My mom and I were passing through Laramie on the way home, and our power steering went out. We were about 2000 miles from our ending destination, so we really needed to get it fixed. We pulled into this place, where we were directed to the service consultant Caleb, who was super helpful and understanding of our situation. They were able to fit us in immediately and were able to get the parts switched out in under 2 hours. Caleb kept us informed and up to speed throughout the whole process, and everyone there was just very friendly and helpful, especially given the circumstances. They even drove us to a restaurant so we could get food while we waited. Now the power steering works like a charm now, so we are back on the road with only a minor delay. I'm really impressed with the staff and the service and everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through.

Caleb and the service team are absolutely wonderful. If you're looking for quality, intentional care that brings you back to the small town integrity feel, this is the shop. I will be traveling from Colorado to have all my work done with these wonderful humans from now on.

We were traveling through, over 1,000 miles from home and had a service light. Troy the service manager was able to check it snd clear the code within a few minutes of our arrival. All of the staff was very kind and helpful.
