We lost our engine on the way to a camping trip and we're stranded 30 miles outside Lander. AAA connected us to Mountain West Towing and we're glad they did. Mountain West came out to help me out of the snow. Got me towed to a road that had been plowed. Even helped me shovel a little bit. Would recommend.

Andy was so helpful! We lost our transmission in Riverton and needed to get to Lander. He arrived quickly, helped us figure out how to handle our stressed out dog, and gave us lots of recommendations in town once we got here. Very kind, professional, and all around good guy.

We had an accident over the weekend. The amazing winds of South Pass blew our trailer over. Andrew came out promptly to get us flipped back up. We were able to pull it halfway to lander before the tongue of the trailer broke.He came back out and helped for free. And is allowing us to store it until we can get someone out to fix it. He is very amazing and we appreciate him.

If I could give Andy 6+ stars, I would: he went out of his way to make my experience incredibly pleasurable. He was fast, reliable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend his towing service to anyone in need - you won t be disappointed.

My car died in a really remote part of Wyoming. I called Mountain West towing and Andy was able to figure out where I was and came right away. Not only did he help me get my car off the road that night but he helped me load it onto a trailer so that I could drive it five hours back home. I am so thankful for this company and recommend it to anyone who needs a tow in Central Wyoming.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Terrible experience. This man is beyond unprofessional, and inconsiderate upon the death of a family member of mine. Held possessions that were in the vehicle after being notified we had to leave town an needed the legal paperwork that was in the vehicle. He was friends with my families ex, and again was rude to us, cussed at my family, and hung up in the middle of a conversation. Truly pathetic.Service: Car towing

It was Labor Day and my Camper Van broke down 40 miles from town. Working with my Roadside Assistance, and determining where I was, he came quickly. It was a bit challenging to get the RV on the bed, but he knew all the tricks. I highly recommend Mountain View. We were stranded off the highway when our tow vehicle broke down with our trailer. Andy came out right away when we called. He got our truck and trailer towed off right away to where we needed for repairs to be done. We had car trouble on 287 about 30 miles out of Landers. Andy was able to tow our truck and 22 foot trailer to the Chevrolet dealership in riverton wy about 50 miles. He was able to get us to the dealership before it closed and helped us store our trailer

This Guy is very mean & not customer service worthy at all he s rude he s not a great guy at all he was extremely rude to us This guy says his company is 24 seven always open but when we call him he s completely rude and then demands to know which one of us called him this morning. I sure didn t appreciate the way he treated me or my fianc� when we didn t do anything wrong to him because his website says it is 24 seven always open and if he has a problem with it then he needs to change his hours and his attitude. We complied with everything he said and we did exactly as he wanted us to do because my fianc� s medication was in the car and her bank account cards her ID and everything was in the car. In the end this guy is not a good person at all.
