I have been a customer of Fremont Motors Dodge Ram Jeep since 2007 They have always provided excellent service, and care for their customers, they will go the extra mile to make their customers happy, from the sales to service department and even beyond. Great folks to work with!

The service department here is very thorough in making sure that your vehicle is up to par. While they do give you recommendations on what they think your vehicle needs based on mileage or where in tear, they do not push just to make a sale. It is very reassuring And a breath of fresh air. They are still so professional and honest they seem to actually care about their customers and not just how much money they can bring in to the dealership I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends or family heck even enemies as their service is phenomenal

Fremont motors is refreshingly an honest dealership. I have nothing but the highest respect for their team of professional people. Jason Hayes the manager is very considerate and willing to work with the customer in honesty and polite manner. The sales lady named Michelle will cheerfully assist you and is known to come in on her day off to accommodate the customer.Well done! Thanks to all.

Todd, Larry and the entire team at Fremont are incredible people. Was passing through town on the way to a funeral. Woke up to my truck not starting. They were kind and very sympathetic to our situation. They made time to get us right in, diagnosis the issue and get us right back on the road. Thank you from all of our family. Top notch! Will use again for sure!

Was visiting from out of town and had an engine light and our air suspension light come on. Dealership was able to get me into service the next day before we departed. They were able to get everything fixed quickly and I was able to drive home with confidence. Big thank you to the service department for getting me back on the road without any worries!

They worked with us getting us the vehicle we needed. Michelle was awesome to work with, 5 Stars for her!2 week update- had the first snow of the season, attempted to put it in 4wd. Light just flashes and doesn t shift. Stopped in to make sure it wasn t something I did, was told to come back in the morning as everyone went home already. Was also told that it s probably cold (Rams not meant for the cold?).Made arrangements to stop in with the truck to have it looked at. Was told they couldn t get it in until next week. I get it, they re busy but don t tell me to come back in the morning to look at it and then tell me come back in a week without even looking at it after taking time off from work.This is my first and last Ram/Dodge I will ever buy, always been a Chevrolet person. I should ve made the 10 hour trip to go back to my dealer but I ve been a shop local person and decided to give them the benefit.

I purchased my vehicle from the dealership and when it was time for my first oil change it was SO easy to schedule! They got me in quickly and then when they heard how busy my day was Todd and Claw both helped with pick up and delivery service!!! I am so thankful that Todd helped me out so much today. Thanks!

I have to give a special shout out the the mechanics at Fremont Ford. Sean fixed a problem on my vehicle that 3 other shops were unsuccessful in doing so! Highly recommend, professional and experienced.

We've RV'd for over 3 yrs and serviced our 2500 RAM Diesel in at least 4 dealerships and the personnel at Fremont Motors Lander have been the best over all, they were the most courteous, best accuracy with estimates and really went the worked hard to get us the use of a loaner vehicle, very impressed.3/14/24 went in for scheduling service, Victor greeted and took my truck in on time, very courteous, Randy and Victor answered some other service related questions and the service was completed in a timely manner, vehicle was washed and Victor escorted me to the truck.

The Service Department employees are polite and courteous, the atmosphere is so friendly and comfortable while waiting for your vehicle. I am thankful they keep our vehicle running smooth! I recommend this place to all residents of Fremont County, for all your business or private vehicle's scheduled maintenance. Very professional service, thank you!

Randy the Service Manager was great. I set up an appointment a few days before and showed up at the dealer a hour and half early. No issue, Randy and his team got to work repairing my 2016 Ram 3500. The repairs made and I was back on the road heading home by 5:30 PM 70 miles away.Great experience to work with Fremont Motors, I was treated fair and respectful.

I recently had a routine service on my vehicle. All the Service Desk Technicians were courteous and professional. However, Todd Smith is the one who keeps me coming back. He genuinely cares about customers.

Best experience ever buying a car! We saw a Dodge Charger with the color and options being built and shipped to Fremont Dodge. Called and put a deposit on the car. Hai kept us informed through the 6 weeks of waiting for it to be completed and shipped. When it arrived we filled out the financial information online. Arrived the next day from Denver to pick it up, it only took a little over an hour to fill out and sign the paperwork to be able to take it home.5 stars to everyone we worked with.Hai for holding the car, constant communication and getting to know him through out the process.Terry, the Sales Manager, for making us feel like special customers. He was great with having the car prepared and ready when we arrived and for going over the car features.Chase in finance was quick with the paperwork and didn't try to sell you or pressure one into every single extra or extension available.By far the easiest and quickest purchase of a car without any frustration or wasted time. THANK YOU, we love the car!!!!!!

All of my experiences with Fremont Motors have been great. Friendly staff, great service and a good atmosphere. They are accommodating when you need a ride back to work after dropping off your car for service and they also pick you up. If you decide to stay and wait, they have a great lounge area with coffee, tea and water as well as WiFi. I would buy my next car from them again.

Ford picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off. It was also freshly washed. They were timely and communicated promptly when work was complete, as well as the status of each area. Having my vehicle retrieved and delivered was a huge help. I plan to utilize this option again.

Appointment was for 8am Monday but the truck didn't go into the shop for 45 min. Once they started working it only took about an hour to check the alignment, rotate the tires and update the computer. Work done was explained clearly.

One of the best places in the world I bought my car from them a few years ago love loved that vehicle so much they are outstanding and do everything in there power to make sure there costumers are happy. I was in a tough spot. My only transportation to work had broken down. Hai, Terry, and Chase worked hard and stayed after hours to get me on the road again. Highly recommended. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Took in our 21 Ram 3500 for warranty recall issues and all done in no time. We also get our oil changed here and enjoy the free car wash with it. Excellent service.
