I have been using this Napa for over 25 years. I have seen it go through good times and bad. That being said the current own and store manager has been extremely helpful with meeting my parts needs. To say that Brad and his crew have gone above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. Thanks for doing what you do for me!

I rarely write reviews, but it is the little things that I was so happy with at this Napa Auto Parts. I live in Southern Colorado and my son broke down 30 miles outside of Laramie. I arrived at the store before they opened and waited for them to open hoping they had the alternator in stock. To my shock, they actually opened a few minutes early! The young man was very helpful and attentive. I purchased my part and was on my way super fast. The part was an exact fit and worked perfectly. I returned the core 2 hours later and a different gentleman helped me and I received the same great service. Great job!

This is the best NAPA I've ever shopped at. All the guys in there are nice, knowledgeable, and the store has a barrage of parts. If they don't have the part, they will get it ASAP. Shopping here makes you feel like part of the community. I would recommend this place over the other parts stores by far.

I can't say enough good things!!!! I travel for business and had a breakdown. These guys didn't believe the computer when it said my parts weren't in stock, they took the time to go look and found them. At a reasonable rate! PLUS they charged me very little to bring them to me, and I wasn't close. Thank you Napa AND your awesome employees!! 1 million stars+

This store is awful. Told us they couldn't get a part, we had to drive to Ft. Collins for, then when the part was faulty miraculously they could get it within a couple hours, but wanted to hassle us over the return. Very unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and extremely unprofessional. My Dad was a lifelong mechanic in town, now I know why he never used them. Never again.

Amazing customer service! I called and asked if someone could help me with a broken wiper blade and a van full of sleeping toddlers. They told me to problem and someone met me at my vehicle the minute I pulled up. Thank you!

Passing through town when my van went stupid on me. Not only did they have the parts in stock AND let me repair in parking lot, but when I needed an extra hand, they came out and helped! Back on the road and made it all the way to Boise.Can't thank yall enough!

Napa here Is a good store, the new owner Brad is doing some different things but it's working well. I manage a shop here in town and napa is my first option. They usually have what I need and it's cheaper than the 3"ish" other competitors in town. Napa is the go to for most things in my shop and if they don't have what I need alot of times they get it in later that day for me. When you call I suggest you talk to Jimmy, Brad or Ryan (they know the store better than the other guys)

Scott has always been good about working with me to find the right parts, even though I'm not real handy or knowledgeable about parts, and they generally have them in stock.

I went to Napa with a headlight problem missing a tiny piece in order to mount headlight. Dave figured out something that would work I really appreciate the extra time and effort he put into helping me out!

Lousy service, couldn't check fuel filter with OEM number or the OEM manufacturer. Part looked identical, they measured a couple dimensions with calipers and they were the same, but couldn't get filter to stop leaking when connected in fuel line. Either part is different or crappy workmanship; either way wouldn't take part back.

Napa, one of the few places a guy can go ask for a light bulb by part number and not get asked if his vehicle is a 2wd or 4wd and the employee can find it without looking in the computer.

Traveling thru Wyoming & had vehicle trouble. These folks did everything they could to help us. Rush ordered an put of stock part & came the same day.

Staff is not that friendly or helpful. They seem inconvenienced by you, but they do have the parts needed most of the time or get them there the next day.

Don't really have any complaints. They usually have exactly what I'm looking for and while it's not usually the cheapest option I normally only have to buy something once here.
