ve bought three used vehicles from them and haven t had any problems so far. Mo makes the process easy and is a very kind and caring individual. The whole process only took about an hour. Quality Auto City will always be the first place we go to look for a used car.

We bought a 2014 Subaru. The engine blew a month later due to a bad harmonic balancer. Both of the mechanics say no way could we have caused it. We texted Mo 2xs with no response. 2 phone calls later Greg tells us they won't do anything to help. Still no response from Mo who sold us the car. This business is the exact reason used car dealers have a bad reputation. They

Just don't. You're buying a poorly inspected vehicle. That is overpriced for the amount of nickel and dimeing that will take place when you leave. To bad, USED to be a pretty reliable source.

Bought a work truck from quality auto city about 6 months ago. I live in Denver and before making the drive called them to confirm if there was anything outside the description that they had listed online I should be aware of. "No, everything is in good shape...." I show up and there's hail damage on the truck, and not just a little. When they took pictures of the truck they purposely took a ground angle so I didn't see any of the hail damage going into it. I let him know that they did not make me aware and I pointed out that all the pictures were taken from a upward angle to cover the fact that the vehicle had hail damage. With COVID going on the price of trucks were high and they were going faster so he didn't care to give me any discount at all, not to mention a check engine light sensor that wasn't previously mentioned. Shame on them for carrying out this transaction the way they did.

Beware. Liars and purposely alter vehicles to hide damage and issues, and then make sure you sign an as is agreement, though they won t be honest from the start. Photos are manipulated, the engines themselves are manipulated, especially electrical/oil/coolant issues that most wouldn t be able to see. Notice how all of the negative reviews have similar complaints. It s no coincidence. They buy extremely cheap, damaged cars at auctions and dealerships all across the state and then rig them to appear sellable.

Well, I was totally deceived. Spoke with Gregg, on the phone, about purchasing a 2017 Nissan Versa. Since I live 8 hours away, and Gregg was very well aware of this, I needed to know details. I asked Gregg if the car had any defects. As he's talking to me on the phone, he is walking around the car. The only defect he said was a chip on the passengers door. Ok. So Gregg knows I'm going to drive 8 hours to look at it. My wife and I arrive, and the car was a disaster! The 'chip' was a sector of paint missing off the door (6"x2"). We saw about 40 chips all around the doors, trunk, and gas tank. The majority of them were rusting. There was rust bubbling thru the paint. Then I saw a major dent under the passenger door, and dent above the driver's door. The front bumper is misaligned, and on the back bumper paint is peeling off. Gregg definitely gave me the impression that there was only one defect. I drove 8 hours for this, and 8 hours back.Here's the point: Gregg deliberately deceived me. He lied to me to trick me in showing up. This was no accident or mistake but deliberate. All these defects are overly obvious.I couldn't believe it. Every time I said to Gregg, "I asked about the defects", all's he said is "I'm sorry".I wouldn't even consider another car on his lot, since the dishonesty was so blatant and deep.Hope this helps.By the way this trip cost me $260 and 2 days. 'I'm sorry' isn't good enough.

I purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty for my wife from Greg at Quality Auto City. Best decision on buying a pre-owned vehicle i have ever made.Greg made the process so quick and easy. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to spend. He showed me the Jeep with no B.S., no salesman double talk and no "polishing" when I asked about the mechanical state and milage. Just straight, honest answers take it or leave it honest salesmanship.My wife loves her Jeep w4�4 and I'm not allowed to drive it.

Greg is an honest and straight forward guy. Tells you exactly what you're buying. Can't find better prices in the state! We drove from Casper to purchase a vehicle and Greg was nothing but courteous and kind. Very quick process we were in and out within an hour! You won't find a better used dealership in all of Wyoming.

I bought a car the next day the check engine light came on two days later it started making a clunking sound in the driver side wheel Gary was real cool about it so was Moe they got my car into their mechanic immediately the next day and got it fixed up thank you gentlemen so much I really appreciate everything you've done for me you went above and beyond to make sure that my car was in drivable condition and made sure it was very safe thank you

Quality Auto City is one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with.Mustapha is helpful, fair, and his customer service is second to none. Greg is very helpful and pleasant to work with.The prices of their vehicles are very fair and the vehicles are in very nice condition. I would highly recommend this dealership. They will treat you right.

Greg was super nice. He's been with Quality Auto for 18 years and this used car business has been operating for 30 some years. The owners sat with us and helped with the paperwork. It felt luke "family". No pressure sales. From our experience today, they are doing things right. I'd go back if I need a other used vehicle. Thanks guys.

Just passed through town, stumbled upon this place and ended up purchasing a vehicle due to their amazing prices, unquestionable integrity, and wonderful customer service. These gentlemen make purchasing a vehicle so easy you'll never want to go to another dealer again. My wife and I are still amazed by the cordial experience we had.

Bought a vehicle from them in June 2015. The deal was very fair. The truck was pretty dirty but considering the deal and how much they worked with me, it was worth my time to clean it up. I have had one problem with it since but no indication of cheap cover up of any kind. They sell primarily older vehicles and there is always a measure of risk when buying one.

Mustafa and Gregg offer the best customer service I have come across going to car lots.The condition of the cars is better than the comparable lots, and the prices are fair.I always check their lot when friends are looking for a car, not one complaint from anyone I've recommended to them.

I purchased a truck in 2015 from them, by the time I got home, the check engine light was on. About a week later, the oil was leaking. Spent about $1,500 to get it fixed, spent another $1,000 over the next month on other problems. They did nothing to help out with the expenses, very shisty and not honest. Finally got into a new vehicle, thought I'd share my experience with this company. Buyer beware!

I was scolded for suggesting a vehicle's price was a little high (was priced at 142% of blue book fair market dealer price). Salesman got quite angry and seemed only able to go on and on about how stupid blue book is and how he can't stand people who act like they know more than he does, which I guess I did by mentioning the blue book value. So I left. He was friendly to me up until I identified myself as not a sucker, for what that's worth.

They just have awful customer service. I went in before new years and looked at a car and didn't hear back from them. So then i called three weeks later and i was told the guy i had talked to wasn't in that day but to call back. I asked to leave a message and have him calk me back which he never did. So i called today and he said ohhh sorry i sold that car...... well at least call and tell me that so i know! Jesus its a wonder they are still open.

I have had issues over a year trying to get a title for the car I paid for, I was told I was given it and signed for it however i dont have it, I'm willing to admit I may have received it at the time of purchase, I reached out about 7 seperate times over the course of the last year about trying to get a duplicate title and have just been left radio silent I now have a three thousand dollar paperweight I haven't been able to transfer into my name.

We went in and test drove the 2012 Kia Sportage I believe got halfway down to 287 and the engine went into safe mode means the tranny is going

Bought a car from this place for $2400 and the engine gave out completely and was considered totaled 3 and a half months later. Do not buy from here. Period!
