After all day and HUNDREDS OF MILES on what must be the most deserted road in America.. I ended up in this town with a flat tire on my trailer in the middle of the night. When they opened in the morning they told me.. my tire was so old that nobody uses the size anymore and they are going to be impossible to find.. of course! They went out of their way to find me a set (2) of used tires that would fit on the rims I had. They are not exact but; they are perfect and I'm blessed and grateful to know I won't be stuck on the side of the road somewhere in the middle of nowhere. 2 used tires cost me half of what 1 new tire would have.. so it didn't break my wallet to have to get it done! Thank u for putting us back on the road!Service: Tires

We thought we had a busted radiator hose after stopping in Lander for gas on our trip to Denver from Jackson Hole. The cab filled up with smoke and we found neon green fluid leaking. We called X-Pert Auto from the gas station in town and they told us to come down to their shop. Brant came right outside and checked things out. Much to our relief he found it was a leaking AC hose and told us we were good to finish our drive to Denver. Thanks Brant for helping us out on the fly.PS: There s a NAPA across the street from X-Pert Auto so if you do need a repair they are well equipped to help you out.

He checked our car and said the part we needed was a specialty item from Toyota. Then recommended we go there because it would be faster. Didn't charge us anything for his time!

Our vehicle broke down and we were able to drive just far enough to get to Lander where we went to a different location first but they were booked for weeks. They recommended we go here to X-Pert Automotive Center. So we were able to get our car to them, and they were so friendly. They gave us lots of recommendations and helped us find a place to stay and offered us a ride to our location. They went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for their service and kindness.

These guys are busy! There nice and courteous. I'm a Native, Arapaho & sometimes you can tell ppl don't want to serve you. That wasn't the case here, excellent Service! Great tire's!!!!

Went here on a recommendation.The owner seemed inconvenienced by stopping to help me. When I picked my car up the desk help couldn t explain what still needed to be done to my car-which isn t a problem for me. But, the owner wouldn t come out and explain, instead relayed that I should come back another time.My car was parked behind others, when I asked them to move the cars so I could get mine the desk help told me the owner isn t going to like this .Engine light was still on and owner had to come out after all to determine the problem, a misfiring cylinder. He seemed like I was a significant hassle.To lighten his work load I ll find someone else.

Always excellent service, been using them for 15 years, probably the busiest repair shop in Lander for a reason. Alot times they're booked weeks out so when people complain about showing up at 4:30 pm and expect immediate service when other people have actual appointments, it's uncalled for.

Brant and his team have always done a top notch job on all the service and repair jobs that have been done on my cars. I have been a customer for a number of years and rely on his judgment and skill for all of my cars.

Terrible customer service. 430 on a Friday Im just passing through and get a flat tire , they would not help because they were closing, I asked them what time they close, they said 5. I said that's a half hour away, they said they already put every up and are ready to go.HAPPY HOUR I assume, and way to run a business

Call got in got a tire fix that was going flat it's going flat check to make sure it was even fixable it was but I thought they would at least have the professional decency to tell me what was wrong with it why it was going flat and they didn't
