I went in there today to get a tire leak fixed they said they were not able to repair it and that I would have to buy four new tires for my car. It's between paydays and so I was going to enlist my father's help who doesn't live in town so I went back down there to order the tires and thank goodness they don't accept cards over the phone. Because I went to Les Schwab and they said that the tire was patched perfectly fine and there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't need new tires they even looked on the inside to make sure. I was almost charged $1,000 for a new tires that I don't even need on my 2019 car. I wasn't going to leave her a few until I saw the other people have had the same problem which makes me wonder if they have a scam going on. Thank goodness also that les schwab was able to get me in and out and not even charge me for it!

Tried a few different places between Fort Collins and Laramie for new tires. This staff was hands down the best. They responded so quickly to my voicemail, gave me great and honest information and were able to get my tires in quickly. Installation was fast and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful from start to finish!

Will not go back there to save my life. I went there to get a tire patched. It was not patachable so I needed a new tire. They did not have the tire in stock so they had to order it and they said that it would be in next buisness day. They get the tire in they go to mount the tire on my rim and they discover a crack in my rim. It was not cracked when I gave it to them. They looked at the rim the night before and there was no crack. When I told Niles the truth about what I think happened all he did was get defensive about the situation like he is covering up for the mistake because he knows that they ended up cracking the rim. They are denying all responsibility of them cracking the rim. The district manager his name is John is even more of a joke then Niles the store manager because you call John and he ends up saying oh send me pictures of the damage and he will never get back to you. Will not reccomend this place anyone.

Tried getting my tire fixed and they tell me it s not repairable then try and sell me 1500 dollar 10 ply tires for my 1/2 ton truck. I then get back to Colorado and go to the peerless I always use and they tell me there s no reason this tire can t be fixed. Makes me wonder how many people got scammed into buying new tires.

Great service and staff. We had a sidewall cut in a tire on our AWD Subaru and required an identical size replacement. The manager drove a couple of hours to get a tire so we would not have to spend a long Labor Day weekend in Laramie. Can't recommend this tire shop enough for great service and going the extra mile for the customer.

It was my first time going there and I had a tire that needed looked at for repair or replacement.. The guys were helpful, showed me the problem, and explained my options. I decided to replace the tire, and was in and out of there in under 20 minutes.

Had a flat on way home out of town. Managed to get spare on and limp back. They were able to take care of us right away. I don't think we spent more than a half our there and they they had us back on the road. Professional and friendly. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I took my tire in for a slow leak where they reported that they found a screw and charged me for the repair. The tire immediately started losing pressure throughout that next week and I took it in again. They reported they found another screw and charged my a second time for this repair. The tire was still leaking after this second repair and when I called about bringing it in for the third time I expressed that I wasn t happy that I had been charged twice for these repairs and they clearly still hadn t solved the issue in full.The manager insinuated that I most likely had hit 3 separate screws on 3 separate occasions all in the same tire, all within a month, rather than admit that they were clearly not being very diligent in looking for all the screws the 1st and 2nd time we had brought it in and paid for repairs.I explained that unless they were willing to look at it a third time free of charge to make up for their poor job the 1st and 2nd time that I would be bringing it to a different tire shop for them to do it right the first time. To which the manager said they would charge for the third repair. Their loss as our family owns 3 cars, a camper, and a boat trailer that we were all taking to Peerless for tire services on. That s a a lot of lost business for not being willing to admit error and make it right after bad workmanship.And yes, the new tire shop did find a third screw, identical to the first 2.

I came in with a leaky tire and within 5 minutes the had found the hole. Unfortunately it could not be repaired but they were up front and honest with me the entire time and I truly appreciate that. The tire I needed they did not supply but they were really helpful in getting me all the information I needed to go to the correct place and get a new tire. Thank you all for being amazing!!

I waited approximately 20 minutes just to speak with an employee just for said employee to decline my business due to the current workload. I understand they were busy and I would have happily waited for my tires to be installed but that option was not even offered to me. I do not recommend this establishment.

These guys are the best. Been doing business with them like 15 years. You buy a tire here you'll never pay for a repair. I had to buy a tire today, in and out in less than 1/2 hour. They're GREAT. Highly recommended.

I have been here several times to get my tires replaced. Every time my wife or I have been here, we have always been treated fairly and quickly by the staff at this location. My wife never felt intimidated or pressured to purchase anything and always felt she was adequately informed of all her choices. I highly recommend purchasing the added hazard warranty when you buy tires here. We have used to warranty twice, both within months of purchasing a fresh set. Both warranty uses were due to nails and made the warranty pay for itself quickly for us. It is good to have the peace of mind.

They ll patch any tire you buy from them for free. Service is always ridiculously fast. Great tire selection, they know their stuff, and don t treat you like an idiot if you don t know much about tires.

The nicest thing I can say is that they get the job done. If it's something simple it's no problem but if they quote you an hour expect it to be three hours. Not really any better options in town but figured I'd post my most recent experience. The previous experiences keep the score acceptable.Edited - Just wanted to make the review seem a little less harsh. They're good people, they're just woefully understaffed.

Waited 3 hours just for them to look at my vehicle. I just needed a patch done. Ridiculous amount of time just to pull a nail out. Do not recommend unless you want to wait forever: I would go to planes tires before ever coming back here again.

They really saved the day for me. I had my tire blow out off 80, and they had me back on the road safe and sound in less than an hour, for under $100.00. The manager there was really nice, and helpful.

Bought Firestone Weathergrips and Fuel Hostage wheels in a package deal. Very reasonable price and when a hubcap fell off 10 months later they ordered new screws for me for free. Really good guys working there

Highly recommend peerless tires of Laramie Wyoming they found ko2 tires that would fit my Murano when no one else would and they put ko2s and new rims on my jeep both cars not only look amazing but ride better to. It's a plus that I'm not blowings tires left and right anymore since I live on a shale road. Thank you so much to the manager Niles and his staff for an amazing job.

I've been to the Peerless location in Casper before. Service was stellar at the Laramie location as well, I was in and out between classes (with time to spare). Quick, courteous and wonderful service. I really can't see any reason to go with any other tire company.

I was recommended this place by Fat Boys Tire and Auto because they didn't have any tires that would fit my vehicle. These folks were very kind and helpful, and they got me back on the road very quickly. I'll definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.

I had a tire that had slow leak on our roadtrip. I stopped in Iowa tire shop and they told me it was a rock. It continued to leak. We got to Laramie on Sunday night, waited until monday to try get it looked at again. Went to first shop and they were 2 hours out, so went to peerless tire and they got me right away. Found a problem (leaky valve) and got it fixed the right way. Very happy and such relief not to be stopping every 100 miles to refill.

I went there to get a tired checked. It was great that I was able to get my tire fixed, however they stole things out of my vehicle worth 300 dollars. I will forever be checking my vehicle before and after services there from now on.

Got us in right away after getting a flat on our truck during our camping trip! Super helpful, speedy and affordable! Definitely recommend!

Went in when they were closing the guy looked at my tire said he couldn't patch it got me a new one. Could be a bit more professional and handling the employees but the manager was good with people. The employees were loud and obnoxious.
