Customer service was phenomenal! I had a bit of difficulty using a Wex card and Eddie was very patient and helpful from helping me pick out wiper blades to putting them on my truck!

Amazing staff! I went in today needing to replace my car battery before some extreme cold weather hits later this week, and was immediately helped by Andy. He not only went into the back to find the last battery (their stock mistakenly said they were out), but he swapped the batteries for me right outside the store (even taking the old one to be recycled). During this, he identified that the securing bolt that held the battery bracket in place was the wrong size (thus not securing the old battery properly), and replaced that for me as well! I was in and out in under 15 minutes and in better shape than when I had arrived! Huge thanks to Andy for all of his help!!!

The lady that is a manager at Advanced Auto Parts is a true leader. She was very helpful. She addresses customer wants and needs in a very professional way. She assisted me with picking the right battery, and she installed the battery for me. She also gave me very good pointers on fluids and gave me tips on how to maintain vehicle performance. She addressed my needs and concerns very professionally. I would highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts just because of her expertise. Bravo!!!!!

This used to be my auto parts go to store but not anymore. Went in last week for small grease cartridges, and brake cleaner and none on the shelves. Finally decided to get a quart of oil yesterday before my Perk Points expired and waited in line while the checker sold a battery and then went to install it while the rest of his customers stood in line.4 people working at the counters and no one wanting to help customers waiting. Keep your Perk Points, not worth waiting for who knows how long for a quart of oil. O'Reilly's is closer and have people who know what they are doing.Former Elite customer

Go in for a loaner 36 mm the guy says he doesn't believe they have them so on my way to just buy one looking online internet slow get up to register and proceed to ask him again if they don't have a loaner or a loaner sheet showing all loaner tools he says no my phone loads after I've paid and I show him picture of sockets I need loaned and I get I've only been here a week terrible service I get moved to back of line and this guy has no clue how to get ppl checked out spent another 45 min I. Line terrible don't go here I wish I drove to O'Reilly

Not helpful and Rude.We bought a battery for my son who is attending school in Laramie. Since he is far away from us, we bought the battery from Advance so they can install the battery, like they advertise they do. Not the case at this store. the counter person was rude and said he did not have the time. I understand being busy, but not rude. My son ended up borrowing tools to he could swap out the battery.Perhaps that person was having a bad day, However, there is no need to spread the misery. This is poor choice for a point person, We have 5 Cars and I work on all them myself. Is this how Advance Auto treats loyal customers? O'Reilly's here we come.

They order a filter for me and they sent the wrong one that I waited for 3 days then they said they ordered the right one and the delivery truck never came so I waited 4 days for nothing ,so they told me they found one at another store when I want to the store when was surprised to be their they said nobody had order anything ,so u wasn't to happy with the service I got .

One of the best advance stores I been to. They were awesome, kind, and patient people to work with. My car was having starting issues, the guy working came out to look at it and checked a few things. from there they recommend going to Highland Automotive, which was also a great place with helpful employees. I needed some parts that were not in store, but they got them next day! Awesome because being without a car in the winter here is not ok..

I called asked if they had the parts, they did, they held it at the counter for me until I arrived; when I arrived they recognized my voice and promptly checked me out. The part was 74-76 mm. 17 fluted socket adapter wrench so not a simple thing, I was beyond impressed... this was also on Halloween eve.

Nina was absolutely amazing at helping me find everything I needed and giving great advice. I m not mechanically inclined, but I was able to fix my hemi engine with the resources she provided so I could safely finish my move to Iowa. I was on a budget and really couldn t afford labor costs at a garage. She was also incredibly kind to my 4-year-old son who was traveling with me. She knows her stuff, and she s worth twice her weight in gold!

I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I needed help with a few things on my car and a man by the name of Erik Runnberg greeted me the minute I walked in and took pleasure in helping me. Employees like Erik define a business in a very positive way and people like him make the world go around. I definitely recommend this place!

They have it all. Parts, Friendly service, advice when its needed, easy returns, and great recommendations for people (I was referred to Johnny at Kett's Auto Electric) who will really help you out. I've used them several times in the past few months and I'm going to them exclusively from now on for anything I can do - and for recommendations to mechanics in town who can do what I can't.

In the past I've been happy with Advanced Auto Parts, however this visit I was looking for ball for my truck and they were unhelpful in coming up with a solution or provide any tools to get me going. I ended up going to O'riley who had tools and got me going. Next time I'm in Laramie I'll most likely give them another shot, however this visit wasn't the best

I went to return something and ask for my $$ back. He said all he could do was exchange it. Why would I want more of the same junk that didn't work! Even the product had a label with a warranty saying: "If you are not completely satisfied with this product simply return it to place of purchase for your $$ back" but they would still not honor it, even after I pointed this out. This was the manager that said this! Earlier a regular employee said that since I had only used 4 ounces I should have used 8, so at that point he cited this as the reason for not refunding, however the proper amount was 4 ounces, he was just too retarded to realize that!

Management needs to review their return policy and be more competitive with online retailers. As a student I don't have the money and resources to sink money into parts I didn't need. I'll think I'll stick to Amazon next time.

So grateful for Wyatt at Advanced Auto Parts! He offered his own time and tools to help me replace my license plate. My last plate, along with the mounting, was stolen and he knew just how to help. I have never had better service!

I went to advanced auto tonight in Laramie WY to get a battery pulled out and a new one put in. The young man named Daniel helped me. The battery was old and rusted. It took Daniel an hour and a half to get that old nasty thing out. He never complained (and it was cold outside) and never gave up. I don't know what I would have done without his great service. I am beyond grateful to him and advanced auto for getting my truck back on the road!+

Needed an engine air filter, which they had on the shelf for $12, great.Also needed a cabin air filter. Part wasn't in stock, so they looked if they could order it. Two different generic parts for $14 couldn't be ordered for some reason, we went down the list until there was finally a part they could order (a premium activated carbon air filter for $28), shipping was another $6 and with sales tax it came to about $36. No thanks, I went home and got it at Amazon for $14 all in. Why charge shipping to ship it to the store where I have to go to pick it up?

Wyatt at the Laramie Advance Auto Parts went above and beyond to help us out with our car today. He was very patient, understanding and willing to problem solve until fixing an issue with our car that took hours. We HIGHLY recommend visiting Advanced Auto Parts and working with Wyatt!

Terrible customer service. It always takes me like 15 minutes to buy anything right off the shelf. Employees will just stand around or will be chit chatting with customers instead of running a damn cash register. There are plenty of other players in town and no reason to give these guys any business.

Very poor customer service. When picking up some tail lights for my car today they only had the more expensive option. The lady started chewing us out saying it would cost more in gas to go somewhere else - the price difference was $5, it doesn't cost $5 to drive across Laramie and her attitude has sent me to anywhere else for car parts

I broke down in Laramie on my way from Nebraska to Washington. I thought I'd be stranded for days since it was a late Saturday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. But Keith at Advanced Auto Parts went above and beyond in helping me out. He diagnosed a faulty alternator that I just had replaced a few days prior, and ordered the part for me immediately (which was free since it was a Carquest part). He then called all around town and the surrounding area until he found the nearest mechanic open in Fort Collins. Since I had to stay the night in Laramie, he charged my battery that afternoon, AND the next morning so I'd make it to Fort Collins. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman--incredibly kind, helpful, and generous. It's all thanks to him that I made it to my destination on time!
