I heard great things about grant and all the others at Asay customs. They were all 1000% correct. Absolutely amazing. Honest and caring. These people will be my go to shop from now on. If you need anything done I highly recommend!!! Thank you so much!!Update 4/15/24 - second visit today. Absolutely the best shop in town!!! These guys are so amazing. 1000% recommend to everyone. I will be bringing my vehicles here for everything from now on. I needed my breaks done on my company vehicle and was a little nervous because we needed to go out of town in 3 days and the teamAt Asay Customs had my car done by the next day! They were so fast and honest! I would rather pay good money for good service! That s what you get here!

I am from Denver, and when I broke down in Wyoming no shops in Laramie would even look at my car. Grant with Asay made time to get my car in and give us an honest price and diagnosis. They helped us find a reliable tow service, and helped us find a way back to Denver. While they didn t work on my car, the diagnosis they came back with matches exactly with my trusted service center here in Denver. They helped us when no one else would and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Laramie area!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Grant and his team are amazing here! They're always on top of everything and are eager to meet your needs. The employees are rather knowledgeable and take pride in what they do. The lead mechanic here is absolutely wonderful and definitely knows what he's doing! If you need a reliable mechanic or need electrical or body work done, this is the place to go!

Wow this place, where to start This place was the BEST car repair experience iv ever had! Short story is, traveling across country with family. Needed fuel pump replaced. Called everyone else in town, no one would help me. The guy in office (Jason/Justin?) don t remember, he has the best customer service attitude ever, worked with my extended warranty company for over a half hour and went WAY above and beyond what he needed to do. THEN, tells me he will do his best to work me into his busy schedule the very next day. He knew I was only going to be there one day and that my family would have know where to go while they had car. I fully planned on us all sitting at park all day waiting, but nope! He had it done and ready by noon! And perfect work.Now I m not saying this place will always be able to work you right in at anytime. But just a story of their character and how they treat there customers. And there Napa certified with certified mechanics, and even the mechanics themselves are also extremely nice and customer oriented. I got a chance to talk to one of them as well just all in all incredibly impressed with everything about this place and so thankful they were able to do what they did to get me back on the road without having to stay in a hotel for a week.

My wife was on her way from Colorado to Idaho when our 2001 Nissan Frontier wouldn't start after stopping for gas in Laramie. She had it towed and looked at by another shop which diagnosed a broken timing belt. They gave her an engine repair estimate of thousands of dollars, quoted the cost of a replacement engine, and then offered $300 to buy the truck from her. We were concerned the old truck might be a loss, not worth the expensive repairs. Being out of state and passing through, we were also concerned of getting scammed.A friend in Laramie recommended Grant at Asay Customs and we had it towed there for a second opinion. Grant confirmed it was the timing belt and reassured us there is a good chance for no further engine damage and it might just need a new timing belt. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and took the time to explain every step in the repair process and costs involved.A couple of weeks later, since we had to wait for a timing belt tensioner spring to arrive on special order, we were able to pick up the truck and drive it back to Colorado. It only required a new timing belt kit and cost us a fraction of the initial repair estimates by the other guys. I can't say enough good things about Grant, he saved our day, and we HIGHLY recommend him.Service: Engine repair

My husband was on his way from Washington to Texas and his car died in Laramie. Grant was recommended by the clerk at O Reillys auth parts. It was late in the day and they agreed to take a look at the car first thing the next morning. The mechanic found the problem and did the needed service. Had an engine misfire on my way to Missouri from Idaho. Went to couple of shops at laramie and ended up here. Glad I ended up to their shop. Help me fixed my car. They're very nice people. Honest. Had my car fixed and now I'm on my way again to missouri. Would gladly recommend anyone to go to their shop and get car fixed.

My father is a mechanic. I never let anybody touch my vehicles besides him. Now that we live in Laramie and don't have ready access to my father's services, we went to several shops around town to see who we could trust. We were so impressed with Grant at Asay Customs that we could find no reason not to give him our business. We were so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, ability to communicate in lay terms, speed of service, and quality of work, EVEN FOR MINOR REPAIRS!! Even my father was impressed! Call Grant. You will not be disappointed.

This is the cheapest place in town to get an automotive repair or really anything related to that. Grant is very good at giving good, reasonable prices as well as giving his honest opinion on your vehicle. I had him look at my car after some minor damage occurred. When he finished viewing it he told me about the things he saw, but said he wouldn t make any sort of repairs if it were his vehicle. That was very helpful for my bare minimum college budget! I will always trust him with any advice he has on my car.

I had my 1974 Corvette tower over at Asay Customs for an issue on (not running), a fan belt squeal, and a stuck passenger door. Grant and Aaron did a great job getting the Vette running smoothly. Fixed the fan belt issue that had stumped three previous shops. They also managed to get the door open that had been stuck for 2 months. Great job. We were traveling down 80 and thought fuel filter went out. This was the ONLY place that would helps us! They checked it out and was fine. The employees were so dang friendly and helpful!!!! I suggest everyone go here!!!!!

I took my Suburban in for what I thought was a squeaky belt. Grant got looking and found that my water pump was bad. My appointment was for 3pm. He got the part, put it in and had our suburban done and back to us by 5:30pm the same day. Fixed the problem. Grant is reasonably priced and works fast. I recommend him and will go back for all my mechanic needs. Thanks Grant!

When we brought in our '96 Suburban we were anticipating a large repair with a hefty cost. Grant ran tests and found that it did not need what we initially thought and was honest and did not make the costly repair. Nice to know there is an honest auto mechanic in Laramie. Will be going to his shop for all future auto work!

Im mechanically inclined. I've done oil changes on all my family's cars, changed suspensions, replaced oil pans etc. My head gasket went, and I didn't have the tools or time for this job. Grant at Asay did this quick and well. I haven't had any problems with it. Grants a professional guy, and will give you an estimate with parts and prices beforehand.Service: Engine repair

Was on my way out of town and happened to come across Asay Customs when my car was giving me problems. Very thankful for their friendly service. Unlike dealerships, they're not looking to push unnecessary services or goods on you. Fair pricing as well!

I like going to Asay customs! It's great, the service is fast, and the service prices are reasonable. I was going to go a place in Colorado, and they were going to charge me 3x times the price, so I went here instead per a friend's request. I was traveling and my ac pump went out out of 25 places I called this was the only place that got me in the same day all others said 3 weeks out.
