I was so happy to meet one of the staff employees at O Reilly and thank you so much for measuring the vehicles windows and checking it for accuracy for a good fit on my new sun visors for front and back windows of my parents truck thank you for honoring my family and helping me also assisting with showing me how to apply the sun visors you are a really great gentleman and have great knowledge in the O Reilly service and parts. Thanks Diamon

Went in for some new rv batteries and a head light. Hunter, one of the associates, was super helpful, took extra time time to check the battery life, then checked the life of the new ones. He d been there since 7am, was still friendly at 6pm. Josh, the manager, carried the batteries out for me then insisted on installing my headlight. Thanks guys

Hunter and Josh were unbelievably helpful! My battery was dead dead and needed replaced Josh drove to my car and replaced it when he certainly didn t have to. Can t express my gratitude enough for getting us home to Casper! Great work Lander!

Our van broke down in Lander on a climbing trip and Kodie helped us assess what we needed, ordered the parts that weren t in stock right away, and recommended a mechanic who was able to come help us install the things we needed within 20 mins.

Clint was super helpful. His boss, the assistant manager made rude comments about him being helping saying "we're not mechanics" because he was outside doing electrical testing (which is a free service offered). 5 stars for Clint and none for the assistant manager. She made me uncomfortable with her comments

The gentlemen who work here are fantastic!Truck needed new bleeder screws and these guys not only had the parts ready but understood my situation and helped me out on the spot! Knowledgeable car guys, 10/10 would recommend these guys

After being turned away (in a very rude manner) at the only service center I could find that would admit to having a Subaru compatible diagnostic tool (X-Pert, don t go there), I came here out of desperation. I didn t even know if they had diagnostic tools, but I was out of options, and it doesn t hurt to ask. Thankfully, they did. The very polite gentleman who helped me easily diagnosed the problem in just three minutes! Very expedient service! Based on this information, I was able to make an informed decision as to whether I should limp it home or have my husband drive the 6 hours, 387 miles, to come tow me home with his truck. Thank you, kind sir! May the universe be kind to you in return!

The staff is super helpful. They try and do everything they can to help to the best of their ability. I would recommend the first stop for auto parts in lander!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to look at my vehicle, and let me know exactly what I did and didnt need, and for items that had to be ordered, items were received in a timely manner.

I had my battery checked as it was dead daily.great service, installed new battery, then checked alternator which turned out to be bad. Gave me excellent advice of possible repair solutions. Great service!!

Expensive and take profit from travellers. I bought 2 feet of Fuel filling hose (Diameter 2") and charge me almost 70 USD! I would not recommend to go to this place if you are not local.

Nothing fancy, it s a decent auto parts place. Kenneth is pretty quick to figure out weird requests like trailer bearings. Competitive with most online parts places

It's a good thing o'reilly is there I threw a serpentine belt on a car at the end of 17mile road and coasted the 8 miles to Lander and fixed the car to get back on the road
