Best tow company in Albany County! We had lost our key to our Audi, which required it to be put on a rollback vehicle to relocate to a safer area. They were extremely careful, and Brandon was quite knowledgeable about this vehicle and it's towing requirements. Very reasonable pricing also.

Save time and energy, call Laramie Towing. After punching a hole into my transmission pan, rendering my truck inoperable, I spend the next day getting run-around from my insurance company trying to set up a tow. After about 6 hours and request to pay more money, I bailed on that avenue and called Brandon at Laramie Towing. He was willing to head out at dusk to get my truck from the middle of nowhere. Given there was no advantage of getting the car that night we went the next morning. Brandon was polite, professional, super communicative and focused on my needs. Laramie Towing turned my sour situation into a good experience.Service: Car towing

Brandon went out of his way to help my husband and I when we got stuck in the snow on a remote dirt road. He was not able to retrieve our vehicle because he couldn't make it all the way to our vehicle due to the road conditions. He got as close as he could, about 1.5 miles away, after having gotten stuck himself. He lent us a shovel so we could attempt to work on getting our vehicle unstuck. And while we did that, he waited for us to make sure that we wouldn't end up stranded. We are so grateful that he responded and then waited for us. Had he not done that, we would have definitely been sleeping in our car that night.If you need a tow in the Laramie area, I highly recommend calling Laramie Towing and Recycling!

My car battery died and jumping it wasn t working so I called Laramie Towing. They were super friendly and managed to get my car started quickly. They even followed behind me for my short trip home because I was a little worried. My car died so hard last week. And Brandon just made everything better. He helped me get to work. He helped me get the car to do the things it needed to do be fixed. And he thought his way to the solution! He saved me a ton of money. He was so pleasant and gracious. And everything is good again.Will always use this company. So wonderfull.

Brandon and his dad are doing God s work being life savers. We were involved in a huge pileup on i80 and they even rescued my pets and brought us to a hotel and would not even accept money. This happened right at thanksgiving dinner time. True patriots serving the community.

After having trouble getting someone to help my stranded husband and his parents. Our insurance was able to secure the services of Laramie Towing. I gave them a call just to confirm they were not going to cancel or have issues. I appreciated the gentleman who answered. He went to assist even with a broken rib. I am so grateful that you answered our call and you were very quick to arrive and efficient. My in-laws and husband were truly grateful and if there is ever a need to get assistance in the area, crossing my fingers we don't, but in that case I will keep your number handy. I got stuck in the snow and none of the other local places would help (I m looking at you I-80 towing, AAA, A1 towing, and even the local police) but when I called Laramie towing the woman on the phone seemed glad to help. It wasn t long before serviceman Brandon came to the rescue with an awesome attitude and a friendly demeanor. Best experience I ve had with a towing company before. Of course as with all towing it s not all that friendly on the wallet but it was cheaper than most places even still. Definitely recommend .Service: Car towing

Laramie towing was so great! Brandon got out to us as quickly as possible and was so helpful. I was traveling with my three kids and our puppy by myself from Colorado to Utah when our alternator gave out. I called Laramie towing based on reviews and I m so glad I did. Their price was fair and Brandon was extremely helpful. He helped me get car seats installed in the tow truck, called ahead to a few mechanics to see who could get our car done the fastest, and he helped me clean out our car and drove us and all our stuff over to a hotel with no extra charge. I can t even explain how helpful this was in an incredibly stressful situation. If you need a tow, absolutely call Laramie towing!!

I can not thank Brandon enough for bailing me out of a bad spot in the middle of nowhere today. He was friendly, got there as quick as he could and was just a professional the whole time. This morning I hit a deer driving my family from Denver to Portland and my insurance set up the tow with this company. Brandon came within the time frame we were quoted and was so friendly and helpful. I was obviously frantic from the accident and it was 32 degrees outside. As much as we were prepared everyone was telling us my bf and the kids would have to wait on the side of the highway while i got the rental car 76 miles away. Brandon hauled my family 25 miles west of Laramie to Cheyenne and then proceeded to drop me off to get a rental car. This man left his daughter s basketball game to help us out and you wouldn t even know because he was so happy to help us. He was quick, efficient and positive. After a traumatic event, this is exactly the first person you want to see. I am forever grateful for his help!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

My belt broke on the way home from my daughters in west Laramie, I knew that I would have to have it towed home and was stressing all night about how much it was going to cost.. until I called Laramie towing.. not only were they super friendly and helpful they were very affordable.. the dispatcher was so knowledgeable and helpful and the driver Brandon called me and let me know when he was on his way. They really took the stress out of having to be towed.

