Another Happy Customer Here!My son is a local student at UW and doesn t have the time to deal with a sick vehicle, and for a parent dealing with a mechanic shop that s states away can obviously be very difficult.John was extremely helpful and communicative. He was able to diagnose and repair a battery drain that has plagued my son s car for years no other shop has taken the time to truly locate and repair this problem.Hopefully we can store the jumper cables away and cancel our annual battery replacement subscription!Thanks for getting Manor back on the road again!Mike Navarro (Shae Suiaunoa#43)

Had an issue with the electrical system in our RV as we were traveling through Laramie. Ketts was recommended by a local parts store. It took the mechanic less than 10 minutes to identify the problem and explain the fix which we could easily do ourselves. His asking price? A good review. No problem!

John is a LEGEND!We called with an urgent hitch wiring issue and he said to bring the car in and he'd look at it in-between jobs.We dropped the car off, went down the street for a coffee and just as I drained my mug, we got a call that the car was ready.He is a lifesaver! Great man, has the knowledge and gives quality service!

While traveling to Laramie, my cruise control stopped working. I thought I needed some electrical work on my 2010 Nissan, but it turned out I needed some transmission work. Ketts quickly diagnosed my problem and didn't do repairs on a garbage vehicle just for the money. They even messaged me later to make sure I made it home! Very honest & fast!

John was very helpful and got my truck taken care of first thing in the morning after I had it towed in the evening. He checked everything thoroughly. I would recommend his service anytime.

The thermometer and auxiliary port both went out on my Tacoma. John got them both working again for a reasonable price. Also very pleasant to deal with.

I was impressed with Ketts. They were able to get my car in quickly and were upfront about what they could and could not do. They checked my car out and I had a call back within a couple of hours. They let me know what they were able to do and gave me an estimate, but also let me know that if they did the work, I would still have to take the car to GM for some programming. They recommended that I have GM look at it as well. I really appreciated their honesty and friendly service.

I had my truck break down unexpectedly close by. The guy from Kett's went to the glass shop my truck was dead in to take a look. He had a guess on what was wrong. Later that day I towed it over to the shop.John did more testing the next day and confirmed his suspicion as opposed to throwing parts at it. He was able to send the radio reciever piece (the part that tells the truck the key is there so wake up) to a guy he knows to attempt to repair it. If he just ordered one it would cost several times more just to program it so the truck can start again. He called with updates often and his guy was able to repair it. He installed the piece, A fair price was charged for what I got out of it. The dealer would have broke me. I am fairly handy but these new truck pieces are beyond me and I would have never figured this out. If you have something weird going on with your vehicles electrical consider having Kett's take a look.Service: Electrical

John knows his stuff. Very pro work. I've never had auto electrical work done as well, as quickly, and rapidly.No doubt that Keets is on the top of my list.Update, may 25 2023Needed John's expertise once again, dang he is good. I ve been dealing with an issue on my car that I have tried and tried to trace with no luck.Left the keys with the shop and two hours later it's fixed and I was on my way.I can't recommend Keets Electric enough.

Didn't get the guy's name who fixed my car but I should have. Called in the morning, he said he couldn't fit me in until the afternoon. I said I needed it back by 3 and that was no problem for him. He worked on it right away (a circuit issue to my brake lights) and we were out of there by 2:30. Price was incredibly reasonable and we left feeling very happy with every area of service. Would highly recommend this place for anyone with electrical issues in their car.

They were able to immediately pick out the problem when I went in to talk to them. The main guy is very helpful and nice. It took them about an hour to make sure that they could fix my car on the first visit and told me to come back when I could leave my car for at least a few hours so that they could find the source of the issue and fix it. When I brought it in to be fixed they got it done in less than two hours and promptly called me to let me know that my car was fixed. They also charged me less than the normal hourly rate. Overall very good service. As to those who didn't realized that they only fix electrical problems in cars, read the name its called Ketts Auto Electric for a reason.

tage and johnny are extremely good at what they do. i have been sending my personal work to them as well as my stuff at work. i have had them rebuild starters and alternators plus i have had them trouble shoot electrical issues. they are a fantastic shop and i can't honestly say enough good things about tage as he is truly an exceptional individual. They do great work and have great customer service as well, you won't be sorry you used them for your repairs.

