I bought a new vehicle from these people in April, 2023. It took 10 months prior to that to arrive. I was told one price when I put my deposit down, and then the price changed after the car finally arrived. My salesperson said he "forgot " to tell me that before the car arrived. After I told them I would go to another dealer for a better price, they "matched" the other dealer PLUS $1.00!!How petty can you get? I did not want to wait another 10 months for another car; so I felt forced into their deal. Even after I showed them a copy of the email with the original deal, the sales manager would not honor it. With me, honesty and keeping your word is number one. If you like dealing with people that do not keep their word and forget what they tell you, then you will love these guys.

I needed a new battery during the recent very cold weather. I had only my one car and needed it to get to work the next morning in Riverton. The Fremont Toyota folks not only came to me with their car jumper device and got the car started, but then replaced the battery for me immediately and I was able to drive it home less than an hour latter.Thanks Seth and crew ... you really saved the day for me!!

This is a tale that starts back in the beginning of March 2021. My wife and I finally decided that it was time that we bought our first new vehicle and started looking for one. We decided on the 4Runner because it's lack of total computer control, reliability, resale, ease of maintenance, and 3rd row option. We live in West Yellowstone and need something that is capable as well as reliable. It's a 2 hour drive to anything of importance and we get a heck of a lot of snow in the winter.We knew what build options we wanted and were on the hunt. The Lander location just happened to have one on the lot that met the requirements and so we made an inquiry and found ourselves talking with Josh Applegate. We talked about pricing but due to the 5 hour one way drive, we drifted toward a closer dealer. This closer dealer ended up being horribly pushy and every time that we talked to them, it was a different person with a different story... Despite ALL of this, Josh kept in touch with us. After a long and painful process of getting our deposit back from this terrible dealer, Josh found us a vehicle that met every requirement, plus a few extras and a deal was struck. The vehicle just wouldn't be making it into the US for awhile.I used to work for a GM dealer in Texas and I knew all about just how a lot of sales people can be only interested in the hook and sale. Not at all with Josh. He went the extra mile all the way to delivery. Regular updates, answering random questions(even on his off days!), being 100% accurate with all of the numbers, pictures of the 4Runner's arrival at the dealer, installation of our asked for wheels and tires, and even pictures of it sitting in the showroom waiting for us to get there.Getting a ride that distance was a bit of a pain but totally worth the road trip! Going over numbers, paperwork, sales spiff items... It was all smooth, well thought out, and no hassle at all. If I find myself back in Lander, drinks are on me guys. Hats off to Cheyne in finance, Corky the sales manager, and Josh most of all for seeing us through from phone call to delivery!

Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful but you can be assured that the team at Fremont Motors Toyota will make the process as stress free as possible. They do not play games and are truly there to get you the best possible deal. While all dealerships/manufacturers are still recovering from supply chain issues the team at Fremont Toyota constantly kept us updated with our vehicle order and did not rest until they were able to deliver the exact vehicle we requested. Our sales person Chad spent plenty of time making sure we were comfortable with every feature and switch on our new Hybrid Tundra before we left the dealership. Another huge relief came from the sales manager Mark. He had all of our paperwork in order so that the day we arrived to purchase our vehicle we were able to complete the paperwork in less than thirty minutes. Considering we are from out of town this was huge and allowed us to get on the road earlier than expected.This is without a doubt the most enjoyable and stress free vehicle buying experiences we have ever had. I had a transfer case seal that needed replaced. They were great about getting a new seal. They got me scheduled with a time that worked for me. Seal was replaced, leak now gone. Happy with the outcome and all staff was great during the visit.

My girlfriend and I bought our truck from Tyson about a month ago and are loving it. I have heard back from him multiple times making sure we are happy with the vehicle he got us into and if there is anything they can do for us to let him know. Will definitely be returning, and working with him again.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is how a dealership should be. The most amazing customer care you will ever deal with. I had a death in my family and raced home from work. Mechanic light came on the dash. I scheduled my appointment for 10 days from now, but asked if they could just run their scan tool. This afternoon they called and have me back on the road the same day. With all that is going on and them being booked, they got me going again the same day. This is truly the #1 place to go for service and deals. Special thanks to David. You guys don't know how much you helped me out.

I went in with a couple questions about my Prius. Kyle LaTorre helped me out. Turns out that since my Prius is an older model, finding the answers took some digging. Frankly I would have said Oh well! And given up but, Kyle was On it!! and he didn t give up. That is Great Service! I wish every business I went into provided service like that! Thanks Kyle!

Great dealership. There's no pushy salespersons, and my purchase of a brand new 2022 Tacoma went more smoothly than with any other dealer I've dealt with. In the midst of a pandemic, when other dealers refused to order what I wanted, these guys got the job done, and done right.Just to give you an idea, I came all the way from Denver to buy my truck here. There were no surprises and it was just a good quality dealership from start to finish.Shout out to Corky, Chad, and Chayne for taking good care of me!

I recently moved to Lander WY and needed to get an oil change. I cannot express how amazing the staff are at the Toyota dealership. Shelbie took care of me and my car got the glove treatment. They showed me that I needed new tires (many bald spots) and I got 3 options of the best tires. I must say the staff truly care about the safety of their customers - because even with limited staff, I was able to have new tires installed the next day! Thank you to Bob, Seth and Shelbie for a top quality experience.

Fremont Toyota Lander is easily one of the best car experiences I ve ever had. I worked with Dylan Puroll for my car and Sean Hughes in financing. I ll tell you what those two gentleman made the experience of buying relaxing and no sales pressure at all. Very knowledgeable, prompt and got the job done in under an hour.There are very few honest mom and pop business left today but Fremont Toyota Lander is first class and I absolutely will not hesitate down the road to buy a car from them the next time I m buying a Toyota.

Kyle in sales was excellent to work with in sales when we recently purchased a new Prius. He kept in touch with us when the vehicle was in transit and ensured we were able to get the model we wanted. He was knowledgeable and pleasant and there were no curve balls. We feel that we got a fair deal and know he will be available when questions or concerns arise. Overall we had a good experience at Fremont Toyota and Kyle deserves the credit for this favorable review.

I bought a 4Runner last year from Chad but didn t realize it was missing the luggage rack cross bars. I finally ordered them, and Chad happily installed them for me today. He took time out of his sales schedule to help a past customer and it is very much appreciated!

Fremont Toyota is the only place I will get my car worked on! Not only are they personable and friendly they also are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand the root of the problem. These folks are amazing! We were on our way home to Texas when we pulled in with issues with our Tundra. Sadie in Service and Dave the Toyota Tech took us under their wing and diagnosed then fixed our problem. We were treated great. One of the bed Toyota dealerships I ever used. Thank you so much
