I received help immediately from Service and with a smile! I was taken care of right away. The Dash- Trouble light had came on and indicated that the Auto needed Serviced. It was promptly addressed.

Mallory in Service is an absolute Gem! I love working with her - she definitely takes care of her people. When it comes to oil changes or needing work done on your vehicle she is on it to get you in quick and taken care of. Very happy this is my Ford store.

We were on our way to Snowy Range from Cheyenne to ski and we kept getting engine overheating warnings. Laramie Range Ford got my vehicle in immediately on a Saturday and addressed the problem ASAP so we could still make it skiing. Caleb Kimbell and Jared, the service technician, went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. You guys were incredible! I may drive 45 minutes just to get service from you instead of in Cheyenne in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

It was a great experience. They took my car around 1 pm and told me that I could either wait for an hour or so or they could drop me off anywhere I wanted to. They also picked me up from the exact location after fixing my car.The only problem/concern was they didn't ask me which type of oil I wanted and probably used the cheapest one.
