I went in for an alignment after having a bunch of front end work done. After about 15 minutes they told me they couldn't do an alignment because there were still things wrong with my front end. They produced a list of things they found wrong, and then handed me an invoice for $46.00, telling me it was an inspection fee. I was stunned. I've been told before that I can't get an alignment because things weren't 100 pct perfect, but Ive never been charged for it! Some of what they pointed out was correct, and some was wrong, and some I knew about already. Then they told me if I got all that fixed, they would take the $46 off the alignment cost, a trick to get me to return. I will never return. I am appalled. In my opinion this was gouging somebody who is obviously already struggling to get by. For a faith based business, I was very disappointed. Update...they said they tried to reach out to be after this review, but I never got a text, call, or email, and yes, I checked my SPAM folder.

I m in town visiting my daughter s in grad school and had a tire going flat. I m so happy I chose this place. Eric and Nicole took such great care of me. I was pretty spun up because I m driving home soon and they got me in and out quickly. No drama, no up selling or any other B.S.Highly recommend these folks, they are great and show the true spirit of Laramie.

I walked in from an accident and needed to drive to the other side of the country. They listened and made sure to cover everything and help the best they could. They go me seen and out in just a few hours, thanks so much for your help fat boys.

This was my first experience with Fat Boy Tires, and I was very impressed! I spoke to Eric & Mitch on the phone, and both were polite and professional. When I was there in person, I spoke with Mitch, and he was still very polite. Some auto shops can treat women poorly, but this was not the case here. I purchased tires from Fat Boys, and they also mounted them. My knowledge of tires is very little, so it was nice to be around kind people that could help. The gentleman that helped me after my car was ready, was also very nice/professional. Highly recommend this company!

From Utah On my way east on I-80 to KS when a problem arose with my old Mazda 5. Got to Laramie and pulled into Fat Boys. They got it right in, and 15 minute later was on my way. Amazing service - thanks to Eric. Made my day for sure. A big thank you. Will be back when in the area.

I didn t have to funds for new tires. I needed a pair in a pinch and they were able to work with me to put some tread back on the rear of my car. Thanks Fat Boys

Staff was friendly and helpful. Willing to work on tire replacement options . Were relatively quick and affordable. They really went the extra mile to accommodate me and find replacement tire due to a blowout.

I walked in to get new tires on my pickup, they were very busy and I was happy to wait. However, they squeezed me in so my baby and I could get back home - even over their lunch break.There was also a woman that came in asking for help with a plastic piece that came loose beneath her car while on a road trip. The office guys stopped what they were doing, got it secured and got her back on the road free of charge.Fast, priced fair, outstanding service. Can t say enough good things!

Had 4 tires replaced on my BMW X3. Tires were correctly installed (directional), balanced well, wheel lugs were correct tightness, air pressures set, valve caps replaced. They couldn't do my alignment but at least they were honest about their capabilities instead of simply doing it incorrectly. Couldn't ask for much more.

I had a flat tire in the area of fat boys they were highly recommended from AAA they took my tire off patched it put it back on swap the spare out put the spare back underneath the truck and checked all the tire pressure gave me a free cap and they were very pleasant and polite.

Great customer service experience! They repaired my tire (that the big box in town said was unrepairable), saving me several hundred dollars. Had me back on the road in an hour. Friendly, courteous staff. Will definitely go back when it's time for a new set.

Extremely helpful and quick service to get us back on the highway after the oil light came on. They went out of their way to make sure we were safe to get back on the road and only charged minimally. Excellent customer service from Cody.

Excellent, fast service! We were on a family road trip and had a bad tire. We stopped by right before closing time and they had the tire changed and we were back on the road within 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced too!

Cody and team do phenominal things. I had a warranty issue with a set of tires and they took care of all the paper work. All I had to do is sign my name to finish it. They provide amazing service and stand behind the products they sell. They also don't use high pressure sales tatics, they just lay the info out they have, the options and their suggestions and let the customer decide for themselves. They genuinely care about what they do and ensuring the customer is satisfied. I've been a customer of theirs for 5 years and don't intend on stopping anytime soon.

I needed my flat tire fixed ASAP and this was the first place I saw. I am very grateful it was as everybody at Fat Boys was friendly and helpful. My vehicle was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Fat Boys for your excellent service!

I called and asked if I could get an oil change and Cody said he would personally take care of it right away. I was in and out within 45 minutes for an oil change and air filter for a very reasonable price.If you're looking for a quality job at a great pace Fat boys will take care of you.

Thank you SO MUCH to Fat Boys Tire & Auto!! We got a flat tire on the way from Midway, Utah back to Denver. We called multiple, probably 10-15, tire places between Rawlins and Larimie and Fat Boys was the only place that had a tire close to what we needed. Not only that, but they put the tire on efficiently and had us back on the road in probably 25 mins. Eric was so nice! Highly recommend them for their efficient service and their wonderful customer service.

This place saved our you know what. Was driving to visit family for Thanksgiving and needed new tires last minute. They got us fixed up quick and for a good price. Very friendly and helpful. The manager even stayed late after close to give me back my credit card that I forgot there. Thank you Fat Boys!

Usually when you go into tire shops the staff is rude. I'm not sure if it's a tire shop cultural thing or what. Fat Boys has great and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely buy tires from them again. They did a great job and called me when it was done.

As tourists passing through Laramie, we found ourselves in the awful predicament of having a flat tire. We tried one tire shop right off the highway and were greeted with less than an enthusiatic attitude. We then stopped in to the Fat Boys Tire and Auto shop and were assisted immediately. The technicians seemed genuinely happy to help us quickly and efficiently. We won't be able to do business there in the future, but hope by writing this review, that someone else may be able to. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and happy to get back on our way. Thanks!

Went in for some snow chains to be put on and they informed of our bad tires. Not only did they do everything cheaper than anywhere around, they exceeded our expectations with downright brotherly love. They took care of us like we were a part of the family. Never went here before, should have used them all along. You guys are the true meaning behind the 5 star rating! Keep it up, you made us believers and will continue through others.

These guys are great. Suburban didn t start. First, they delivered me a battery (free of charge). Didn t start after I changed it. Had it towed in; they replaced the corroded relay. I drove it home. Next day didn t start again. They were out within a half hour; determined it was the starter. They drove it to the shop, and gave me a discount on labor to boot. I appreciate their effort and their honesty. I ve already recommended them to several people.

I'm from out of town. Family friend recommended I come here when I had a tire that kept losing air. I walked in with no appointment and they had me in and out in less than an hour and were extremely pleasant. Patched my tire, showed me the screw that was in my tire causing the problem and were extremely reasonably priced. Tony and his crew are great!
