This is another Pilot where the manager and the employees here all need to be fired.Came here in the hopes of finding some food, and found nothing of substance. The Wendy s is shut down, roller grill is nearly empty, soup area is empty, fruit is rotten, and there is no hot case of pilot/flying j food.Instead of saying we appreciate you drivers, how about you paycheck drones actually demonstrate it by providing quality food and services to the licensed professionals who walk through your crusty doors.Check these pictures out.

Pull up to this pilot from Canada. I see Dana with her big smile welcoming everybody in. Right away felt the good vibe because country music was playing in the background so I felt like I was on the soul train ready to dance. Lol but I end up taking a shower and I notice how clean my shower was because of the smell of 409 it was a great smell and the bucket of trash was empty. So Jordan did a great job on how keeps the showers clean and takes out and rebags trash outside. Good job Jordan your boss ought to be proud of you.

The dark hair female employee on morning/ lunch shifts ever sees me she stops whatever she is doing or gets someone to be in her stead, and goes out of her way making it very obvious to me and everyone around that im her target. even when other employees approach her she almost ignores them completely, doesn't keep her eyes off me for a second, crossing her arms like some bouncer ready to do some take down and today was no different. Easter is today and i thought with a quick stop i could grab a couple things. i see her behind the counter and again, right in the middle of doing her job she stops and gets another employee to take her place and stalks right over to where I was, with the candy, looking for something my son might like with his easter eggs. The discrimination is loudly apparent. Im causing some kind of inconvenience to her, her work day and your store that im not aware of. i'd rather inconvenience myself the extra distance to shop at Loves who treat me like im one of them and feel almost a kinship to, than ruin an employees day by just existing. this really is too bad because i live close by and i've been a customer here since 2001 and you guys are so convenient but not anymore.

While the staff of Pilot was nice enough, I stopped here because I had a taste fpr Wendy's. Lo, and behold, Wendy's is shut down for a "Plumbing issue". Well, forgive my asking, but why would you have 3 employees just standing around laughing and joking while people are wanting a hot meal? Were they on the clock? Who knows. Did they have an answer to when the issue would be corrected? Of course not. Silly me. Stopping in Laramie is beginning to be not worth the damn effort.

First thing first nobody speaks when you walk in , microwave doesn t work ruined my food they cups are empty because as you can see they just have them laying around on the counter where they don t even belong the roller grill supposed to be 24hrs no food on it they have rotten fruit out for people to buy the slushy machines doesn t even work nobody even tried to help fix anything everyone had an excuse it s dirty as hell behind the grill you can tell it don t get cleaned they have cleaning supplies laying around the coffee area and all by the coffee cups oh and the bathrooms nasty as hell i forgot to take a picture of that I DO NOT RECOMMENDED SORRY

Bathrooms were clean, help was friendly, but Wendy's was a nightmare. We didn't even stay to order, much less eat there. The amount of smoke coming off the fryers was so think I thought something was literally on fire. I've seen less smoke from a house fire.Truck parking is kind of a pain, too. You have to park quite a distance from the building and, as a woman, I would not feel safe walking that far after dark.

It's all under construction at the moment bathrooms of the men are showers 1 2 3 and 4 the rest is women's showers they do have washing machines for your clothes but for the most part they're still working on it Wendy's restaurant is still open through the remodeling that works.

We stayed 3 weeks just because we wanted to chill. Not a lot to do in the area, but that was ok. Most camper are only there 1 or 2 nights. There are a couple of nice scenic drives. One was Seminoe State Park and Snowy Range Scenic Byway. Staff at park are very friendly and helpful. Downtown Rawlins have a number of wild deer feeding. Rawlins is also the location for the Wyoming State Penitentiary built in late 1800. You can take a tour, which is worth the time if you like history.

Your typical Pilot, not much for truck parking although there are a couple of other fuel stations near. This area does have a pretty view of the mountains.

Had a great interaction with the staff at this pilot! Friendly all around and Dana was helping drivers score free drinks through the pilot app for Driver Appreciation month. Keep up the awesome work and positive attitude!

We stopped here to get gas for our RV. We had just signed up for pilot rewards app. We did not get a discount, the music was so loud by the pump, I had to YELL to my husband. By the time we drove to Denver, CO the next day, the RV was stalling and smelled like bad gas.Don t buy gas from this Laramie, WY center. Worst experience yet!!

