On 03/22/2024 at 11:10 AM I entered Reilly's Auto parts at 1059 3rd street in Laramie, Wyoming. Store #3181. We needed to replace a battery in our Recreational Vehicle and inquired about a 3-month warranty battery which would be comparable to that sold at a popular discount store for a similar if not cheaper price. The clerk (Alex) gave us a price on a comparable battery and indicated that none of their batteries carried a 3-year warranty. I asked why I should buy at O'Reilly and he indicated that the processes that O Reilly batteries go through are very stringent and trustworthy. I opted to buy the battery at O Reilly. Alex indicated that because we were buying the replacement battery with a check that we had to wait 10 days to get a refund on the core price which was added in to the cost if we didn't have the core battery at the time of purchase. I must say that the support line for O'Reilly Auto Parts is the best that I have encountered bar non. Sarah on the chat line was extremely helpful and did a great job in helping us with the core refund. When the 10 days were up Alex was there to finish our transaction. Very satisfied customer here!

i went in on Saturday, Jan 20th and i believe it was jake or jack either way, he help me with the best parts for my truck that i'm rebuilding (1996 dodge ram) and even told me which to start first and i can tell he definitely knew what he was talking about. this is the reason why i love O'reillys !

Asked the dude for rotors for a 2013 WRX, he says 2013 Impreza? , I say no, WRX , he says eh same thing . Yea he got the wrong rotors

Great local auto parts store. Many employees there to help you. I needed my check engine light and they were quick to tell me what the problem was. They also recommend good shop local for repairs. Definitely stop if you any auto parts.

Tonight it is -14 degrees out and my sister's car battery died. After we got it jumped, the gentleman at O'Reilly was very kind and helpful while replacing it! Amazing service! We are very thankful!

The guys at the Laramie store are awesome. I was stranded at Loves with a locked up a/c pump pulley on my diesel, they helped me right there in the showroom switch it out with loaner tools. It was great customer service. Thanks again guys!!!!

Great staff and always willing to help out. I dealt with the Assistant Manager (Jamie?) and he was excellent in giving me good information and helping me choose the correct alternator. They opened promptly at 0700 and helped me get on my way. Much appreciate the service and great attitude!

I go to orielly fairly often and they treat me good. They usually have what I'm looking for and it's fair priced. I feel on the rare occasion that the front counter staff could be a little more knowledgeable in stuff but overall they usually are able to help me get what I need. Rory is a stellar parts guy as well as Kevin, both those guys know how to find stuff and have good knowledge of items available.

I do like O'Reilly's for auto maintenance supplies. Would I shop here for car accessories? Probably not. 5 stars to the staff. They are super friendly and helpful and make it such a great experience to shop. I also love how I'm not outwardly judged when I come in and have questions and ask for recommendations. I'm a 5'4 female who looks 5 years younger than what I am, and mechanics try to rip me off way too often, so I do my own maintenance work where I can.

Traveling through I had one of my batteries explode. Counter team member was very helpful with explaining my options. Batteries were immediately available. I was out of there in under 30 minutes with batteries installed.O'Reilly Auto is reliable no matter what part of the country you are in and need assistance.

Good selection and helpful staff. They don't always have everything in stock, but that has more to do with the current economy than anything else.

They were low on staff during a busy time but were so level-headed and calm! Kevin was super professional, honest, and kind. He tested/replaced my battery quickly and as a girl who barely knows anything about cars, he didn t make me feel silly or stupid for one second!!

Stopped in at the end of a long road trip when our check engine light started flickering. Hunter and Oscar were really helpful. 10/10 would come back

Went into Oreilys to get a box of assorted fuses. Hunter the person who helped me stated we are not allowed too look up fuses. They are down that isle and u can find what u need. I am a 60 year old woman who lives 40 miles away. I was asked to pick up specific fuses on my way to town for my Toyota Rav4 that is a 2017. I was not very impressed at all.needless to say I will go elsewhere. Maybe someone will help me at your competitors. I have done business with O Rielys for years

Super helpful. I went to this O'Reilly to replace the alternator in my car. They had a spot where I was able to park and work on my car. They also have a basic free to use tool set for work on your car. The manager even came out to help me take out the old alternator and put it in. Super positive experience.

We ordered a 26 gallon fuel pump, we got a 35 gallon fuel pump. If your guys n gals don't know what they are selling then they need to go. This has happened more than once. Not Happy!!!!

They never answer the phone, you can stand outside and call in and watch them as they refuse to pick up the phone. It's okay though, corporate knows nowI had to call the Fort Collins store just to get an answer!!!

I've used this O'Reilly store many times while in Laramie. This time I needed twowing supplies for my U-haul trailer. They were helpful in finding a sleve to reduce my 2.5" receiver to 2" and selling me a 2" ball. They tried to find a strut for my back hatch, however that was a special order.They also have tools if you need them. In the past I've used the tools to change batteries and it is a very handy bonus. Great store!

Coming back from our Thanksgiving we broke a sway bar on our car we called in an amazing man Peter who we lovingly call tater tot got us squared away give us the information we needed to get our part put back in and made sure to give us a call when we is done to make sure we'd handled it right thank you again Peter you're great will always use O'Reilly's cuz of you.

I am usually a critical customer and I have to say all of my experiences with the Laramie O'Reilly store have been great. I've worked with at least two different people there and they have been helpful and never tried to sell me anything I did not need.
