Ww have bought a 2017 F150 from Fremont Sheridan in 2017, and were very pleased with their sale. However, we were less than satisfied with the delivery of our 2023 Ford Ranger Lariat on 7/25/2023, because our delivery was rushed and a deep scratch obviously from the factory (as the iconic silver paint within the scratch) was not disclosed to us or offered to repair it. We called and wrote to our salesperson, but our communications were unanswered. So, our first review (which now apparently has been deleted) was less than favorable, attesting to our experience. However, yesterday we received a call from Mike Alano, the General Mgr himself, apologizing for our experience and since we are 250 miles from Cody (and even 92 miles from Idaho Falls) offered us to find a body shop or painting shop near us to fix it and offered to pay for the cost. Thank you, Mike Alano. You have restored our faith in Fremont dealerships Customer Service.

Was working with the Casper dealership who worked hard to get me approved for a 2019 Dodge. Down payment made and paperwork ready to go. Had my buddy go to the lander dealership to look at it and test drive and he was told he had other people interested. When the dealership found out that he was looking at it for me Korbin Witt contacted me and the lander dealership was refusing to let the Casper dealership finish the sale. Will not do business with Lander dealership. So much for best interest for the customer.

Recently (1-12) financed a 2013 dodge avenger from fremont Ford in riverton. We didn't even have it a week and now having electrical problems. Can't drive it. The salesman said we needed a new battery. They said it would cost $223. Well someone bought us one there and was charged $160. What kinda of shady deals are people getting? I'm very upset and don't think I'll recommend anyone. Rude customer service. After the paper work is signed.

Recently came down to look at a couple of vehicles I was interested in. I was greeted by Teven beaver very polite and respectful and was able to answer all my questions I had about the vehicles. I would definitely recommend talking to Teven if your looking for a new vehicle.