Between 6 attendants, they can only clean 1 shower in an hour. All the showers standing open and dirty 6 people in line waiting.

Help friendly parking area well maintained but restraint was smokey from the fryers. And no sense of caring from that staff. We decided to leave instead of risking bad food

Don't stop here for a shower. Waited 40 minutes for them to clean 1 shower of the 5 dirty. I guess only 1 of the 5 people that were working were qualified to clean showers.

Disappointed place. Today, Wendy is closed down due to equipment failure. At 3pm, 3 drivers before me waiting for shower, been waiting hour and stilling waiting. Hey Pilot, instead of buying out every Ma and Pa truck stops, why not improve older Pilot stores by building more showers.

***SHOUT OUT to SHARON***It's wonderul to see all diesel fuel islands being clean and sanitized, even the garabge cans are shiney. I cant stand touching most of the Pilot/Flying J keyboards and garbage lids, even with gloves on. Excellent job!!!

I honestly never right reviews but the laundry room is down and there s no signs about it being down until you get to the laundry room which is annoying ! Anyways besides the laundry, the showers were really nice and but the ground was slippery .

3/23/23 1:00am. The two women working, steller service and very friendly. They helped both me and my wife out and I saw them helping other drivers out too with suggestions to help serve them better. The highway is shut down so the amount of truckers everywhere along with us was crazy.

Great stop! They have a variety of gifts and food! The gas is as reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful, they greeted us and we're busy keeping the place clean. Best part was how clean. All the food areas were spotless and the bathrooms we're brand new and super clean. So nice to have a clean place to take your kids on the road.

If you are Truck driver don t stay overnight here because you wouldn t able to breath air. Here Smells sewer very strong really bad .

The young skinny brunette is very disrespectful, I wish I would have remembered her name I would have posted it. Every other gas pump is broken or freezes. Not enough parking, no good resturant, nasty bathrooms, no sufficient exit and the entrance is easy to miss. I do give them a second star for good coffee, clean showers and the attitudes of the rest of the staff besides the one mentioned above was pleasant.

I drive a truck and pulled into a slot at the fuel island. Truck was infront so I couldn't pull forward. I run doubles so I can't back into a parking slot. As soon as I pulled in a lady came out and woke my co driver up telling us it wasn't a parking lot. I was not even stopped for more than 2mins that took my to walk inside as she was coming out. Then proceeded to talk badly about the company and disrespect us and the co driver to her co workers. Laughing about threatening to tow us. Had I known she was talking about us I would have talked to a manager while I was inside. Imagine losing millions of dollars of business because you guys tow one of our vehicles as it was parking for less than 5 mins. Mindful of other drivers there was nobody behind me or waiting for a slot to begin with. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

it was Awesome that a kind young lady let me know the hot water was low, so i can take 5-10mins then enjoy a clean hot shower. Workers were attentive and everything was in stock. Good prices and selection. Thanks Flying J / Pilot.

I am giving this a three star because as a team driver, on my wife and I stop here quite frequently. Pilot as our main fueling provider. My wife informed me that the bathroom stalls are extremely small. So much so that when she goes in to a stall she sees the toilet paper holders are jacked up because the doors open in and slam against them. Furthermore I m told they are so narrow that she actually has to rest her arm on the toilet paper dispenser as there is no space for her to put it down by her side. Apparently there are sharp jagged edges on the dispensers as well again, a result of being slammed by the doors because they are so narrow. She told me that the toilets are even offset in some weird kind of way because of the lack of space. This is very embarrassing and I am embarrassed for her. We don t have a whole lot of women in this industry. We have more now than we ve ever had and that is really nice to see. However, they need better accommodations. This is the last kind of review I ever want to give. I truly believe that women are the glue in our world and our life. My wife is extremely important in her role of our team operation. So I feel absolutely horrible when she tells me how uncomfortable she is in a stall using the facilities. Apparently the handicap one is bigger, but that s if it s available. More and more women are coming into this industry and again it s wonderful to see. They need these accommodations as much as we need ours and much more.

Customer service is below standard. Rude employee at the fuel desk. He said I was lucky he is in a good mood otherwise he would be an a..hole towards me while I was getting a shower. He was very reluctant to give me a shower most likely he didn't care for my kind.