What a great experience. First off, the person who picked up the phone was very nice and she sounded like she really cared about us and our situation. Then the driver showed up very swiftly and on time. He walked us through everything and had us hooked up and on our way in no time. On top of that we had a great conversation on the way to laramie. Would recommend to anyone in need of towing! Also they recommended a great mechanic called good vibes with five stars on google.

I am so thankful for the Laramie towing crew, from talking on the phone with a woman who gave me comforting words when I was stuck in snow late at night during a cross country road trip in an unfamiliar place to me to the crew, Brandon and Ace, who towed me out the next day. These guys were super straightforward and empathetic during the whole process, and they came prepared for a more complicated tow just in case things got hairy. Thank you for helping me, I m super grateful.

I chose one star because there is no option for zero or negative stars. My car broke down in town and the police called Laramie Towing to move it. The tow driver was great, but it cost me $500 to have the car towed to their yard for the night and then to my mechanic, all in town. Being on disability I cannot afford this utterly outrageous charge, which amounts to more than half my monthly income. The office manager, Loretta, was very rude and I did not appreciate that one bit. When you are providing a service, you do not treat your customers like that. I am greatly dissatisfied and will never use this company again. The service provided was definitely not worth $500!!!Service: Car towing

These kind, professional and ethical folks helped us out of a bad jam recently. My wife was towing our pop up trailer, which blew a tire near Elk Mountain, WY on I-80, which is a very dangerous stretch of highway. I called Laramie Towing and Recycling Immediately and Loretta got our roadside assistance people involved and they dispatched their driver who valued and appreciated my wife knowing the nearest mile maker . The driver easily found the trailer and towed it to the Laramie Tire Factory, who got right on our trailer the next morning and the story had a happy ending. I cannot thank these great folks enough for helping my wife and kids remain safe and sound.

We were on our way to a funeral across the country when our car unexpectedly broke down just outside of Laramie. Laramie Towing and Recycling went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in our time of need. Their customer service was outstanding! I can t thank them enough!

Brandon and Ace are top notch guys who enjoy what they do and treat their customers like family. Not only did they do their job with efficiency and a smile, they went above and beyond to offer help that was outside their services. We were in an accident right before Christmas, and because of them we were able to get home for the holiday. Thanks for a job well done!

Brandon was great guy who made being broke down into a not so bad an experience. His kind and effecient mannerism got the job done quick and easy. Willing and able service, he even let me charge my phone up on way to repair garage and provided sonelocal knowledge on the way. Myself and my daughter had a blow out in Laramie Wyoming trying to get back to Texas.Tow truck showed up and Brandon was the driver.He was my angel sent frm god.I lost my wallet he turned it in and sent it to me.I gave them 5 stars more if I could.God Bless him.Give him a raise. We were in town visiting family when our Suburban broke down. Called these guys and a very friendly driver showed up ahead of schedule, was very helpful, and got us towed to the shop! Very reasonable price and great service! I highly recommend them!

Was stuck in a snow drift and told it would take them 45 min to an hour to get there. They went ahead and charged my card $75 instead for no services rendered, since someone else came to my aid before they could and their driver was on his way. This after I tried calling them repeatedly to cancel the tow. Not a great impression with me, sorry.

Had a rough go of it with my car today, but these guys are the best. Driver showed up and immediately put me at ease, had me laughing about my situation and feeling better in minute . Smooth ride and very "gentle " as one can be when moving a 3000 lb lump of metal. I will be giving a call again when I need a hand

I embarrassingly ran out of gas on 287. I called Laramie Towing and Recycling and they promptly brought me gas in the timeframe they quoted me. Both the person on the phone and the person that brought me gas were extremely friendly.