The proprietor is VERY friendly and easygoing. He stayed in close contact with me during the 2 hours he had my car, letting me know what progress he had made. It turned out the issue (concerning a headlight) was very minor and the work was completed at a very very reasonable cost. Would trust Ketts with any car, be it a new 2016 or my old 2000.

Avoid. The workers are unorganized and money hungry. Go to Denver. You will actually SAVE time compared to coming to this shop. They wasted 2 full days of my life. My truck is still broken.We brought our truck in 3 times for them to change the burnt out dash lights... we still have burnt out dash lights. The first time they decided what to order. Fair. They charged me up front for 1 hour of labor and the bulbs so I wouldn t have to pay when they bulbs are replaced.Second day we came in for the appointment. They had ordered the wrong parts and lost our phone number. It was only supposed to take a few hours, but they were specific they would call when the truck was ready... They never called. Wasted a full day #1.Then we brought it back in... they lost the new bulbs AND our phone number... again. Wasted day #2.This is the only car electrical place in Laramie, so I decided to try one more time... We gave them our number again, they would call us when they found the bulbs.... Surprise! They never called. I went back in for a refund of what we paid. They refused to give us the hour they already charged me and only refunded the $20 for the bulbs. There are a lot of things I would like to spend 3 days doing. Waiting for an unorganized car mechanic is not one of them.I could have driven to Denver and had someone actually fix my truck in 1 day... I should have done that. Learn from my mistakes.

John and Scott were awesome. Got my car fixed up right and made me laugh too. Nice folks! Dig the downtown location. I got to eff off and drink coffee in the Night Heron while they worked.

Amazing people to work with!Came in with a custom problem on an old jeep and within hours had the perfect solution and I was out the door. I will forever come back to get any electric work done on all my vehicles!

An absolute blue ribbon experience with Tage down at Kett's. He went above and beyond trying to warranty parts instead of just charging me for new ones, and had the job done well and swiftly.I will continue to come down for my auto electric needs from now on!Edit - 2019.02.15:I brought my truck down again for an "electrical problem" that turned out to be entirely operator error on my part and once again I was treated extraordinarily well even though the problem was me! I can still recommend these folks 100%

I was driving a 1959 Pontiac to Canada from Colorado. First fill up in the trip was in Laramie and the voltage regulator cratered killing the generator as well as the ammeter. They had me back on the road in under 3 hours the next morning. Amazing shop and people. COULD NOT have broken down in a more opportune spot.Thanks Tage and Johny!!!

My daughter needed a door handle replaced on her truck. Upon a miscommunication at home I took her truck to Kett's, with the understanding that they knew it was coming and for what reason. I dropped it off, informed them why it was there and went to work. Well throughout the day I kept waiting for a call stating it was done. I didn't get one....long story short, I figured out I had taken it to the wrong shop! When my daughter went to get her truck to take it to the correct shop, she called and told me that Kett's had FIXED IT!!!!! When she explained to them the mix up they only charged her half the cost!!! How awesome is that!? I went back the following day to pay the full price, being it was my fault for the mix up and I believe a man should get full pay for his time, but they wouldn't accept it. Very kind and generous, I think.

Had the same experience as the other review. Compete waste of time and money. Take your car to a REAL SHOP. This place will fix nothing but electrical which they wont tell you tell they have already racked up your bill. Had my Buick a week didn't call me once. Really don't see how they stay in business. Will never do business with them again and nobody else should either.

Worst auto experience of my life. Gave them a second chance after a bad first experience and they still kicked me around. They fixed nothing, broke two more things, one of which they told me was my responsibility to fix, and told me "absolutely not" when i asked for a partial refund on my $176 which i spent on info they had already given me on my first visit. Do not go here. They will find some way to rob you, i promise.

They were able to get my vehicle in the same day and do some critical repairs in about two hours for very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

These guys have helped me with two different electrical problems. I believe that their skills have saved me lots of money. They diagnose and repair problems instead of insisting on replacements. I appreciate that. Oh and friendly service.
